    (Serviced 02/02/24 FR @ 4:00pm): This Honda location was in Goleta, to be exact! Because I somehow lost my bunch of keys that included one for my vehicle, I was in dire need for a replacement, and Santa Barbara Honda was the only place in town to hopefully get this done! I was working in Santa Barbara for the day preparing for the upcoming 39th Santa Barbara International Film Festival. As I went out for lunch and reached for my keys, the disbelief, horror, and shock that they weren't clipped to my belt loop or stuffed into my waistband quickly came over me. Once I arrived, were they able to help me out so I wasn't "trapped" in Santa Barbara!? PURCHASE 2005 Honda Element Replacement Key Cut & Programming & Key Blank ($195.00 + $112.17): This was the first time such an incident had ever happened to me, so needless to say I was shocked by the quoted prices. Obviously, it wasn't like making key copies for new tenants which I was very used to. Plus, everywhere else I called was unable to handle this service for me; therefore, I was left with no other options. He was able to make me feel at ease during this very frustrating and irritating time, to the point I was grateful once I received the new key, made sure it worked properly, and gladly forked over my credit card to pay for the resolution to this ordeal. Chuy was an amazing brand ambassador and deserved employee of the month considerations - the best! PARKING (N/A) Inherently, whenever you brought your vehicle to be serviced, you dropped it off and either stayed in the waiting room, took a shuttle somewhere, or had someone pick you up. Therefore, unless you were next door shopping for a vehicle, there was none to speak of - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE Your typical car dealership with vehicles on display (which I didn't see) and the service department. It had an obvious driveway to pull up your vehicle where you checked in, and then the waiting room was spacious, clean, plenty of seats, had a vending machine, restrooms, and charging stations so you could do work. There were little to no decorations on the walls. Plenty of natural lighting came in through the large windows, obviously plenty outside, while various electric ceiling lights filled in the rest inside while decorative string lights outside. OVERALL The service department of Santa Barbara Honda treated me as well as possible, and I couldn't be more happy with how everything went throughout the entire process. Again, I had nothing to compare the price of the key replacement, but it seemed fair. Chuy was awesome and made sure I got everything I needed! I found complete value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $317.00 BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... AMEX! 5.0 STARS

    Huge shout out to Yon, Tyler, Josh, and Robert for making it easy for us to lease a new crv! Together they made the process smooth-offered us a terrific deal- and walked us through the paperwork with patience and humor. Highly recommend this dealership!

We had a great start to end experience with the entire staff thought the process of purchasing a brand new vehicle and trading in a used vehicle. Initially, we started communicating with Tina who is the online sales manager and had conversations with the Andy, the dealership manager. We set up an appointment to come in and test drive a vehicle. The test drive went well and then we got to the sales and numbers conversation which went smoothly. Obviously, you do some back and forth, but if you do your research and due diligence, your back and forth becomes a shorter process. Then we worked with the finance manager and closed out all the paperwork. Everyone who we interacted with was friendly, professional, well informed, prepared and basically we worked toward a goal: for us walk away with a vehicle at a fair price, for them make the sale. Great experience and we will go back for future Ford/Mazda purchases.

I SWEAR YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE…read more I purchased a new car from here and it's been 2 months and I STILL HAVE NOT received anything from the bank in regards to where I make a payment for my car. I call and call and I never get call backs. As it turns out my paperwork was never filed to their lender. And they got some reason didn't "catch it" until I brought it to their attention that something is not right. Well stupid us we decided to buy a truck from there as well. Keep in mind in one month we spent a little over 100k with 2 cars there. Everything for the truck is done in a reasonable amount of time I get my plates and registration. A month later I get a bill from their corporate office saying I owe them like $500 bucks. Wtf. Also trying to get parts from service is terrible. So incompetent, lazy and rude.
