    I can't express to you enough how DISGUSTING the customer service is at this dealership. So much so that they created a new yelp account so you wouldn't see all the horrific reviews they have under Santa Barbara Auto Group so please go take a look. In fact I was discriminated against for writing a yelp review FROM 5 YEARS AGO! In what world do you get refused service because you reveal a company's weaknesses in their customer service? I made an appointment to service my Cayenne Turbo two and a half weeks in advance. I expressed to them that I will be driving an hour and a half with my 6 MONTH OLD son for this service, Jason Horneman even discussed raising kids on the phone with me. When I arrived baby on my hip, he informed me that he won't be servicing my car or my family's cars because of a YELP REVIEW I WROTE 5 YEARS AGO!!! What a incredible missed opportunity for them. Clearly they have so many clients, (the dealership was completely empty) that they can treat a new mom and her child this way. I was furious and asked him why he didn't have the decency to give me a call and not put me and my baby through a 3 hour drive for nothing! (Oh he knew damn well what he was doing, this was to purposely make me and my baby suffer). His response was I should have read my email (never received an email). Then he said "get out of my office" and threw me and my infant out of his office and slammed the door. I left with tears in my eyes and went straight to Rusnak in Thousand Oaks (They we're beyond amazing). This was the most horrific experience I've ever been through at any business let alone at PORSCHE! Blows my mind how badly I was treated. Please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from these rude, unprofessional, and DISCRIMINATORY people at S-BAG! Here's another glowing yelp review guys! Oh and I reached out to Porsche corporate, and let them know your terrible customer service is degrading and harming their brand. Don't worry I won't forget my bad experience 5 or even 50 years from now and you'll never have the opportunity to make this horrific experience right with me.

    Milpas Motors sold me a 2008 Aston Martin Vantage...convertible, manual. A very special car…read more Jim--the salesman--was both charming and made my first encounter with the car both welcoming and exciting. This is my first exotic--and he never once made me feel out of my league. (Although he is a savvy negotiator!) Steve finalized the deal and remained transparent throughout. As it happened, I test drove the car two weeks prior to coming back to purchase it--and, to my surprise, when I drove it off the lot, two blocks later...a conspicuously loud squeak I had not heard earlier was apparent. (It was the serpentine belt.) During the fulfillment of financing, a minor discrepancy in the material filed by Milpas (they cited the sales price a few dollars _less_ than what we had agreed), caused my bank to take pause--and afforded an additional convo with the dealership about the squeak. Steve graciously offered to replace the serpentine at his expense... Suggested I bring the car on back for the repair. Even though I was unable to do this due to international travel, Milpas honored that agreement a month later. And--while having the work done--the dealership was even kind enough to offer a pick up from their local mechanic. Moreover, since bringing the car home, the provenance of the car--everything Jim told me about the vehicle to help clinch the deal--has been verified by third parties...i.e., by an entirely different dealership's service manager familiar with the car and its former owner. The car is the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased...but it was not a purchase made impulsively. I don't regret it an iota. I must say: I have never loved a vehicle more...it's an absolute pleasure in every way. But importantly: while--with any used car purchase--buyer beware...I'm _extremely_ grateful the guys at Milpas operate with such integrity. This is not a used car dealership like so many others. Gorgeous inventory. Superior service. Real gentlemen. Highest recommendation.

I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a specialty car to add to their garage.

I was in the market for a used Jeep, and the one I found at this dealership (it was a lease return) was a 2022 Jeep Sahara 4xe, which is a plug-in hybrid with a 4-cylinder turbo engine and 8 speed automatic transmission. This isn't your father's Jeep to say the least, and I was skeptical, but it was the trim/color I wanted and loaded with features. I spoke with Santiago about it on it on the phone, he answered some questions about the hybrid set-up, and scheduled a time for me to come look at it. Mind you this is in Santa Barbara, and I live in LA; from my house this is a 1.5 hour drive with no traffic. Santiago inspired some confidence, otherwise trust me I wouldn't have spent 3+ hours on it. No rush at the dealership, I walked around it and inspected it for a bit while asking Santiago some questions. Some minor scratches but other than that it looked brand new. I even checked the engine bay, and Santiago showed me some not-so-obvious things e.g. the rear panels come out. Test drive was basically "where do you want to go", so I drove it around town for a while, and then on the freeway for a few exits. I did a lot of testing at different speeds and acceleration to see how the hybrid drivetrain worked, gas engine on/off etc. Worked flawlessly with 34k miles on it. It was worth the price, so I bought it on the spot. Financing was easy, and they offered a 3 year bumper-to-bumper warranty for a monthly fee, so I took it. I will cancel that after a while, I did it just in case there was something wrong with it that the dealership didn't catch (e.g. something with 4 wheel drive behavior). Came with 4 brand new tires, and a brand new spare! P.S. I was curious what the negative reviews were about, and every single one of the ones I looked at were for service, and most of those for Dodge vehicles. I can't comment on the service of course not having used it, however you should look around at whatever dealerships are a reasonable distance from you, and use the one that is best reviewed. You can use any dealership with the original warranty.

Literally the only thing that makes me consider not getting another jeep is having this dealership as the local jeep dealer. Every single interaction I have with this place makes me wonder how they stay in business. Everything about this place is just horrible. Service is a nightmare every single time. Whoever is in charge of this outfit needs to be fired ASAP. I'm done. I've spent so much money here, I've sold them a jeep, I get all my service done here, and I'm just done. They just don't care about people and it shows. They don't care about the vehicles or the service, and it shows. This outfit is shameful, never walking in those doors again. You shouldn't either. Everyone hates this dealership and crown in Ventura is just as bad if not worse. It literally kills me. I hate everything about this place, just look at the reviews and make your own judgements.

    Our sales person Pedro H. was very patient with us (along with other salespersons on staff…read moreincluding his manager Marco) - it took a few visits - we were deciding between a new Chevrolet Equinox EV or a used but very good condition Toyota Prius. Our current Prius has over 220000 miles on it - the vehicle is built to be extremely reliable, but at 220000 miles, we decided that if something major went wrong, we probably would want to replace the car. That said, we went back and forth - our other car is a Nissan Leaf that we have owned for 5 years. Still, giving up any kind of gasoline power was going to be a bold move. After all, in my early musical training, I learned "All Cars Eat Gas" when learning the bass clef. That's just it: All cars eat gas - except when they don't. Now we are full electric with our Chevy Equinox EV. With an over 300 mile range, it is as good as having a gasoline powered vehicle. You can read the reviews and decide for yourself. In the sales process, being low-key was great. I asked about different parts of the deal, and I really felt like they let me call the shots. The fact that Pedro is also the owner of an Equinox EV also made a difference. He could tell us stories (we got into a Toyota Prius 20 years ago just because the salesperson told us about his vehicle with 300,000 miles on it - salespersons listen up! Nothing sells like you using it yourself). There is the final element of every sales transaction, and that's the trip to the finance office. Now I have walked out of more finance offices than you could imagine! I mean, running shoes are good to wear to an auto dealer. In this case, I didn't need running shoes, and comfortable old sneakers sufficed. That's because Miguel, our finance person, presented all the options to us, but he did not give us a hard sell. We were out of there in record time! I can hardly believe it! If you want a dealer that will give you the space to take your time, go with Coastal Chevrolet. One more thing: When my wife and I met in 1999, she had a Chevrolet Lumina sedan and she absolutely loved that car! She is most appreciative of the fact that we bought a brand new Chevrolet! She said that was sweet (maybe that's why our nearly 25 year old marriage works so well). Thank you Chevrolet for adding a blissful moment to our marriage! Baseball, hot dogs, apple pie, and Chevrolet - remember that jingle? PS: My wife makes a wonderful prize winning apple pie! ...but neither of us plays baseball.

He was very meticulous and made sure that every option he presented me with was in great condition, with no problems. It can be a little scary to make a big purchase without seeing , or testing it out first, but Dennis made the buying experience an excellent one. After narrowing down my options, I finally selected my new car, and a week later it arrived. He had it detailed and filled up the tank, which was a nice surprise. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. Dennis was honest, efficient, and never made me feel pressured. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and was always willing to answer any and all questions. 4 months later I am still happy and love my new car.
