Ordered a Carnitas Burrito to go.... Drive 2 blocks away and opened the bag and removed the burrito that was wrapped in foil. Right away it felt cold even with the foil on it. Normally this place is really good but not today. I ordered two Roasted Veggie Salads, one for my mom and one for me, and they were a rip-off for $15 each. The lettuce was in large pieces and they were browning. They had very little roasted veggies, like 1/4 cup total which consisted of zucchini and yellow squash and one piece of onion. They had cheese and we paid extra for sour cream and guacamole. The guacamole was missing. The salad dressing was not good either. Highly disappointed and one of the worst meals ever. We had the nachos- and don't think unmelted mozzarella has any place on nachos- and then chips were stale, carnitas were tasteless. Also had the tasteless carnitas by crispy taco- for $8 a taco we thought we would get something better then a store bought hard taco shell. Gross. Steak Burrito. This place used to be good. Quick, tasty and filling. That has changed. Hadn't been in awhile but wanted a quick fix so gave it a shot. Got a huge steak burrito. Not sure why they wrapped in foil. Was that to make sure it stayed ice cold? No guac or sour cream as advertised. Mystery meat what there was of it. Grabbed some extra salsa and I don't know how you make lousy tasting salsa but my guess is, throw a tomato on a dirty floor and slide it around with your shoe. Sadly ends up in plastic. Hopefully, it will dissolve the container. Best burritos and tacos hands down! So fresh and sooo so good! Always super friendly and very fast!

We went in about half hour to closing and it looked as though they had cleaned up and were ready to go home. We were about to leave and the cashier insisted that it was fine and they could take our orders. Ordered the hard shell beef taco with all the trimmings plus guacamole and sour cream (extra $) and a giant half and half carnitas and carne asada burrito. The order was ready extremely quickly, too quick. Upsetting that they didn't mind serving me literal cold COLD meat and beans, and a stale rancid tasting taco shell. I mean the food was was not even a little warm. It might have been tasty if the food was at least lukewarm, but who could know? It was $33+ for one cold burrito and one cold hard shell taco. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to taste what looked like a delicious burrito due to the fact that what appeared to be the head cook was wearing his mask with his mouth and nose both completely uncovered. His mask was only covering his beard as he barked orders to the others in the "kitchen". He was loudly talking to his coworkers while hovering directly over the burritos he was making. I even pointed this out to him which prompted him to pull up his mask for about 30 seconds. He then pulled it back down to it's useless position on his beard. Okay talk about a hidden gem! Let's start off by saying the steak is the best!! So flavorful !! The chicken lacks some flavor not too much of a fan. The tacos are huge! Two overplayed tortillas with choice of protein, lettuce, tomato, beans, rice, cheese and legs not forget their spicy green salsa. So good! My family and I drive about 45 minutes to come to this place. It is inside a gas station ( weird... I know) but be open minded and give it a try you will not regret. My burrito was great, customer service was terrible. The man who took my order never said hello, no eye contact, and stayed on his phone the whole time. No, he wasn't taking orders. He was clearly talking to a friend. -- When I was leaving there was no, "thank you". He slid the burrito in the bag then over the counter to me and never looked up.
