    Big Breakfast Burrito

The food was ok, the staff friendly. The breakfast burrito I got was huge, but that was the best I can say about it. Expensive, average quality, and huge.

I dunno how they do it, but their corn tortillas taste as doughy and delicious as wheat! Amazing for those of us cutting gluten!

It's easy to get distracted walking in a touristy area, so you'll miss it if not paying attention! The restaurant itself is small, but there's indoor seating and a few tables outside. Luckily on our visit the restaurant wasn't too busy. I decided to order chicken enchiladas. The prices here are very reasonable for what you get. The enchiladas were delicious! My son ordered the cheese pupusas, which I was able to try and they were perfect. I would definitely order those myself. My cousins enjoyed their meals as well. Our food was prepared and served in a timely manner. I was surprised how fast we were served, yet the food was satisfactory. Overall, a great little spot to satisfy your Mexican food needs. Especially if you're wanting a comfort meal after all the pastries you've eaten ha!

The place was absolutely packed, and I came in expecting an amazing experience that unfortunately never happened. To be fair, the staff was great and the service was good, but the food was honestly mediocre, especially considering the prices. I ordered an $80 ribeye, and it was truly disappointing. It had barely any char, very little flavor, and honestly tasted like the kind of steak you'd expect to pay $28 for at a diner. I'm not exaggerating. I tried everyone's food in our party, and the same issue came up across the board: nothing was memorable or special. My son's steak came with rice pilaf that genuinely tasted like it came straight out of a supermarket box. The fries were no better than fries I've had at countless pubs. I didn't send anything back or complain during the meal because I don't like making a scene, but after waiting years to try this place, the experience was a major letdown. It feels like this restaurant may be relying more on its reputation and history than the quality of the food being served today.

The restaurant decor is nice, though nothing special, with a sizeable patio for outdoor dining. We started with a couple of local wines by the glass. The wine list here is heavily biased towards local wines as one would expect from a wine country restaurant. Kudos for the local focus! The menu here is wine country, farm-to-table and the restaurant even has their own organic farm a short distance away where they source ingredients. For dinner we started with the beet salad special served over a citrus yogurt. For main courses we had the grilled rack of lamb and a quinoa bowl with salmon. Every dish was expertly prepared and delicious. The fruits and veggies were exceptionally fresh being sourced directly. David was our server and coincidentally was our server at a wine tasting earlier in the day. His service and that from the supporting team were professional and friendly. I give this restaurant my highest recommendation!
