I don't usually write reviews.. but I went in on Saturday to get a gel deluxe pedicure and spent $70.. my heels were scrubbed raw and I have to walk on my tippy toes around the house to avoid pain. That same day one of the polish on my toes came completely off. And now just 4 days later my pinky toe nail polish is completely off.. I spent the extra money on gel to make it last :( read more

Absolutely love this place, went in for my first time and everyone was so so nice, especially the receptionist, I didn't get a chance to grab her name but she was very nice. I liked the fact that they actually care about there customers, you sign in on an iPad and they call you by your name. They prefer cash which is really frustrating. When getting gel make sure that you wash your hands after they are done filing. The nail tech did not have me wash and began to paint the clear coat of gel on and it looked like he was painting on sand. The polish was so rough and uneven. I had him start over since it looked terrible. They charged over $30 for a gel manicure which is high in my opinion. Nice color selection but I wont be back. read more

Nina is the absolute BEST there is in the industry. My nails are a true miracle. I had short ugly nails, Nina helped me grow them out and now I have amazing beautiful GEL Manicured nails. I've been going here for a year now, it is by far and away one of the best. I don't wear acrylic nails, but I always get the gel manicure & deluxe spa pedicure with gel toe nails. I just moved to Gilbert in March and have had the worst luck with nail shops as far as the quality of work they are putting out. Last night I decided to try this place, for a pedicure and dip my usual. (When we are paying 75-85 a visit I don't think I'm being snobbish by wanting good service.) My pedicure by Joannie was great. When it came to do my nails the gentleman doing them was not good and my nails looked like crap when I left. I had it I finally said something. Joannie checked me out was extremely apologetic and wanted me to stay and fix. It was late I was exhausted and I wasn't going to stay another hour or more to have them redone. I was heading out the next day on a trip. She asked for my number I gave it to her within a few mins after leaving she called me asking me to come back to fix. I forgot my sunglasses so I had to go back when I got there I was met at the door by her and two other employees (females) they were persistent wanting to fix after they looked at them they knew it was going to require a fresh start. They apologized profusely and gave me a gift card for when I come back. I will be going back just for the fact they honestly cared. read more

I went there based off reviews but it was TERRIBLE. I asked for a full set and gel. The guy started doing my nails and had to have him fix em twice !! They were two different shapes ! Then he goes to add the polish and adds a totally different color at this point I just want to walk out. Then the heat lamp kept shutting off so my nails were wet!! He used regular polish instead of gel two days later they fall off ! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and go back to get em fixed ! Nope two days later they pop off again !!! I am always a little skeptical with new nail salons because, let's be honest, you're not ever sure what you're going to get. Much to my surprise, this place is amazing! The nail technician, Long, did my gel manicure. He took his time, talked to me and made me feel so comfortable, like I had been a regular customer! I am super pleased with my nails and will definitely be going back! I also needed my eyebrows waxed, so I had Mimi, who did a perfect job shaping them just the way I had expected! The tech was extremely rough throughout the entire pedicure. I still tipped but told the manager, though he did not seem concerned. Just told me to use someone else next time. Even worse the work was sub par. The polish came off within days, not chipped but rather peeled off the way cheap polish would. Made an appointment for 5:30 for an acrylic fill. Showed up at 5:31, right behind three people looking to get pedicures, whom did not have an appointment. I was seated right away, but because the pedicures were being done I sat and waited for 25 minutes. I was just about to leave when someone came over and said it would only be a few more minutes. I told them I had an appointment at 5:30 and was now in a rush since it was almost 6. A woman came over and started filing, but was soon replaced by a male technician. There were no apologies for the wait, nor any pleasantries exchanged. He was extremely rough with my nails and kept pulling on my wrist and arms. I said "ouch" several times that he burned me with the electric drill. The nails itself do not look bad, but the service was awful. No apologies were made for the delayed start not the burning of my skin. I am extremely disappointed in the service and will absolutely not be back. read more
