I found the Nutro brand cheaper than PetsSmart and also her preferred treat, Wholesomes Gourmet Rewards Cheesy Bites. They have large area for pet food. I walked through the store. Virtually anything you need for animals, tack, clothes and all sorts of ranch supplies. Plenty of parking out front. The restrooms on the back wall have no access codes. I provided my email and phone number in order to earn Rewards. I noticed they have discount days. The checker was friendly.

The was the first red flag that the employee should have known to look for. I had to take the one with the messed up wings to the vet. Its knees were popping out of the sockets, It had angel wings, It had worms and parasite. The baby had to be put to sleep. I had to giving the other 3 medication for worms and parasite. I had to pay for this out of my pocket. Another baby is Starting to go down. I was told by a Big Ted employee that it is my problem. They are selling sick animal. Lots of people buy these babies and put them in the coop and make their other pets sick. They also sold me the wrong food to be feeding the babies. This store is for profit only. They are not interested in the success of the poultry Or the people purchasing firm them. Their employees need to be trained on proper care. It is normal to deworm poultry. So why weren't the parents being dewormed and not passing illness on! I will never go to chain store to buy any animal. I will go to farms and check out the site where the animals is living.

This was maybe one of the worst experiences in retail I've ever had. The one-star review is…read morespecifically because of an employee named Magdalena. I came in today to exchange some items I had bought for my wife's birthday. Because I lost the receipt, I had to take 60% in credit of the sales price. No problem-- it's not their fault I lost the receipt, it's mine. But what was so glaringly one-star worthy was how painful the entire exchange was because of Magdalena's demeanor. From the sighing, to the glaring-- not only was she not friendly, she was rude! Consider saying please or thank you if you work in retail. Or if you're that unhappy working there: quit! I can't believe this is a Christian-owned business. It's quite baffling! Furthermore, they told me they couldn't take an item back because they didn't sell it anymore (meaning: it wasn't populating on their iPad). Instead of doing some due diligence or giving a consumer the benefit of the doubt, they'd made their decision: we're not taking this back! I literally had to walk all the way to the back of the store and grab the item which they still sell (pic attached) in order for them to even consider they were wrong. Oops! No "sorry about that", no "oh you're right, our fault!" Just a dull look on her face obviously disgruntled because I'm making her do "extra work." Really-- either be happy at your job OR just quit. Don't suffer others because of your lack of happiness. I had $5 left on my gift card which I gave to the customer behind me because I'm never coming back here again, I'll go out my way to go to Michael's. Awful job, Hobby Lobby.

When she finished with him, the phone rang and she immediately answered it without even acknowledging me or saying "one moment," despite me standing right in front of her. I believe in-store customers should be acknowledged and assisted before phone calls. Thankfully, a cashier noticed I was waiting and stepped in to help. My pickup took less than 5 minutes. If she hadn't stepped in, I would have waited even longer. While I appreciate the cashier's help, the lack of acknowledgment at the service desk was frustrating and disappointing.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! STILL WAITING FOR MY $450 REFUND ZERO COMMUNICATION, ZERO RESPONSES FROM…read moreTHE HOME DEPOT TEAM/ROBERTA THE COS. JUST AN ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. As of this moment, Home Depot Thornton is literally keeping my money and not delivering the product, and I cannot get any help from them. The Home Depot team, namely Roberta, is simply too unorganized to even be able to process my full refund or return my calls. This has been incredibly frustrating. I ordered and prepaid $450 for a security door at the Thornton Home Depot 5 days ago. First of all, after someone came and took the measurements I had ZERO response so I went to the store in person. I ordered a door from Larry, the door guy there, and prepaid over $450 for the door and install. Turns out the door would NOT have fit my door anyways, but no one called to tell me that. AFTER I PAID I HAD ZERO CONTACT for my door. I called to get a refund. I am still waiting for it to show up in my account, and yet Home Depot still did not refund over $250 for the installation charge. I called and FINALLY got a hold of COS Roberta. She refunded only the door, not the install. So, I called back and left a voicemail. ZERO response from Roberta. I now am going in today to see if I can get my money back. What an absolute CLUSTER. I will NEVER shop here again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THORNTON HOME DEPOT. The staff is friendly but no one takes responsibility for any of this order purchase and I cannot even get my money back for a product they could not install (and never bothered to tell me they could not install) in the first place.
