A review from an actual customer. I made a reservation for my birthday in advance for seating inside. Upon arrival staff looked overwhelmed and scattered, no greeting until I asked for assistance. We arrived early and were told that if we sat outside they would move us to our table once it was close. Before we were sat down a couple who walked in after us was seated where we were going then MOVED INSIDE after they refused to seat us at our table. Later when we asked for our table they said their manager makes the decision to not allow us to move and gave it away. What's worse is the drinks were not that good and I was expecting the good things but I guess I should have known since all the reviews were from friends of people there or invited. read more

Devon made delicious drinks! He was passionate about what he does and you can tell! It was mom's night out, and he didn't disappoint! Kevin was great as well! He made us feel at home and ensured we had a fabulous experience. He walked through where each item on our cheese board was imported from and was extremely knowledgeable! Paid $100 to reserve a 10 person table, tried calling to let them know we were running late at dinner with no answer, the girl who booked my reservation apparently no longer worked there but no one reach out and I had been texting her letting her know updates, they turned my guests away at the door for being 20 minutes late then told me if I wanted to still book a table that I needed to pay $500 AT THE DOOR before even walking in. My group would've definitely paid twice that after finding out each drink was over $25 so I'm unsure what the problem was letting us have our original table. Don't get scammed, go early if you have a big group or they'll try to make you pay a door fee (which was unclear since the manager kept bouncing between $500 & $750 as a price) never listed what the fee for walking in the door was for. The manager was catty and unhelpful I inevitably received my money back from my bank after explaining the situation. Absolute Trash. They can't keep a staff at all because the girls who work there can only have a job if they are bringing people in for tables. read more

Ambiance is nice but that's about it. Customer Service was terrible. I communicated with their event manager for over a week prior to coming, to ensure we had a table for my husband's birthday. She called at one point and had to cancel our reservation because they wound up having a buy out - fair enough. But then she said we could just come after the buy out ended at 11:00pm with the same terms as the original reservation due to the trouble of them canceling on us. We arrived at 11:00, no table, they said we were supposed to be there earlier ... hmmmm. Can't make sense of it because they're the ones who bumped us back. But she stood there and denied to my face that any of these conversations ever happened. Ruined the birthday plans and we had to pivot to another plan last minute with 20 people. Oh My! Not to sound cliche, but If I could give a 0 star I literally would. Please stay home, save your money or spend it at a local bar. From the money, we got there and it was a disaster and disappointment back to back. I made reservations and was ushered to our seat very quickly, as we got to our seat we spotted a bug crawling on the floor and alerted the hostess. She went and got a napkin to pick up the bug, as she went and we inspected further there were literally more bug everywhere, which we showed her as she came back. She called one of the bussboys to clean the area, at that point we asked to be seated in a different seat, which she ignored and tried to make excuses for so many bugs by saying " due the weather change they are coming in from outside". those dead bugs had to have been for a while because one the guy cleaning pulled the curtain back, there were a lot more, too many to count. STRIKE 1 Anyways, they clean the area and seat us, and we proceed to place our orders with our waiter, we ask to sample a bourbon the had on the menu and he gave us a flat NO to sampling, I have never been to any restaurant that can't let you sample a drink they have on the menu. He didn't even say let me check and I will get back just a flat No. STRIKE 2 As our food came out, which were flat breads and drink, they were both okay I give them a 3 out of 5 until we were joint by a party of gnats hovering over our food and landing and getting stuck on the cheese on the flat bread. STRIKE 3 and I'm out. I called our waiter Joey, asked for our check and laid our complaints to him. His response was " I know, it's because of the weather and I JUST WORK HERE", my response " your can relay it to management " Anyhoooosss, I came, I saw and I def didn't conquer. Worst place ever. Nice interior but it ends there. Been wanting to try this place for awhile so I met a friend there big disappointment. Four bartenders terrible service. I met my friend at the bar took 25 mins and my friend flagging someone down to get a drink. The bar wasn't crazy full..but the bartenders were totally ignoring customers. Some on their phones some dancing around some just talking to each other but no desire to serve customers. Im in the industry I can't imagine giving this kind of service ever. The drinks aren't cheap so the service needs to match what I pay for a subpar drink. If I was the owner and spent what it cost to decorate this place I'd make sure the service was great. Shameful to spend this much money and have to beg for service. The bartenders here aren't here to work they are here to play around such bullcrap. I'd rather spend my money and tip bartenders that actually care about their jobs. Makes perfect sense why they do auto gratuity..because service sucks. Then on top of that they charge you 5 percent venue charge seriously for what..there is no entertainment here except for the fake people taking 100 selfies which is also ridiculous. Had the worst server in my life. Me and my friends came for a birthday celebration and or waitress 'Shy' was terrible. Our party is full of servers and we're sickened with our experience. She didn't tell us when the kitchen was closing knowing that we came to eat and we're just waiting for a couple people in our party. Was rude and served everyone around us. We had to physical chase her down to get our tab multiple times. The manger had to make her bring the check. He was very little help as well. I wouldn't come back here. read more
