Last minute dinning choice. We were able to get seating immediately. This was a holiday so it was busy but the staff was on its A game. Service was not only fast but very courteous. We arrived an hour and half before closing We never felt rushed and the staff kept making sure we didn't want anything else. Great food. We had nachos to start and a variety of plates my adult children were impressed The Tampiquena was made to order and delicious My daughter had steak tacos dinner She was surprised how delicious the food was I went with a chimichanga, it was delicious. I didn't like the fried ice cream crust but ice cream was good We forgot to take pics of food but here are the Flan and Fried Ice Cream

I have been wanting to come back here after I tried it for the first time, a few months ago. We sat at the bar on both visits and the service was efficient and friendly. We tried the Anejo Margarita special and it was very good, that's why we got this again on our second visit. The salsa was delicious but the chips didn't have the consistency in quality. These are the items that I have tried: CARNE ASADA- Cooked and seasoned perfectly. The meat comes with a choice of quesadilla (ground beef, chicken or cheese), flour or corn tortilla, beans and rice. SHRIMP & STEAK FAJITAS COMBINATION- both proteins were delicious. The dish comes with beans, rice and tortillas. SANTIAGO'S BURRITO- We added chorizo as suggested by our server. It went very well with the steak, scrambled eggs and chihuahua cheese. Yum! CHEF'S SPECIAL- The steak shishkabob enchilada and beef stuffed pepper were both flavorful and satisfying. Overall, I like the quality (except for the chips) and portions of their food and drinks. They do not skimp on whatever protein you choose on your dish and the tequila in the margaritas they make. Prices are reasonable, the place is well kept and so far, the service has been great. If I am in the area, I will definitely come back here when I crave for Mexican food and margaritas. Salud!

Rarely do I leave a one star review and I don't do so lightly, however our food was so bad that I must warn others not to spend their money here. I ordered Enchiladas Mole and Chicken Fingers for my baby. Sadly the mole was the worst I've had. I had three bites and gave the fourth to my husband to try and he agreed. The chicken was old and unseasoned. The mole sauce was not flavorful like mole usually is. It was a very bland brown sauce. The children's chicken fingers arrived as 3 small, over cooked pucks of meat that I wouldn't serve to a dog and I certainly did not serve it to my daughter. Again, I take no pleasure in writing this review, as the staff was very friendly and nice, but the food was some of the worst I've ever had.

Burritos the size of a half loaf of bread…read more In looking around Brookfield for a place to eat at before we hit up Galloping Ghost Arcade, every online comment pointed to trying Taco Azteca. My dad was down for some tacos so we hit up Taco Azteca before we got to gaming. I actually drove by the place, missing the turn to get there due to the strange parking lot situation. After a loop around the block, we pull in to the shared parking lot and headed inside. My dad was looking at the menu on the drive up and was waffling between a taco salad and a burrito. Once I placed my order for a beef burrito, my dad followed up with the same thing. We tried to find a place to sit but the place isn't too conducive to eating in with the few tables they had were either taken or dirty from the prior visitor. The staff was super nice and friendly in trying to get a table cleaned up for us. We ended up snagging one and were promptly served tortilla chips with some of the best guacamole I have ever had. I'm not big on guac as I find it to taste too similar to pumpkin (everyone I tell this looks at me like I am crazy) but this stuff was delicious and had a nice kick to it. My dad found the sauce in one of the bottles to be spicy as hell and passed on using more of it. I found them to be quite yummy but I love me some heat. We nearly devoured half the chips by the time the food came out. They were that good and the food came out that fast. I'm used to Mexican-sized burritos but these might take the cake. They were MASSIVE. I showed everyone I know and their eyes got huge when they saw how big it was. The fries that came with it were those with the little bits of batter on them and I knew they were going to be good. I knew we were in for a good time. How do you even eat something that big? Very slowly and somewhat messy, that's how. I devoured half my tasty fries to free up space on my plate just in case I made a mess. Luckily, this burrito held itself together rather nicely. The burrito was super tasty but I do feel like maybe a chicken or pork version would've been better. I like beef but wasn't in the mood for it when I ate my burrito. That's on me though for not paying attention when ordering and accidentally getting beef. My dad loved his burrito and was able to put the whole thing down since he didn't eat breakfast. I had breakfast so I was only able to put down a little over half. My bottomless pit of a stomach isn't so bottomless now that I am almost 40 (a week shy of 39 during this visit). Overall, Taco Azteca lived up to the hype and was worth every bite. I really wanted to get some of the guac to go. My only warning is that the parking lot is shared and can be tight as well as the seats inside. This place serves better for carry-out if it's busy like it was when we were there.

First things first, I found the burrito was pretty good - barbacoa was 8/10. Everyone else (7 others) thought their food was okay - average of 7/10 across the board. This is what gives me hope. The food is decent and a little more attention to the meal, it would've been great. But where Ino's needs work is in the customer service, ambiance, and price. Honestly, the greeting, ordering, and delivery was just awkward. It wasn't remotely busy, but like a few waters took a long time, they didn't have avocados to make a guac without tomatoes - or at least that's what we were told - and even though the person ringing me up didn't catch that I ordered two fries (which is ok, not a biggie), it was the tone when I asked about them that unnerved me. Like, I don't want free fries or anything, but what's a basket of fries to feed the family of seven that just dropped as much as I just did for a return visit? Again, don't want free stuff, but the attitude meant I wasn't spending another dime on fries. This place has potential. When someone with a smile and an attentive attitude is engaging with customers, when they are stocked properly with avocados at a Mexican restaurant, and when the quality of meals matches the price tag, I'd love to come back. For now, we're grateful for the other places that do 'celiac friendly' well.
