No confirmation that she had the right order. Nothing. Then when you get to the window she was literally leaning against it with her back to the cars, playing on her phone. When she opened the window, she rudely mumbled the amount, snatched the card from my hand and gave me a dirty look. She then essentially threw back to me. Mind you I had literally said nothing except placed my order. Then she asks if I want sauce, even though I said I did at the window Then she thrusts my order at me and goes back to her phone. Shocker, my order was wrong. When I came in, she argued and said "I asked if the screen was correct" but she literally never put anything on the screen and never asked me if it was right. She had to end her phone call to say that though. She had people in line at the drive thru while she was talking in her phone with her back to them and only stopped cause I was in there. She then walked away from the window entirely, still with people waiting. I get this is not a job people might be excited about, but at least pretend to care when you're there. It's not the customers fault that you're miserable
