Assured me it was going to be alright and never swayed from his professional demeanor. GREAT JOB! I practically totalled my car in a front end accident and they took great care of my 2007 Lexus IS. My cars color ( Glaciar White Mica) is no longer made and they matched the paint color PERFECTLY! Not to mention they had my car ready in 2 weeks as promised, when other shops were quoting me 4 weeks in work. We took our car to Santini after insurance claim knowing them for 20 years. After paying a $500 deductible and $9000 on repairs the unresolved single issue that was a complicated fix we were told they were done and would not be fixing the car. Told we needed to contact our insurance company and reopen the claim . The car took almost 8 months plus to get repaired and they would not finish the work. They assured us we would be getting the issue resolved no matter what it took only to have them go back on there word. Sad thing to be a customer so long and not hold up on there word. I don't recommend the shop anymore and there word is no longer something to count on. Try a shop with honesty. This one no longer holds true. read more

I have been dealing with Pete at Santini's for over 25 years. He has painted and repaired everything from my daily drivers, to drag race vehicles that won "best Appearing Car" the first time out. The staff are all well trained and monitored by Pete, who has probably forgotten more about paint and body than most people will ever know. The negative comment about color matching below must be a joke or something because I sincerely have not met anyone that takes the time to match a panel as well as this shop. Santini's has been dealing with clear coat paint jobs (found on most cars these days) for a few decades or more and I have never been short of amazed at the work done on my personal cars. If you REALLY care about how your car looks after paint or body damage, you can't go wrong taking it to this shop. I am in no way related or compensated by anyone affiliated with this shop. Pete and Nick did my 2009 HHR SS several months ago, Pete helped guide me with my ideas of what I wanted to do, recommended several different options ( which were the right options ) and pulled off what I consider one of the best looking HHR's I have ever seen! There were several things when all was said and done that Pete was not happy with, he told me to bring it back after the paint cured in about a month. My husband had used them to repair fender damage on a custom painted truck and they had done a beautiful job.. Then we had just the hood repainted on our Black 59 Impala.......They were able to match it perfectly. So when a lady ran into the back of my Nissan I went back to them. Again a perfect experience. I had given it to them for the estimate and then realized I would need it the next few days. No problem they were so nice and understanding. I took the car back and the car was ready when it was supposed to be and but they had also cleaned and polished the headlights. They do a great job and give great service!!! read more

These guys are terrific. Had three dents with deep scratches on the hood of my 1964 Buick Electra convertible, and Pete and the guys removed the dents and repainted the hood in the difficult-to-match color black perfectly. The finish did not look this good when the car left the factory over 50 years ago. They were prompt, communicated clearly when it would be finished, and offered a very fair price. Worst Body Shop ever! These guys worked on my car and couldn't even match the paint on my car. When i asked them to reshoot it, the man himself said it looked ok, and there was nothing he could do about it. After giving them 4 tries to get it right, i said forget it after that experience. Its a small world, and people like Pete Santini don't deserve to stay in business anymore. What happened to him, they used to be good guys? Wow just wow! I called today 7-13-16 at around 2:00pm and I was attempting to inquire about their services. The person who answered had a what do you want attitude.. So I asked if they do custom paint and the person said "No!" And immediately the person hung up on me! I was like wtf! So I called back right away and asked him why he hung up on me.. He replied I had a bad connection which is not true because I heard the phone being slammed. Anyway I continued to ask nicely and even asked for his name and he wouldn't give it to me!! He said why? And who is this?? In a very aggressive behavior. In my head I was thinking whoa man you must had a very bad day but it doesn't justify your behavior. How can a business like this treat their potential customers?!! I don't get it. Then when I asked how much to have my car repainted he replied " it's $10,000 or more! Can you afford that?" At this time I was in shock already, what did I do to this person for him to get mad so much at me? This is the worst call I've ever had for a business. Really upsetting they allow people like that answer the phone or work at a professional setting. If only I could take out that one star on Yelp because they don't even deserve one single star. Do not come to this place! People are rude and disgusting. It's funny because he acts all tough on the phone to a customer. Such a shame this person ruined my day. read more

I went to Santini's because I had a few places on my car that the paint was starting to oxidize and peel. It wasn't something my insurance was covering so I was hoping for a good deal but also good quality. I'm so glad I went to Santini's, they gave me a fair price and not only took care of my paint but also removed some dents and got my car looking brand new when I got it back! They are a family owned business which I always like to support, and they do everything from custom paint to insurance work. I will definitely use them again. read more

Unbelievably wonderful people. I got tapped in the rear bumper and already had estimates of $900ish from two shops for repaint work. I was driving by and stopped at Santini's for a third look on a whim. They told me might buff out can we try first and then write estimate if not? In less than 10 minutes my car was fixed and they did it for free. Said "write a Yelp review" is all they ask. DONE! They were happy to help and respectful of my regular person car that is not a fancy hotrod or collector car. These are true car people while the other shops are parts replacement machines. They will be first on my list should I ever need body and/or paint attention again. read more

I took my restored 1955 Chevy convertible (with a 30 plus year old paint job) to Pete and his crew to address some worsening paint and body problems. Pete gave me a very realistic appraisal of what the potential problems could be (which turned out to be right on the money), how they might be fixed and what it could cost. Pete always kept me posted to what was going on as the work progressed and on several occasions he had me come out to his shop to see where we stood. As work progressed his estimates were always fair and more than reasonable. Pete's friendly crew were great as well and always more than willing to answer questions about the work they were doing. My paint and body issues turned out to be somewhat complicated and problematic (due to the poor work done 30 years ago) and the work Pete & his staff did was truly amazing!
