    Private karaoke room.

We hosted a joint birthday party with my girlfriends in the private karaoke room and had a blast. Once we figured out how to operate the karaoke system it was on! The room was cool. We brought in our own decorations, but didn't really need them. The staff/owner hustled to take care of us. Be aware drinks are limited to beer and sake. Price was super reasonable, too.

I decided to grab lunch here during a day of running errands around town. As I walked in the back door and down the long hall, I very nearly turned around because of the overwhelming smell of stale smoke, that smelled like decades of cigarette odor was baked into the walls. But when I arrived at the dining room, thankfully the smell was pleasant. I have never had ramen before, so I chose something very entry level which was beef ramen with gluten free noodles, not spicy. I probably should have ordered spicy because the ramen and broth was pretty bland, but that's on me. I was the only one in the restaurant at 2:00 PM on a weekday, but not surprisingly so as this area becomes a ghost town in the summer. The service was very good and I enjoyed the fun decor and would definitely go back. There were signs posted about karaoke nights, and when I inquired about it with the lady working there she said it's fun, but pretty dead during the summer. Makes sense. I am often in this shopping area and will definitely be coming back to try something a little more daring.

This place is always the best on a cold night to enjoy a warm ramen. Despite this place being so small it's always packed with so many people. The server is always busy but taking out orders fast. The best ramen restaurant in the desert, with very decent prices highly recommend.

I've been a customer of this restaurant for years and have always enjoyed the food and the service. However, my recent visit was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I ordered the pork teriyaki bowl and found a dead caterpillar in my food!! I was disgusted and immediately informed the owner. Her response was unacceptable she told me it was "okay" because it wouldn't harm my stomach. After some back and forth, she eventually asked, "Well, what do you want to do about it?" in such a rude way! While she did end up comping our food, the lack of concern and accountability was very upsetting!! This kind of response is not what I would expect from a restaurant (especially after finding a dead bug in my meal) They definitely need to be washing their vegetables better and this makes me question what other steps they could be skipping out on. I will definitely not be returning!

This place is right on Hwy111. Parking is a bit tricky to get to but there's plenty of it. I called during lunch time to give my take out order for dinner. She said it would be ready at 5:05p.m. I arrived at 5:01pm and the door was still locked. They opened at 5:02 p.m. and no one knew about my order except the lady who took the order. She came out and said it'll be ready at 5:10. The place itself is decorated in the Japanese theme. There are plenty of Instagram worthy pics! It was empty though. There was no one on a Thursday night. Perhaps it's too early. My food came out quickly. I know it's fresh and cooked to order. My husband got the chicken katsu teriyaki bowl. I tried and it and the chicken was crispy. I liked the pickled veggies. He did not. I myself ordered the spicy pork belly ramen. I didn't want it at first but she said it was their most popular dish. I'm really not sure why. I liked the broth. It was creamy and seasoned well. The pork belly was the worst I've ever had. Some parts of it were tough to chew. Actually, I think it was all fat and was not meant to chew. That was 75% of the pork. The part that could be chewed and eaten was OK. It had an aftertaste that I didn't enjoy. The noodle itself was good. I feel for the price paid it was too pricey. This was a one and done.

This is the best ramen I've had in the desert! Had the spicy pork belly ramen - the pork belly was pan fired cooked to crispy perfection. Broth was hearty and everything I could have asked for. Small spot so it gets crowded quick.

First time here during the vacation trip. Ordered Tonkotru Ramen and Takoyaki. Food are delicious. The owner is really nice, very grateful to meet someone who speaks the same native language. For sure will come back again during my next visit in Palm Springs!!!

Stopped in for lunch on Thursday. Lot of choices. You can request "dry" ramen if you don't want soup and spicy levels (mild, medium, hot, extra hot). We ordered mild Butter noodles ramen and Curry Chicken Tonkatsu. Both dishes were delicious.

Though we ordered to go, the restaurant had a great Asian vibe inside and it would have been nice to eat at the restaurant. The food was ready shortly after we arrived. I ordered the Katsu teriyaki bowl. It had rice with katsu chicken on top with colorful vegetables. The presentation with the different colors was great. However the katsu was a little bland/ dry and I would have liked more teriyaki sauce. I will say that I had to wait about 10 -15 minutes before I ate it so it might have been better fresh

I'm a fan. The ramen is amazing. I had the corn tofu ramen. It was flavorful and had deep depths of flavor. My friend built her own ramen. She raved about it. We also had an appetizer and the shrimp and veggie tempura was delish. I loved the ambiance with its distinctive decor. The staff took care of us and I appreciate the hospitality. Plus they have Karaoke!

Really cute hole in the wall that gives a cozy familial vibe. They have karaoke next door so anticipate potentially hearing people having the time of their lives singing their hearts out - it's kinda hilarious. The service was great despite being there at a busy time. I had the karaage appetizer and it was a great portion for being a starter dish. I went with the build your own ramen option, which I love that they offer! The egg was a bit overcooked, chashu was cooked so well and seasoned perfectly. Broth was also flavorful and had it with their inhouse spicy sauce. Definitely coming back when I'm in town again!

I ordered the pork belly ramen (tonkatsu) and it did not disappoint! it was plentiful and very flavorful. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I'm definitely coming back to try other dishes.

    Are the noodles handmade?

😂🤣...No they are not; I was hoping for more from this place when they opened up but it was a let down. It's a Kool lunch spot though.

Do all the broths have fish and or seaweed in them?

No, not in the broth itself. However, in the seafood ramen, it does contain fish as the topping but we can always take it out. Seaweed is also a topping in all ramens, but we can remove it as well.

Rich, complex, and seriously flavorful. Word to the wise: stick with level 2 spice and order extra on the side. I've tried level 3, and unless you're looking for a serious heat challenge, level 2 gives you all the flavor without destroying your taste buds. Best part? They include a full egg in every bowl at no extra charge. Most places upcharge for that. They also offer variety beyond standard pork broth, including a solid vegetarian option. Service is attentive without hovering, prices are fair for generous portions, and the modern vibe with newer music beats the typical ramen house atmosphere.
