The last time, the young woman at the front desk (I'd already noticed she was in a terrible mood) simply yanked my dog by the leash, and he slid along... until he was inside his cage. She showed no care or love for the animal. I always ask them not to express the anal glands or remove the hair from inside their ears. This last time, he came back all scared, with his anal gland very red and a lot of rash, and now he has an infection in his anal gland. NEVER AGAIN.
