I must say that I have not been more impressed than what I thought was an impossible task. I have three dogs, two of which are very sensitive with their paws and are a bit of a handful when they are around other animals or people outside of my family and our other pets. We explained all of this to Mollie, who smiled and said that it wouldn't be a problem for her and her staff. We were apprehensive about the dogs and how the appointment would go. So, I dropped the two dogs off and hoped that it would go well. After about an hour or so, I got the text that the dogs were done. I went to go pick up the dogs and spoke with Molly. She said that they had their nails clipped, washed, and teeth brushed. I was totally surprised by the report. Although Molly said that Freyja was a little temperamental, she had no problems with both dogs after that point. This place has been great with my two rescues each time we've taken them. We were looking for a new place because the last place they got a nail trim, they barely touched them and they needed to be cut again a week later. One of my rescues can be a little dramatic and used to wail and cry going to the groomers so much so that the last place wouldn't blow dry her. She was much calmer coming here though by the second time and just a little anxious/excited the third time. No issues with drying either.
