She really helped with my range of motion and with pain I had been feeling from sitting at a desk for long hours. In 2020, the pandemic hit and I didn't see Jenny for 2 years. Fast forward to 2022 and I am back to being a regular client. Previously, my insurance covered massage, but I have different insurance now and it's not covered. That's fine. I will gladly pay out of pocket to go to Jenny. With regard to the actual massage, Jenny's touch is firm, but not hard, which I prefer, as tensing because of too hard pressure works against relaxation. Jenny really knows her anatomy and can focus in on specific muscles that may need attention. And Jenny's bedside manner is calm, peaceful, and attentive. Where I need strong hands to work out knots and sore spots she does an amazing job. I've found almost no one who can use too much pressure on my back, but most people just aren't strong enough. Laura is. On the other hand, I generally don't like people to work on my feet because they're too sensitive, but if you go see her, and you should, have her work on your feet. Very worth it. Laura is the real deal. She's very intuitive about what your body needs and I always feel amazing after seeing her. I just wish I could afford to see her more often.
