The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and got me in right away (although they do recommend making an appointment, as they do get busy). I was paired with Angelina (Angie), and I couldn't be happier with my experience. She is truly passionate about what she does and gave me exactly the haircut I was hoping for. I have psoriasis and so sensitive skin is something I have to be very open about and because of this they, being my wonderful previous waxers, have had to use a different wax for me. Apparently this isn't even a thing with sugar waxing because it's already generally gentler and better for sensitive skin!!!! Okay honey!!! So call a b@&$! addicted because that's what I am!!!
