They arrived 1 hr earlier than the agreed upon time, took their time cleaning (I found them sitting around chatting), and when I confronted them about the speed of their work, they said they were here early and blamed my house for being too big. Afterwards I was informed by Yulissa that the cleaners claimed I agreed to a 4 hr cleaning when I said no such thing. Their cleaning however was decent, and after confronted, very speedy and efficient. Price is also some of the best that I could find.
