The doctor is very professional. The staff is friendly. Nice location. Easy parking. Had exam and bought new glasses. Total about $800. Insurance paid about half. Returned the glasses since the prescription didn't seem quite right.. only took about a week extra for them to correct the prescription and get glasses back. Still getting used to them. Had to buy some temple sleeves to relieve the pressure off the ears. There doesn't seem to be a good solution to solve this due to my prescription causes the lens to be heavy the middle.. kind of frustrating. Adjustments don't seem to help a lot just a little so I do need the ear padding sleeves. read more

The reviews are real. this place is 5 stars all the way. This isn't the closest eye doctor to me, but I only need an exam once a year, so I may as well go to the best. Dr. Lydia Liu is thorough, super friendly, informative, and makes sure she provides the best service. She did several exams to make sure my eyes were healthy in addition to finding the appropriate prescription for glasses. Jasmine is very helpful and sweet as well. She handles appointments, billing, etc. She helped me pick out a bunch of frames until I found the right pair. Wanted to get second opinion on my daughter's prescription, so I decided to try Sarena eye care. Dr Liu and her staff were awesome. The office is very clean, the waiting area is very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Picking out frames is not something I enjoy but Dr Liu and her staff helped me find the right frames that I would be comfortable with and would also look good on me. Dr Liu performed my eye exam, she was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time too fully understand my families eye health history, which is a complicated one. I don't write reviews very often but these reviews ARE real. Dr. Liu is THE BEST and her staff is also terrific. Everyone here is very professional and friendly. I have been to the chains like Lenscrafters, For Eyes and America's Best (they are far from it) where I have been mistreated by rude and uninformed staff, overcharged for inferior products, rushed through appointments like it's a cattle call and lied to about when I was due for an exam. Had been going to Sarena since Kindergarten. Went to Juckett recently (3 doors down) due to new insurance. First he told me I had a totally different perscription than I had ever been given before. Then I had to go back 3 times for him to fix my prescription glasses because I could not see anything, each time the doctor complained about how people do this all the time and "do the exam wrong." What?! Decided to go back to Sarena even without insurance because they get it right on the first time! They know my eyes and are very helpful!! read more
