It's take-out only so you can order from a small kiosk by the wall or go up to the counter. I got three rolls and picked the Japanese chicken, marinated salmon, and avocado shrimp. I picked the fried onions and veggie mix for the toppings (jalapeños are $1 extra) and went with the spicy sauces. This place cuts the rolls into 10 pieces, puts them all into a box, and then places the toppings and sauces over everything. It's a style I haven't seen before so it looks really messy, especially if you order more than one roll, but it's pretty good for the price. With tax and a tip the total was about $17. The only thing I would change is asking for less toppings and less sauce. They were good, but the flavors (especially the sauces) overpowered everything and I could barely taste the rolls. There were so many veggies that I practically had a salad. I live in Las Cruces so this place is really far out of my way but I will definitely be making a return visit the next time I'm in the area. I really hope they stay in business because offering large portions at low prices, especially in Japanese cuisine, doesn't always work out.
