Left over El Paso roll and nigiri rice
    Ut N.

The service was excellent I would say it wasn't my main concern. I was seated within minutes and served my drink after 2minutes. The only issue I had was the sushi rice was extremely mushed and the salmon nigiri was extremely thinly sliced and not as fresh as hoped for. As you can you I left the rice and only ate the salmon n seared salmon. The udon noodle soup temperature wise was hot and broth was great! Noodles were good too but the bonito flakes and tempura were very old. Unfortunately, i would not recommend this to a sushi fan.

**experience during covid-19 ** This was ordered through yelp app and was delivered to a small table outside my house. Delivery person was wearing a mask and also text me upon delivery. Delivery was much faster than what was expected and everything we ordered was correct. Warm rolls and edamame still at a good temperature to enjoy. Other rolls packed perfectly into a small to go box. I ordered a variety of rolls to try and create my own sushi buffet while watching football. It was needless to say very enjoyable. Will be ordering again for sure.

Sushi is definitely my love language, so we wanted to try the only revolving sushi restaurant in El Paso. The salmon nigiri was priced well, the quality of the fish is also good. Same with the ikura and the hamachi. The tuna however is a dollar more and with the same good quality. I had crab tempura sushi I didn't take a picture of, but I probably should order fresh next time because the tempura was soft and NOT crunchy at all. We also ordered most of our food fresh from the bar, because most of what we wanted was not on the conveyer belt. The yakisoba although toddler approved, is a bit on the sweeter side. 4/10 probably would opt for another menu item next time.

Not sure why the name is what the name is... but I just dropped 4-Stars, so clearly the name doesn't brother me that much. I have been fine for two years. But now I'm back, and there are a FEW new sushi and ramen places in the every growing city of El Paso. So which ones do I try? Why do I try them? This is El Paso's first conveyor belt sushi. They do have conveyor belt sushi in Japan, so I thought why not give this a try with some very close friends (one of which that is a legit green card toting Japanese citizen - and was the one that recommended here), and I'm glad we did. This place, is actually owned / operated by Japanese persons. Which is a plus. Not that anyone can't make any kind of food, but don't you at least feel like you're getting about as authentic Japanese cuisine as possible in El Paso when it's being prepared and made for you by people from Japan? Make sense? The sushi gets made, and placed on plates, and a conveyor belt spins it around the entire restaurant. See one you like? Grab it. Eat it. Repeat. At the end when your hearts (and guts) content, you pay based off how many plates you've consumed. The plates are colored, and each color has a different price. The prices / colors are listed on the wall near the cashier. There IS menu too. You can order other items, like sushi and udon, that won't be zipping around the place on the belt. Everything is pretty fairly priced, and it Tastes as good, of not better, than majority (not ALL, but this place is a Top 3), Sushi places in town. Because of convenience and price and quality, this will probably be my go-to now for sushi, unless someone REALLY wants to go somewhere else. But if no preference, or I'm alone (sadly ALWAYS), I'll be here.

Pretty excited a rotating sushi bar is here in town. I would suggest this place to anyone in town who enjoys sushi or for adventurous eaters. For those who don't know, sushi goes around a conveyor belt and you can pick up whatever you want to eat. Since it's not all you can eat, and you pay per plate, the price can rack up pretty quick. I easily racked up a bill of $60+ for just me. However, for me it was totally worth it. You can find certain types of sushi you can't find anywhere else in town such as sweet shrimp. The quality and freshness of the sushi itself can be variable however, especially if they have been rotating all day. If you aren't in the mood for sushi, they also have bowls and other things like calamari available. You can also order directly if you are craving a certain thing on the menu. This place is also great if you are in a rush because there will also be sushi already available once you walk in. Overall, I would suggest this place to everyone in town. Even though the price can be expensive, especially for your typical rolls, you can find certain things here that you can't find anywhere else.

Sushi just like other places that charge double the price and they don't have sushi in the fridge like others aka Sunny's. Conveyer belt very convenient sometimes spend like 15 minutes and get different type of rolls. Just because they charge 10-20 doesn't mean it's better quality

Very clean establishment and good vibes with shoji screens and lighting. Our service was very good too! We explained how we have never been here before and our waitress explained in full detail the how to and their menu. She came back at a good rate and was very nice. Me and my partner got the standard course for two. It was around $68. That's a lot in my opinion for not that much food compared to a Korean bbq. The galbi short ribs for example, they only gave us 3. They couldn't even give us 4? Two each? That in general is also crazy small. The rest of the meats were flat pieces like brisket and little steak bits. That's not a lot of food. It looks like a lot but when meat shrinks it's just tasters. I'm not impressed with the amount I'm spending with the amount of food. It's honestly not a lot when you really break it down. We did try the mochi and me and my partner agreed that was probably the best mochi ice cream we have had. Plenty of options, very delicious and tasty. If you want some sort of BBQ experience, I would not come here as my first option. You're just wasting money when you can go to an all you can eat and order practically everything. If you wanted Individual plates of soemthing, for example the galbi short ribs for a plate was around $14. Cmon now. We wouldn't come back here. It was decent, too expensive for what you're getting. There's just better options to try. Thank you.

We had wonderful meals of BBQ, Southern, American and Mexican food but we started to miss our Ramen meals back home. This place was great. Ot had a youthful, edgy vibe with cozy and nice colorful decor. We ordered the Thicc Boi and Birria Ramen, and ordered sides of the Thai Peanut Cucumber Salad, and Pork buns. The salad was a nice appetizer. We wished we had this back home. The dressing tasted peanutty with black sesame seeds and a nice acid balance. Kaemada's Ramen has El Paso influences. The broth had full bodied flavor, the meat was cut thicker with grilled char! Please also try the Birrea Ramen! We eat Birria broth and tacos at home and this ramen bowl was a great marriage of the 2 dishes. The thick cut and grilled char feature was also included in the pork bun. It was so tasty and satisfying with the thick pork cut, which I often thought was too thin anyways in the original version. They took the best El Paso meat flavor and Japanese presentation influences to make Kaemada's dish unique and their own. Don't expect the delicate and refined dashi broth Japan has. Be open to the bold flavors of the pork and broth. Expect a Southwest and Japanese fusion of robust and evolved flavors. Personally, I like firm noodles so request it cooked this way. Izzy, our server was friendly and attentive. She made our meal there more pleasant. Don't forget to order the Yuzu Cheesecake, light and not so sweet with a strong presence of Yuzu. A great finish to our meal. 10/10.

Is it the best ramen I've ever had? No, but it was good and it was pleasant until it wasn't. A man came in to the restaurant and approached my husband and I. I thought he was going to try and sell us something as this has happened to me a few times here in El Paso. I'm not from here, my husband is stationed here and I haven't seen anything like this since I was a young adult living in the inner city of Los Angeles. So while I'm not alarmed by this, I am put off by it. This experience was different though, the man was panhandling. I have never ever been approached for money inside an establishment. It was very awkward as my Spanish is extremely elementary and my husband doesn't speak it. I tried to explain to the man that I didn't have cash on me and was desperately hoping the staff would kindly help the man. He lingered for a long time, almost ruining our lunch. The man waiting on us saw and did nothing. Listen, I'm not heartless but I can't help every person panhandling. The staff should take care of this situation and not pass on the responsibility to their customers. I'm sorry but this looks very poorly on the City of El Paso which I hate to say, I think it's a wonderful beautiful city. If I were not Latina or hadn't experienced similar situations like this in my youth I'd have been clutching my pearls and would have left. I know this will come off as heartless, it broke my heart. I don't know this man or his situation and I couldn't properly communicate with him, put on the spot at that. Please, staff at establishments, handle these situations in kind, dignified ways to both your customers and people fallen on hard times- it's your responsibility, not the customer's.
