    Beef Teriyaki
    Howard S.

The beef teriyaki with fried rice I purchased here was among the best I've had at a mall food hall. The beef was well cooked, tender, and tasty, and the fried rice was acceptable, but not "restaurant quality." The price was also reasonable. The man handing over the dish did not have great customer service skills. I'd get it again.

Located in food court of Stonebriar mall. Very Hip mall. Very much a food court type of standard. If you desire for sone authentic Japanese food, this is not the right place.

    Teriyaki chicken special ($6.50)

Came for the lunch special and was not let down. You can score their chicken teriyaki lunch special for less than $7 and it comes with rice, veggies, and a ton of chicken. The quantity is large and the food is consistent and tasty. Pro tip: Ask for extra sauce!

I went here for lunch on a week day. Their food is about what you would expect from a food court cuisine. I got the vegetable noodle for $5 + tax, which seems a little overpriced for some spaghetti and a little veg covered in soy sauce. The sushi had a generous amount of fish (iffy quality). The cashier was friendly, but the chefs not so much. It's probably better than Panda Express, though.

The irony of this store is that it's right next to Panda Express. The prices are about the same and on different days, they have specials so on Sunday, I was starving and a chicken teriyaki special filled me up! Yeah, they flattened the rice which you choose and then there's some veggies near the rice and finally a HEAPING mound of meat. Smack in the middle. Since it was the special, my meal was just $6. I was stuffed to the point where I wasn't even hungry for dinner! My friend got the beef bento box for $8 which she said was pretty good. I definitely come here again if I'm starving. It's the best bang for your buck when it comes to the food options at Stonebriar.

Very rude staff. Asked for fried rice to be put on seperate plate for my kids so they don't have to wait for the food to be cooked, as they were really hungry and was denied by both members of the staff. The chicken is mostly fat, overladen with massive amounts of msg - with the exception of the ones used for the samples. The only place in the state of Texas that charges sales tax on water. When u ask the staff why they state that it's their policy. It also happens to be their policy to charge a different amount for an item than the price states on their menu. So the bottle of water priced at 1.39 in the menu ends up costing $2.17

Mysterious bones found in my "chicken"

ZERO stars!!! Horrible experience here. I have eaten here a few times with no issues, but today my family went and I ordered chicken and shrimp teriyaki and found strange meat that had 6 strange little bones-thin and a couple inches long. The cook had no explanation of the mystery bones. I have been grossed out all day. Retuned the plate and was given a refund. I won't say what I thought it was, but I won't be eating there again...ever!! See the pic yourself and draw your own conclusion.

Located inside Stonebriar Centre Food Court. Recently opened and now offering a special - Chicken Terriyaki for $4.79, comes with Rice and Steam veggies. The chicken was really flavorable. Also offer a Deluxe Bento Box for $7.99 - includes Meat of your choice, assorted Tempura (Shrimp and veggies), California Rolls, Salad and Steam Rice. Add a medium drink for only $1.59 more.

Wabi house is middle-tier ramen conveniently located near Frisco and Plano area business parks. The place was clean and trendy, with brisk yet warm service and tasty food. It's not the best ramen I've had in Dallas but it's a good middle of the road. It's also 25% cheaper than the best ramen in Dallas, so the resulting flavor quality is proportional. Tsukune - my friend got it. They loved it so much. Makes me want to try it next time! Okra bacon - very indulgent. Salty for me but I'm sensitive. My partner loved it. Togarashi helps a lot to cut the fat. 7/10 Ramen Broth - The tonkotsu is rich and creamy. The shoyu is deep and savory. 8/10 Egg - eggsquisite jam, 11/10 Noodles - tasty but not my favorite. Softer side, wish they were firmer. I'm guessing they're from frozen, which is okay. 6/10 Chashu pork - dummy thicc, not as tender as I prefer. Great value with the quantity. 7/10 Toppings - generous. :) the bamboo shoots and corn defo came from a can but that's okay. The price after all! 8/10

Came here for our weekly date night and we had a pretty good time…read more We ordered the marrow crab, lamb chop yakitori, tonkotsu ramen, and tsukemen ramen. I think the marrow crab was a little over hyped, it was still good and I am happy that we ordered it, but I don't think I'll order it again. The lamb chops were alright, a litttle more well-done than I am used to, but still pretty tasty. The tonkotsu ramen was above average and filling. The tsukemen was strange. This may be my own preference, but I was expecting the dipping broth to have a strong dashi flavor, but this was not the case. The dipping broth tasted like a slightly more concentrated version of the tonkotsu broth and felt very greasy. I would not recommend the tsukemen. The atmosphere was excellent. Both my partner and I loved the wood furnishing and felt quite comfortable despite the fact the restaurant was very busy. The service was outstanding, when we told the waitress that this was our first time here, she explained the full menu and gave a number of recommendations in each section.

Despite the name, the menu has way more than hand rolls and the sushi pieces are all exceptional and at affordable price points (as low as $3.85 per piece!). Each piece has special garnishing, torching etc. and is delicious; the rice is warm which makes a difference. You can essentially construct a custom omakase menu. No reservations so get there early and wait for counter seating over tables - it's worth it!! Attaching pics of the menu and what we ordered vs what I would do next time. Don't order any sides or hand rolls at the start - just get sushi pieces then you can repeat ones you like or then choose to fill up on hand rolls. Ambience and service are great (they'll serve you drinks while you wait). Some of my faves: - Cherry blossom kanpachi - Anything seared - engawa, black cod, salmon belly (request this one seared) - Scallop was amazing - not the typically piece of scallop on rice, but actually seasoned and citrus-y - Chutoro was standout, liked it more than otoro Enjoy!!
