Soft, moist and the teriyaki sauce blended well with the chicken. The veggies are tender and fresh. The brown rice is steamed well. It's delicious. The fried chicken dumplings are tasty and not dry. The irony of this store is that it's right next to Panda Express. The prices are about the same and on different days, they have specials so on Sunday, I was starving and a chicken teriyaki special filled me up! Asked for fried rice to be put on seperate plate for my kids so they don't have to wait for the food to be cooked, as they were really hungry and was denied by both members of the staff. The chicken is mostly fat, overladen with massive amounts of msg - with the exception of the ones used for the samples. The only place in the state of Texas that charges sales tax on water. When u ask the staff why they state that it's their policy. It also happens to be their policy to charge a different amount for an item than the price states on their menu. Comes with tempura (decently prepared), salad, and California roll (typical CA roll, nothing special). The chicken teriyaki actually is quite good. None of the females seem to know how to smile or say thank you in any language. The guys do a better job with customer service. By the way, I'm a female.
