The food was delivered to my hotel quickly and the meatball sub was very very good. I was so pleased to know they were open after 11pm on a weekday. It saved me because I had been traveling all day and missed dinner. The pizza is always good but I watched the food preparer use his bare hand no gloves to make multiple salads. Ready made foods require gloves, mixing the veggies in the salad separating the cucumbers with hands everything. That is gross, pizza doesn't require gloves bcus it is cooked after which burns off germs but to prepare the salad no gloves is gross. Also scratching the side of his head with his hand! We got carryout from this Sarpino's for the first time two nights ago and OMG was it good! This was our first time ever ordering from any Sarpino's so I can't speak for them all, but the thin crust pepperoni pizza at this location is my new favorite pizza!Perfect marinara and a crust that is buttery, bread-like, crispy and light (we ordered it well done and the cook was perfect). We also had the baked lasagna with the cheesy bread upgrade--fantastic--and tiramisu--delicious. Can't wait to try the deep dish and calzones, we'll be ordering again soon! read more

We ordered a late night pizza on the last evening in our trip, as my wife and I wanted to enjoy Chicago pizza together. It was ready in about 20 minutes and we had some special requests the staff made for us. The pizza was phenomenal. My friends and I were super hungry late Christmas night and we aren't from Illinois so we kept search for a place with wings for my dear friend. I came across this page on Grubhub and they really didn't disappoint! Not sure why they only have 3 stars they deserve so much more, especially for being OPEN on Christmas night!!!!! The delivery took maybe a breezy 40 mins and the delivery guy was able to come up to our room, which started off our experience with Sarpinos great. So I orders the cheesy bread and jalapeño poppers. They both were AMAZING! The cheesy bread was baked so perfectly with not too much cheese and the right amount of seasoning my friends. I ordered a personal size yet the sent over 2 one personal (I ate it all) and another large pizza box size for all my friends and they loved it. The poppers were also so delicious, although normally I get cheddar cheese inside the popper this time it was cream cheese and oh so warm and delicate! Another great thing is that each item comes with a side, so you don't have to pay an unreasonable $.69 for it, lol. My fiancé and I have been ordering pizza from here for the last 4 months, absolutely the best pizza around. I'm vegan so that's how we found the restaurant but my fiancé is not vegan and he said he wouldn't get pizza from anywhere else. I just ordered from this restaurant and I paid by credit card. They'd didn't offer any option to pay a tip via phone or even mention it. The driver showed up up and I yelled for him to leave it at the door. He then kept yelling and I had to open up the door where I was berated for not leaving a tip when there was not an option. I have no problem leaving a tip but I am not going to leave a tip when I am getting harassed. He was an older gentleman however I don't expect that to be acceptable. read more

We order from here nearly 3x/month and just got the worst pizza order ever. The crust is so thin, the sauce is bleeding through and there is half the cheese there normally is. The crust is halfway down to the middle of the pizza. And when I called to complain, I got a nicer gentleman on the phone and when he put his manager on Derek, he said I could bring the pizzas back at midnight to their store for a full refund. Worst manager ever, worst customer service EVER. This guy should be fired. I have never had such a rude interaction with a place. I will never be ordering from them again. Listed "specials" prices are rather steep as well. They do offer a 15% off coupon at checkout. Overall the pizza was not bad, but not stellar - fresh tasting ingredients, generous toppings, ok presentation... garlic butter dipping sauce helped the slightly dry crust. I did find it odd that I got my order 20 minutes after I received the "out for delivery email" considering the store is 7 minutes away from my location... but I digress... . It's not super fancy but delicious and very satisfying. We've tried different things on the menu and have never been disappointed with the food. The baked spaghetti is one of our favorite dishes (we usually order it along with the meatballs). Also love the tira misu. I've been a customer since around 2012 and have had delivery countless times. They've gotten my order wrong maybe one time, no biggie, and a quick phone call resolved the issue. Delivery is always friendly and fast, sometimes surprisingly fast (like they tell me it will be 45 minutes but they get here in 25). I'm happy for them that they apparently are doing well enough to upgrade/move their location but am a little bummed because it's farther from me now. I love sarpinos. I have been vegan for 8 years and they have by far the best vegan pizza and vegan breadsticks ever. I've been ordering from sarpinos for a year or two now and I love it. They also have really good deals I get in my emails. My boyfriend and mom who are both not vegan at all are also obsessed with the vegan breadsticks. There are only 3 reasons to eat from Sarpinos. 1. You have to feed a bunch of people on a tight budget, 2. It's 2am and you don't want 24hr McDonalds,or 3. You're drunk and you don't want to burn your house down. 90% of my Sarpinos orders have been #3. Is it good? Not really,but neither is all that vodka in your liver. But,just like liquor Sarpinos is always there for you in a time of need. Different locations have different hours,some are open until 5am. Things that I like: Delivery is usually fast. The specials are good and you also get 15% off when you order online.They also have a rewards program. Today I got a $5 off discount(thanks drunk college years!). The cheesy breadsticks are good. Some of the sandwiches are good. Don't like: The pizza is like good grade school pizza.There are better frozen pizzas(Red Baron,Home run inn,DiGorno) but,yea... The wings never taste quite done,even when I order them well done...something weird about the skin. The locations are different. Some have calzones,some give you free chips with your sandwich,some have panini bread.. I need consistency from a franchise. We ordered from this location. The wings weren't delivered. Honestly best tasting Pizza, you won't find better. I originally made a comment about the lack of toppings and they reached out explaining that certain toppings are too strong and so the flavors can be balanced certain toppings get more amount than others. (They cover the pizza with meat toppings so no worries there.) I really appreciate they're courtesy and explaining and if it is an underwhelming amount contact the manager they'll make things right.
