Got delivery from Rosati's today, and was very pleased. The delivery was on time, and the pizza was nice and warm. I got double dough which I highly recommend. It's the perfect compromise between thick crust and thin crust. It's got a nice soft warm chew with out overpowering the toppings. The sauce is nice and mild. The pizza is not greasy at all, and they top it with just the right amount of cheese. There is a nice variety of toppings to choose from. I went with green peppers, black olives, onion, mushroom, and garlic. The veggies were a nice size and plentiful. The pizza was delicious, and I have left overs. They have an assortment of other options to if you aren't in the mood for pizza. I think for what they offer it's a very good value. I highly recommend it. read more

Where do I start?! ROSATIS WESTMONT hands down has the best pizza!! It's always piping hot when my family and I order it for delivery. We picked up our deep dish sausage pizza and the nice man in side brought it to our car. Just amazing customer service. The pizza is always a hit. I didn't get a chance to go in to see how the ambiance was but it's snuggled inside a strip mall in Westmont near RT 83 off Ogden Ave. Don't drive too fast because you may miss it. But be sure to double back and grab a fresh slice of pizza. We ordered this one with extra sauce and the sauce was saucing! Super flavorful, herbaceous and garlicky. The tomatoes taste so fresh yet a sweet kick to it as well. The sausages were super flavorful and the cheese pull was by far the best. This will be a staple in our household. read more

first time at this location, and i accidentally made the mistake of coming early to pickup my food. the staff here was immediately pretty rude due to me being early (sometimes food can be ready earlier than the estimated time), then the staff started arguing with one another in front of me. there was also another patron here who had to wait a significant amount of time before even being acknowledged by staff. honestly kind of disappointed because this location is more convenient for me when picking up. read more

We had Rosati's pizza for many years, mostly from the location in Wheaton. This was the first time we got it from Westmont, this was the worst pizza we ever had, just like a piece of cardboard. My teenage daughter purchased an 8 inch pizza with only cheese. The website says this item is $4.50 but she was charged over $12 w/ delivery for the pizza and a root beer. Apparently the website pricing is wrong and it's really $7.00, plus root beer, plus delivery and that is how they got to over $12.00. My daughter is kind of an airhead (I say that endearingly, she's a typical teenager) and is still learning how "adult-ing" works. She forgot to tip. The driver didn't forget the tip though and wrote one in for her on the receipt. That is extremely unethical behavior and unacceptable. My daughter is still learning how to handle this kind of stuff with a debit card and when I asked her if she left a tip she said she didn't because there wasn't a place for it on the ticket. We were going to stop by an drop off a tip when I saw the charge was more than she remembered the receipt being so now I had to go in there anyway and see for myself. Sure enough! A tip was written in and it wasn't her handwriting. It's a warm day in August in a pizza place - I get it, it's hot! But the door was open and flies were coming in. Sorry, but that's gross. The man in charge seemed like he cared about my concern (as opposed to me filing a charge back with my bank) and refused a tip when we wanted to leave one. Recently had a kid's birthday party and ordered a fair amount of pizza and tenders. After calling a few other places to get pricing we decided to go with this location. The customer service we received was top notch and they really took care of us. The good was wonderful and delivered earlier than the scheduled time. I have never in my life dealt with such disrespectful people. Absolutely terrible customer service! I deliver with Post-mates and when I arrived to pick up the delivery order I was given I was immediately told "We don't do that so get out!" What kind of customer service employee speaks to someone like that? I showed the cashier my cell phone with the order and explained to him that I was picking up for Post-mates and he then went into the back to show what I'm guessing was the manager. I was able to hear the man in the back say that "We don't sell jalapeño poppers", which is totally okay and I was a bit confused about it myself. But when the cashier came back up to the counter with my phone he asked me if I was trying to scam them. Which I was NOT trying to do at all. I was just trying to pay for the deliver I was supposed to pick up and leave. I also heard him say I was the second person who came in trying to pick up the exact same order. I then knew that it must be some sort of mistake whether it be on Post-mates end or theirs so I had no problem trying to cancel the order then leaving. He asked me what Post-mates was and I told him it was a delivery service just like Uber Eats or Grub hub. He then proceeded to show me his Uber Eats and Grub hub tablets saying that he had those two right here and that I must be trying to scam them and that he "didn't know what the hell I wanted from him." I don't understand why an employee would talk to someone who is trying to give them business like that. I then told him "Okay that's fine but I don't need your attitude." Then walked out of the store and cancelled the Post-mates order. I don't know who he thought he was or what I was doing but speaking from someone who has worked in the food business IT IS NEVER OKAY TO TALK TO ANYONE LIKE THIS! I will definitely NEVER be back again and will make sure to tell all friends and family to not even bother giving them service. I don't know whether it was because I'm dark complected or what but there was definitely some reason behind why I was treated so poorly. I wish I could rate them Zero stars because this was completely ridiculous. Teach your employees how to talk to customers. It's no wonder NOBODY was in the lobby. So hard to give a star rating since the service is 1-star and the pizza is 4-star. The guy that answers the phone usually is so rude it's comical. I choose to laugh because he reminds me of the soup nazi from Seinfeld. He's always short with me to the point I think he's messing with me. A few workmates and I ordered from here yesterady, so here is a review of the food we got: Chicken breast sandwich. Breast was overcooked and dry. No mayo/sauce spread of any kind, and the lettuce was cubed iceberg. They couldn't take the time to either shred the lettuce or separate the leaves. Talk about incredibly lazy. Salad was made with the same cubed iceberg lettuce and a few slices of tomato. Cheap cheap cheap. I might as well buy the salad pack at the grocery store, that way I might get some greens of some kind. Italian beef looked dry. We were avid Rosati's fans when we first relocated to the Western suburbs. Pizza got a bit average and we switched to a couple of other spots. Decided to try it again. The pizza has changed considerably. It has gone from bad to far worse. Ordered an extra large. The pizza crust was not cooked. Not cooked as in raw. I have never thrown out left over pizza. My kids and I looked at the left over pie, I asked "what are we doing with it"? Their unanimous reply "well I'm not going to eat it". Into the Garbage it went. I threw out 3/4 of a pizza. My gut tells me the racoons and squirrels will take a pass as well. Order elsewhere. Lots of choices, none could possibly be worse. read more

As a NY'er I lOVE ME A PIZZA PIE! Rosati's is the best I've tasted our here. They know what they're doing! Crisp thin crust style pie that's still got some substance. Sauce is flavorful, probably a house secret, unlike the plain spagheti sauce other places use. Cheese is plentiful, sizzling and gooey. Toppings are top notch. The pepperoni and sausage are both stacked on and juicy. Small pizza joint with 1 table. Not a restaurant, but best place to grab a slice or a pie to go. So fed up I am finally writing a review. If the bald guy is there, turn around and leave. He is one of the two owners, but he is the worst, both at making the pizzas and attitude. The last time, the outer edge of our pizza crust was flat like there hadn't been enough dough and they tried to stretch it out by flattening it, and it was burned. Reasonable pizza and sandwich option within the area and 10-mile radius. **With coupons this is a 4-star option!** Normally it seems Rosati's isn't remembered as one of the main pizza options. Giordano's, Lou Malnati's and a third option are usually mentioned but Rosati's skipped. Unfortunately part of it may come from the variety of service you may get as well as prices. Part of it also comes from the recipe. Having tried everything from the thin crust pizza through the double-stuffed pizza, I have to say it is satisfying but within certain conditions. I have come across too much of a varying scale of manners, this location specifically is ok. I sometimes felt a lack of politeness but it always comes from being rushed, a couple of times - especially when picking up an order - I have had a pleasant experience. Now for the brief breakdowns. There is a longer con list but it's for the specific feedback, not to completely detract from the quality of the place. Pros: . Flavorful pizza . Reasonably quick . Priced responsibly unlike the other Rosati's . With coupons it can be an amazing deal Cons: . There usually is too much corn flour under the pizza. It always detracts from the taste . The dough on the thin crust option is too hard on the outside . There is a great excess of Parmesan cheese on the stuffed pizzas. Combined with the deep dish seasoning, it has too striking/citrusy flavor and scent to it that overpowers the actual tomato sauce . This is my second go round with this Rosati's the first time I ordered a Spinach pizza being a vegetarian and all, and they sent me out a Sausage pizza instead, however even though after I called they finally did bring me out my spinach it was o.k. Tonight i decided i would give them another shot so I went for a simple basic cheese pizza i mean you can't screw that up.
