No dine in (perfectly fine by me). Just a hole in the wall but that's how you know it's good. Waited on a Saturday night for 1.5 roughly but I'd of gladly waited 2. What an excellent pizza! Really nice guys working in the back there too. (Sausage has a bit of kick to it so beware.)

Updating my review: I recently came back to Dough Daddy's as I was in the area for a doctor's appointment and happen to be craving their cracker thin, tavern style pizza. Online ordering through their website was easy and straight forward. They also give you a call almost immediately after the order is placed to give you a better timeline, which I appreciate. The pizza was also hot and ready at the said time. I ordered a pepperoni pizza this time around, and I love how generous they are with the toppings, it's evenly distributed throughout. The quality and the service is consistent. It's easily one of my favorite pizza spots in the Chicagoland area, and I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for tavern style pizza.

I wanted to give this place another shot and got half pa and half sausage and mushroom. I couldn't order half toppings online so I had to call it in. I don't think they charged me to do half and half. Comparing my photos from my last visit, the toppings seem a bit skimpy this time. Regardless, they still make a decent pizza. The crust is thin and it held up well and I like their zesty and slightly spicy sauce. Their candied jalapeños were hot and a bit sweet. The sausage is good and I couldn't taste the mushroom. I'm sure it would have tasted better if the cheese was hot and gooey, but that's not their fault since I've got a 15 min drive home. Now I'm curious and want to try a slice right in the car!

Great family owned business and one of the best tavern style pizzas I have had in IL. Matt, the owner, was super friendly and generous with his establishment. 10/10 and will deff be back!

Dough Daddy's is truly one of the best pizza slices I've had in the burbs in a LONGGG time! This is a father-son owned and operated business and their passion and love for food seeps through every slice and pie they serve. If you're in the restaurant for more than 5 minutes, you will have the amazing opportunity to talk with them and get to know them and their incredible story and how they got here today! This is a 100% takeout establishment, there is no seating inside. But you can call ahead of time and place your order and it's ready within 25 minutes! When I visited them, I got their hot honey chicken wings as well as a their cheese pizza and their house special pizza with sausage and jalapeños. The chicken wings (no picture included because they were devoured within 5 mins) were absolutely delicious! They were so crispy and fresh and the balance of sweet and spicy was insane. But the pizza was a whole another level of delicious - there was so much to love with the perfect combination of dough, sauce, and cheese. All of which tasted fresh and hand made! The candied jalapeños gave the perfect kick and the sausage bites were smoky and tender. Still dreaming of these slices and can't wait to go back and bring some back for football Sunday! This is seriously one of the best pies in the burbs and if you haven't been here yet, you're missing out!!

A wonderful, family owned pizza shop with amazing, tavern style pizza. We stopped by in the afternoon for lunch - the owner was there and he was incredibly kind and suggested the jalepeno pizza which was SOOOOOOOOOO good. The crust was savory, cheese melty and there was a lot of flavor on the pizza. They also cut it into squares (tavern style), which I love. Its really close to a lot of other restaurants and a really cool park nearby. This is a take out only restaurant. They are really quick and friendly with a variety of selections. My husband and I loved the taste of this pizza and hope to be back when we're in the area!

This place is awesome! Truly the most down-to-earth pizza spot I've ever been to. Run by father and son, the pizzas here are really made with love and care. It's carryout only, which is super convenient and the perfect spot for a quick pizza fix. You can place your order online or call. They have specialty pizzas which I recommend and then you can also build your own. Additionally they have various apps, salads, and some desserts. Everything here is super well priced and they specialize in thin crust pizza. I got their specialty 'Pa pizza and veggie pizza. Both were a freaking hit! I seriously don't know which one I like better. The jalapenos are candied and the sausage was so quality - I'm usually not a huge sausage person but this one was GOOD. The veggie was phenomenal - I don't know what they do, but they make a standard veggie pizza superb. It was so flavorful, perfectly sliced, and had the right ratio of cheese to toppings. Needless to say I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend this local pizza place!

A father and son business located in a strip center with plenty of parking . This is a carry out location only. We were greeted by the son who was super energetic and friendly. Had a slice of the cheese pizza, thin crust that was well done which he explained is what they are known for. A little too well done for me but still very tasty . The sauce that is used is delicious. I would like to try some of their speciality pizzas if in the area again.

Been eyeing this place for a while and I only wish I tried sooner! Upon walking in, you're greeted by such genuinely kind people, father and son I believe. It is take-out only and they don't sell pizza by the slices so make sure to call your order ahead of time! We got half meat lovers and half PA (candied jalapeños and sausage made in-house) pizza, hot honey wings and Brussels sprouts. I looooove thin crust and theirs was perfect. Thin, crispy with a nice chew and a generous amount of toppings! Hot honey wings - oh SO GOOD. Crispy, sticky goodness. They also have garlic Parmesan, buffalo and bbq I believe... but hot honey was a hit. Pretty good price too, I would come here even just for the wings lol Fried Brussels sprouts - STAR OF THE MEAL. The pizza and wings were delicious but these were exceedingly good haha. This is the type of dish you'd receive at a fancy dine-in restaurant, no joke. The hot honey gochujang sauce had a good balance of sweet and savory, and roasted almonds for texture. So creative and tasty! Definitely recommend this dish, plus you'll feel a little healthier about eating pizza lol Super happy with all the food we got, no complaints at all. The great customer service made the food even better. Hope everyone gives this place a try. I'm looking forward to trying the Mowie Wowie and fried mushrooms next time!!

What a wonderful time having the opportunity to visit Dough Daddy's which is a father and son shop (Patrick and Matt). I drove to this establishment from north Chicago/ Waukegan just to try this establishment. Only 11 months old, Dough Daddy's is new the westmont. When I arrived, only Matt was present, he offered to make a brand new pizza to give me a slice because the other slices were sitting there for a long while. Their speciality that was recommended by Patrick, the son, was the candied jalapeño and house made sausage and he was generous enough to do half and half with the Mowie Wowie which is their take on Hawaiian pizza using spam rather than ham. I also purchased an order of the chicken wings and the fried mushrooms. Matt threw in a free order of Brussels sprouts too! Chileeee this was really good and delicious. I read other comments that stated they don't like the burnt edges but that makes it tastier. Not to mention real Italian pizza spots gone have that cheese melted with the burnt crusts! The fried mushrooms came with a special sauce which I could tell was house made and I loved it. Super creamy and tangy! Dough Daddy's did it right! I will be returning to try their other speciality pizzas and the mozzarella sticks.

My family and I swung by Dough Daddy's to grab dinner last weekend. Consistent with other reviews, we found the father - son duo to be extremely personable, welcoming, and transparent. My husband and son really enjoyed the chicken tenders and wings, but we were bummed that they didn't have the avocado fries we had ordered. However, the owner gave us a couple of other apps to try (definitely recommend the Brussel sprouts!), and comped us for the fries. The pizza took longer than anticipated to prepare (they were extremely busy), but the owner was transparent with us on timing, which we appreciated as we have two young children. While the pizza was good, it wasn't the best pizza I've had. It is definitely thin crust and baked extra well, which we appreciated, and it maintained its crispness despite a 20 minute drive home. If I'm in the area, I may come by again. But wouldn't make a special trip to come here.

Soooooo....I want to give more than 5 stars if I absolutely can. Boys and girls.... probably one of the best pizza EVER. Even though it is only a small carry out storefront but the owners were soooo nice and friendly. You can tell it's a father & son owned restaurant so more reason to support local business. Let's talk about the area. We arrived at 5pm and they made the pizza right away so we had a good 30 mins to kill. We really should move to Westmont since I basically know every one in that strip mall and now one more. So we walked around while we waited for our pizza so we visit Katy's dumplings which we go all the time, Sushi Nova which is our sushi spot, Sweet General does my birthday cakes so we picked up 2 mango cake and the new Hunan Supermarket owner Julia is now a friend so we stopped by and say hello so now one more reason for me to go for Dough Daddys! This pizza....holy moly was phenomenal! Usually it takes me about 30 mins to get home and it was still crispy. Was it cold? A little but it was still flavorful and absolutely delicious. But the star.... Was the brussel sprouts!!!!! Who would have thought to put honey and gochujang over fried brussel sprouts would be this amazing? And top it off with crunchy almonds? How do you know this would be so amazing together? I think I found my new favorite pizza place. Pizza for the boys and brussel sprouts and a bowl of white rice for me!!!! Love love love thisssssss place!! 10/10

The sausage was definitely the fan favorite for the kids. I have to say the pizza crust was really enjoyable, crispy throughout and not too paper thin and robust enough to hold all toppings. As far as service, it's best to call in ahead to put in your order, as I've heard they only pump out 100 or so pizzas per day and seem to be in high demand. For example, we called in on a weekday at 4:45pm and pick up wouldn't be until 6:35pm. So roughly, two hour wait which was on par with what I've read about. The shop itself is very small. Only two tables and the rest of the space is dedicated to the kitchen and pizza oven. I'd recommend taking to go as inside runs hot from the big ol' oven. All in all, really great quality tavern style. Worth a try if you can time the order with when you want to eat. =P 'Til next time, cheers!

Thin, square-cut, and baked well-done, the pie showcases a crisp, structurally sound crust with just enough char to add bitterness and depth without overpowering the bite. The pepperoni is assertive and well-distributed, releasing savory oils that mingle with a bright, balanced tomato sauce and evenly browned cheese. Each slice holds its integrity--no flop, no excess grease--allowing the quality of the ingredients to remain front and center. The restraint here is intentional; nothing feels overworked or gratuitous. Kim's Uncle keeps the operation deliberately narrow: one pizza size, phone-in ordering only, and a clear commitment to execution over expansion. The result is a confident, old-school tavern pie that respects tradition while delivering precision. For those who appreciate classic Chicago pizza done thoughtfully and without compromise, this is essential. 9/10.

We are so glad we did! Because the cheese was perfectly gooey without being overwhelming paired with a delicious tomato sauce atop a complimentary crust with just the right amount of give to it. This may be the only thin crust pizza I would continue to get. The pan pizza was basically just the thin crust pizza with a lip on the perimeter and more cheese. This pizza was not nearly as good as the thin crust because if I'm going to eat a non-thin crust pizza, I want a more doughy crust and this just did not deliver. There was also too much cheese and it wasn't charred the same way the thin crust was. The inside is quaint with hats from all over everywhere. Service is also very kind and as quick as they can be with how busy it is.
