The thin crust cheese pizza is ok. A little too thick on the crust and not quite as crispy as my wife likes. The calamari was great, not over cooked, no soggy breading, just right. The meat lovers pizza was good but again the crust was a bit thick and not crispy. It was lacking on the pepperoni, sausage, beef, and sauce, but it did have a lot of bacon and cheese. I drive by this place all the time. The Chicago thin crust pizza group on FB led me here. I guess all of the high reviews on Google and Yelp had me hyped up. I ordered garlic bread and a 14" meat lovers pizza to go. They do have some seating inside, more seating than I expected. Initially, the garlic bread was okay. It has a more buttery taste than the other ones I've had. After I reheated it on my pizza stone, it became very tasty and crispy. The garlic bread I give it is 4.5. It tastes great if you use a pizza stone. The pizza on the other hand, I was underwhelmed. I ate it when it was fresh as well as on the pizza stone. The crust is bland and tasteless. The sauce was great. The toppings were okay. I ordered this ultra thin, crispy, and extra sauce. Pizza is like 2.5-3. Overall experience is a 3. This is a one and done for me. read more

Having carried out from the counter at the Hinsdale location, I was excited to get the full experience here in Lisle. Walking in, I gravitated towards the sign of specials, and then was guided to a table. Along with complimentary bread, I was treated to the sight of an owner (Mama Brasi, as one customer called her) who was visibly engaged in the lives of the clientele, both with repeat customers carrying out as well as with a family dining in, and their little girl who was a fan of salads. A hot bowl of minestrone arrived and added to the warm feelings. But it was the eggplant involtini special that was the star. Cooked and seasoned well, a healthy supply of sauce (I could see some sauce fiends wanting more, but I was content), and enough to take home a bit for lunch the next day. Early November was a little chilly sitting by the door, so keep that in mind for colder months, as there's not much they can do about that. read more

These reviews really let me down. I was expecting a delicious sauce, a soft, flavorful pizza crust but.... no. None of the above. This pizza was absolutely nothing to write home about. I will say, the service was good, the cashier was super patient as I decided on what to order. The ambiance gave family friendly , there were like 2/3 families dining in when I ordered. That pepperoni pizza was nothing special. I was so disappointed. It was literally just sauce, cheese and dough. Nothing special or nothing stood out about any of the components at all. The pasta was cooked to perfection, had a GREAT amount of sauce which I LOVED (hate a dry pasta!) but had absolutely no flavor. I had to season with salt and pepper when I got back to my hotel. I asked beforehand were the wings fried or baked and she said they were both, so I'm like "OK great, they will have some type of crisp to it? "and she said yes, but they absolutely did not. As usual, I was craving pizza on a Sunday evening so looked up local pizza joints near me and stumbled across Brasi' Pizzeria! What a hidden gem!! It's located in a plaza with a few other spots. The inside has some seating so you can dine-in if you wish but I ordered for take out. I got the 14 inch thin crust pizza with jalapeños and omg you guys, it was seriously one of the best thin crust pizzas I've ever had. I'm all about the crust and thin crust pizzas rarely ever satisfy my pizza cravings. But the crust on this pizza was PERFECT. It had an amazing undercarriage, the most flavorful sauce, cheese that didn't fall off the slice, and jalapeños that were spicy yet tangy. I am in LOVE. It was perfect to share with 2 people and we did have some leftovers. They cut everything up into squares and the crust was so crispy and yummy!!! They also offer daily slices, which is amazing!! They also have so many apps, pastas, salads, and desserts! This will definitely become our go-to take-out place for thin crust moving forward! Definitely check them out if you're in the area!! Just tonight, I ordered the gnocchi with sauce on the side, because they over-sauce their pastas, and their vodka sauce is also inconsistent (sometimes it has too much Parmesan, and other times, too much tomato). Went in on a Sunday eve for dinner with my parents before a road trip the next day. it's a very nicely decorated restaurant. there is retty limited seating area and a nice waiting area for food pick ups. I'm from out of town and my parents gave me the choice of this or red lobster, i chose Italian and praye it didn't disappoint and it sure didn't. Jenna was our server. I was torn between pizza and pasta. I'm supposed to be eat low carb, bit I'm on vacation before a stringent healthy eating program in October. so I chose rigatoni di biagio. it's a vodka sauce with sausage , mushrooms and sundried tomatoes. it was delicious. unfortunately I almost cleaned my plate, that was after a couple slices of bread dipped in olive oil. so much for low carb. mom had penne and vodka sauce, dad had lasagna and meatballs. we all enjoyed our food. entrees come with soup or salad and bread. Jenna did a nice job taking care of us. bathroom was clean and well supplied. the owner chatted with us some. they carry beer, wine and seltzers and have a soda machine. Hello, i was in the store a few days ago after work. Kinda empty aside from a litte party that formed by the restrooms. The wait staff seemed friendly. They brought fountain drink cups to the table without us asking for them. Since the restaurant is so small it seems like the entire operation should be counter service. But alas they have waitresses to walk a few steps to bring your food. They do have a television in the restaurant that was playing ABC News which i found weird. Finally found a local pizza place that replaces Luciano's. This place is even better IMO. We ordered a Brasi's Supreme 18" and an order of Garlic Parmesan Wings (12). The wings were meaty and twice the size of some other wing places. Tasty, and not too salty. Would definitely order again. Pizza is very good! My husband said it is good enough to just order a cheese pizza, which is his stamp of approval. We ordered thin crust, but they have a Sicilian Style which we would love to try. We have found our new favorite Italian Restaurant. This is a small, authentic family-owned spot. Small dine in area that is really clean, lots of carry out and a cold case filled with deserts. We have carried out and dined in - Love the Margarita pizza! Chicken parm, Chicken Marsala and Brasi's Chicken as well as Lasagna dining in - YUM! They have us coming back for more. The pieces of sausage are too small and get lost, hence only four stars. Also, the pizza had too much of these large, thick green pepper slices which took over my pizza. To be fair, some people might love that. I'm not a fan of green peppers. But, they charge a lot for each ingredient if you don't get a combo. I would still go back and recommend this place.
