Although the pizza is always amazing here, the manager has a slow paced , and selfish atmosphere. Pizza should be intense and high paced on a Friday afternoon! She acts like she owns the place! Reggie is always warm, professional, efficient and welcoming. I have been to other Papa Murphy's where the staff was indifferent and the product mediocre. Lately the quality of the pizzas have not been so great. Picked up a pizza today, kinda sloppy and seems like the amount of toppings have decreased. There's more spinach than anything else. This location has bad service. We have came here multiple times and had lots of bad experiences. Sometimes we will come in to pick up an order and the employees will be doing nothing but when we ask for the pizza they say they haven't made it yet. Even when it was supposed to be done 15 min ago. Today we went there and picked up our pizza. The employees were rude and I think they gave us the wrong crust for our pan. Overall this place need new management and I would just go to the one on 64th and ward. read more

Walked in tonight with my fiance because we were lazy and didn't want to cook, he mentioned it's $10 Tuesday and we should have some pizza. Now, I don't usually frequent chains, nor do I review them, but tonight this lady in front of me was being so rude to the employees there and I have to say something. This lady was just being the biggest A*hole that you can imagine, and all over some pizza she paid $20 bucks for. I just wanted to take a moment and say she sucks, and the people at this store dealt with the situation really well. Apologized and refunded the money, saying they are doing the best they can, but are only human. Props to the manager and staff for not cursing this women out the way she was getting yelled at. Oh, and the pizza, yeah it's friggin awesome! Way better than a frozen za and a hell of a lot cheaper than take out in the area. This location has the RUDIST manager I have ever in my 68 years encountered. They do NOT answer their phone and when asked about it in person blew it off by saying they were having problems with Comcast??? I could always order online. I tried to call the previous week and got no answer. So this is an ongoing problem? The mask the manager wore only covered her mouth, not her nose and was obviously dirty. She told me that she no longer worries about small stuff since she lost her husband last month. After all "it's only a pizza". Who treats their customers like this? I returned today to enquire who the franchise's owner was so I could inform them of the behavior of their employees and was told that was a matter of privacy. I don't get it. I left my name for the "district manager" to call me. I'm not going to hold my breath. I do not recommend this location. There is another one just a little farther away from my home where I am always treated like a guest and they DO answer their phone. read more

On 3/20/21, I walked into Store #06097 to place an order. There was a sign out front that showed $8 for a large Chicken Mediterrean Pizza. So that is what I ordered. However, when paying I was told it was $15.99. So I told the employee about the sign out front. But she said that it should have been taken down. When I continued to press the issue, she said that she'd have to talk to her manager. And I was ok with that. But then she said that the manager wasn't there. It appeared that she was the only employee in the place. So I didn't really have a choice, but to pay the $15.99. Don't get me wrong. I love the pizza. But I would have selected something else if I knew the $8 price wasn't valid. I won't be going back to that Papa Murphy's location. Very disappointing! read more

Papa murphys pizza is always so good and is always a good choice for a quick and easy dinner! The staff always work together quiet well and always seem to make their work fun and enjoyable! They are also doing very great coping with the Covid 19 pandemic, considering its stressful for everyone! I recommend this place 100%, its a very good business and environment!! read more

This is the friendliest Papa Murphy's I have ever been to. In fact, this place may have the friendliest staff of any other retail outlet in the area.
