Tried contacting them on eBay about a return, and even offered to cover return shipping but the message went ignored. Tried escalating a claim with eBay but since the shoes were "guaranteed" by their authenticity team, it basically got auto-denied. Now I'm trying to deal with PayPal and my bank to get the problem fixed or else I'm stuck with damaged shoes that I'll have to resell myself, no doubt at a loss. Extremely, extremely disappointed in how this sale was handled. I ended up spending over 2 hours in there and found 2 pairs of Skechers sneakers. Off-Broadway (now Rack Room Shoes) has the Buy One Get One 50% off all year round. However, their prices are not really discounted prices. Service is good here. If they don't have your size, they will order and ship to your home for free.
