My experience with Ashley Shimabukuro at the Good Feet Store in Tustin was outstanding. She patiently spent a great deal of time trying inserts in my shoes to assist with binion pain. Unfortunately, my podiatrist said the inserts were not the appropriate treatment for bunions so I had to return the unused inserts for a refund. Tylor Cooks helped me get fitted for my custom sole inserts. He provided excellent customer care and was thoroughly knowledgeable about the products. His enthusiasm for his work was immediately noticeable. The fitting process took about an hour and Tylor provided me with a plethora of information about body alignment. I made my purchase and put the inserts to use immediately. Today is the second day and I'm already feeling better. I've had lower back pain since youth and have had Plantar Fasciitis for the past 10 years. These pains have significantly subsided since yesterday. I went back to the store today for some follow up questions. James Mayo provided me with more excellent customer care. He was extremely patient as I sorted through my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. Don't waste your money on these ineffective inserts. I had to finance the $2,500 to purchase the inserts only to find out that they're crap. They don't make my feet feel better they slide constantly and are uncomfortable. I don't believe the staff or qualified medically to actually sell medical devices which these are. I can only speak for myself from start to finish I had a great experience. I was a walk in and I must of had great timing cause I was attended right away. Niako (I hope I spelled it right) assisted me and she was amazing!! Very patient and very friendly, she listened to my pain concerns and provided exactly what I needed. I am now on day 3 of wearing the arch supports and have not experience any of the heel pains that I had been enduring for a long time. I've tried plenty of insoles, arch supports, compressed socks an so forth and nothing worked. I'm on my feet daily and I noticed the difference right away. Had the most insane pretty woman experience here. I have back and foot issues and I was in the market for investing in my footwear/insoles . The woman who greeted me immediately asked if I was in the right place and I explained what I was looking for. She cut me off to tell me the starting price point for both shoes and insoles and informed me that they would not have anything that would work in my budget (which I had not disclosed but was in fact in my budget). Todd is amazing ! As well as the entire team at this location. Their knowledge and care about correcting foot pain goes above and beyond any customer service I've ever received from a retail store. My job requires me to be on my feet a minimum of 6-7 hours on time flooring. About 3 years ago, I developed Plantar Fasciitis and tried EVERYTHING and every device and tool claiming to cure it. NOTHING worked. About a couple of months ago, I decided to make the investment with The Good Feet Store and see if their commercials and testimonials are true. I made an appointment, having seen the commercials dozens of times on TV. I needed to use my FSA before 31 DEC and had been experiencing pain in my right knee and ankle from a fall. James was my fitter/technician, and the 90 minutes he spent with me were eye-opening. He was incredibly knowledgeable about feet, body alignment and the product. The orthotics he provided improved my posture and alleviated the right knee pain immediately. He explained how to use the three sets for different purposes. What happened next is a bit of a blur. I signed up to be approved for a Good Feet credit account, and the cost of today's 3 pair of orthotics and 3 pair of sole inserts was quoted as $1400. I left the store with my items in a bag, but I do not find my receipt. James' service and knowledge is fantastic, the orthotics work, but the whole pricing structure is baffling...hundreds of dollars more than I had expected to pay for three sets of plastic arch supports. Right now, I am in sticker shock...$1400 is a lot of money. Are shoes supposed to be included in this price? Could I have obtained these orthotics at a lower price? read more

I could not be happier. I've been wearing Good Feet arch supports for 20 years now. Made a huge difference in my step and in my lower back. Suffering from flat feet all my life, I needed the assistance. Took a wonderful trip to Hawaii and lost my inserts two weeks ago. On returning home, I quickly ran into a CVS and did that arch support test and got fitted for a pair of Dr Scholl's meager at best supports. I had no idea there was a Good Feet store so close to where I was now living. Since the Dr Scholl's did not give me the support I needed I contacted the location in Tustin today and Gabby took fantastic care of me and even squeezed me in and shortened her lunch period to help me! Hello, My sister and I went to Good Feet store in Tustin to buy and try their Arch support Orthotics, because I had pain while walking and she had the same, this was a while ago. we both purchased their products which were assigned for us. I was very surprised how expensive it is to ware their orthotics to get relief from the pain. After a while we did not sense any difference in our feet and I thought I had more pain. we went back to store to see if there something we could do, They suggested to try different products, so we did and we were back to trying the new orthotics. I did not feel any change again, and pain was there. My sister had similar experience with hers. I noticed that they changed staff all the times and could not stay with the same person . we decided to return the orthotics and request for refunds or even part of it. they did not give us refunds. We tried so many ways to find the owner, He is the only one could authorize the refunds. I am hoping he or she /owner of this store finds a way to contact us if is reading this post. read more

I just walked into the store to see what they had and there seem to be two sales people, onewas sitting at a desk looking at her computer and the other one was working with a customer. I stood for about three or four minutes looking at the small selection of shoes that they offer. No one said anything to me not hello, not we will be with you. Nothing. So I walked out. Buyer beware. The reviews that comment on price is true. I scheduled an appointment hoping this may help but when I asked for the price I was told $1,500. No returns or guarantees. In other words you take your chances. The inserts are not custom but claim to be based on the measurement of my arch so if they don't work, they have others to try in hopes of finding the right one? I expected to pay more if it helps but with the no returns or guarantees, I'm not willing to take that chance so I left. Now that I've been there, when I see the commercials, all I see is a scam. The sales people seem nice enough but what they charge is unacceptable. FSA/HSA or not, you're still paying $1,500 and hoping it's worth it.
