I know it is new and just opened, and based on the pictures I saw posted on social media, it looks promising. I booked an appointment for my mother and me around 11 AM on a Saturday. We showed up at 10:55 AM and didn't get seen until 11:22 PM. I found this a bit irritating, since what is the point of booking an appointment if you're not seen in a timely manner? In addition, it looks as if this place is understaffed. At most, there were seven employees working on clients when we arrived, and about three clients were waiting to be seen in addition to ourselves. Let's discuss the pros. First of all, the establishment is very beautiful. The room is beautifully decorated. They have exquisite decor and plenty of pedicure chairs and manicure stations. They have gorgeous chandeliers and bar stations where you can get drinks and snacks. Additionally, I was very pleasantly surprised by their selection of nail colors. However, the negatives outweigh the positives. If you are a plus-size individual or elderly, the pedicure stations may not be for you. My mother, being older and plus-size, had difficulty fitting into the chairs and stepping up onto the tall step to get into them. She informed me afterwards that she didn't really enjoy her experience since she was uncomfortable during most of it. Furthermore, she tried to tell her pedicurist not to dig into the corner of her nail bed, but he either ignored or misunderstood her request and contradicted her. As for me, I got a basic dip manicure, and my manicurist was interesting...I found him to be a bit unprofessional. First, he was complaining to me about a client he had just dealt with who hadn't even left the establishment. I understand sometimes you have to deal with bad clients, but I don't think it's appropriate to discuss them with other clients, and even while they're still in the same building. He also asked me about the previous nail salon I frequented, which he apparently had worked at before. He then continued ranting about how terrible that place was. Finally, he then tried to coerce me into writing a positive review on Google to get a, wait for it, free lotion pack. Oh, wow, how exciting! I finally realized in this moment that all those five-star reviews on Google were starting to make sense. Overall, my dip manicure was mediocre at best -- nothing to write home about. I'm not a fan of establishments trying to push their clientele for positive reviews. It should come authentically -- good or bad. I probably won't be back
