Went for a pedicure 1 day ago and left in so much pain. The lady doing my nails was soooooo rough with every step and cut my literal skin to the point where my toe wouldn't stop bleeding. It has been off and on bleeding since then and my toe is in sooo much pain 24 hrs later. Also she trimmed my cuticles to much so when she poured the alcohol on jt they burned like a MF. Every time I come here I leave with a cut of some sort because they care enough to take their time. Don't recommend and won't be going back. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews more than anything, but I feel this is necessary. This place is in desperate need of some deep cleaning and updating. Something near the station I was at smelled terrible and the ceiling tiles are covered in water stains. None of the workers seemed thrilled to be there either. My gel manicure took less than 10 minutes and the tech seemed like she could not care less about me being there. Every time I put my hand under the lamp she would get on her phone for a few seconds and then paint a couple more of my nails. She was also very aggressive with the pre-painting prep around my nails and dug so deep with the cuticle trimmer I had to pull my hand away a few times. There was a bit of polish all around my nails too. Overall very messy. Since mine didn't take long at all, I had to sit and wait for my sister to finish getting her nails done for 35 minutes. The pedicure I received was very overpriced in my personal opinion. It was a basic pedicure and it cost $26 not including a tip. Maybe this is super normal, but for what I got, I was disappointed. My aunt's toes looked wonderful, so that is absolutely a redeeming factor, but little bubbles kept forming in my polish and the lady blamed it on my toe nails being messed up from the shoes I wear. I don't love my feet. So I understood on a self conscious level, but it wasn't something I particularly enjoyed having pointed out! I probably won't be returning. Went in last night and they always do such a great job!!! They recognize you and become like friends. Their quality is so good that usually getting acrylics would hurt for most people but mine always feel so natural and there is never after pain!!! They stay on for WEEKS too!! I hate to write a bad review for any business but this was By far the worst dip manicure I have received, not only was the place filthy dirty my manicurist seemed to be annoyed with me because my hand wasn't "relaxed enough". So she continued to slap my hand while telling me to relax then she grabbed my whole arm and jerked it. Because that's relaxing? She also kept using dirty implements to do my nails, My nails are extremely uneven and clumpy. I didn't want to tell her I was not satisfied given her bad attitude, and worried she would only use another dirty implement on me. Don't know how this place passes state board. I've gone many times throughout the past 15 years. I started getting acrylics & fills regularly at the beginning of the year. Just posted a 5 star review last week. This is the first time this has happened but it's also the first time the girl at station 8 did them. They look mediocre to begin with, but they hurt so bad. I typically have a little soreness for 6 hours after a manicure, but 24 hours later & they're still hot to the touch & throbbing. Got my $50 refunded, but I won't be going back because of how rude they were about it. They acted like I caused it & they "can't hurt that bad" would have given 4 stars had they been kinder about it. I've been here twice now and I've decided this is my official professional nail beauty parlor! Whoever I end up with ALWAYS does quality work! They were in the middle of their remodel when I first visited last time, and this time it was all beautifully finished including the massage chairs! Before, I just got glittery leopard shellac or gel on my natural nails. It was a red gel base with a gold glittery top coat which made it look orange which was perfect for fall/Halloween so it was a awesome accident! This time I decided on acrylic with gel polish for the holidays! Michelle and Kevin helped me the most and drew my designs for my holiday themed nails. Michelle did the snowflakes and Kevin did the candy cane stripes! I didn't even book a appointment this time so I was blessed that it all worked out so well last minute! They are consistent with their perfectly drawn designs which is one of the main reasons I've decided to continue visiting here! Was originally going to give them a bad review for customer service. They had me waiting in the pedicure station so long that the water turned cold. They came and started working on another's lady's feet before mine. However Nikki turned my experience around. Absolutely love her and if I ever come back to Kansas and am in need of a mani or pedi I will come to her. She was very personable, offer to show me the options they had for gel. Made sure I liked the work she was doing and took the time to really make my feet and hands feel amazing. Price was average based on other places I go a little more than Arizona but from the area and other places I looked at they are about the same. read more

Normally I do my nails at home b/c I'm cheap and am pretty good at it but was talked into getting a pedicure by my friend (I know - twist my arm!). The place was clean and the ladies very nice/professional. A normal pedicure is $24, which compared to other salon/spas in the area is on-par, or slightly less. They had a wide range of colors, magazines, and a large television, which you could easily see from any station. What I did like is that they did not charge for a "pedicure kit" (tools that you purchase and bring back for future appointments) and that they DID provide flip flops to wear out. I brought my own and my technician actually helped me put them on. The final outcome was a decent pedicure for not too much money. If I'm ever feeling lazy, I'd go to Bebe's again. read more

I dropped in at Bebe Nails because it's near my office and I wanted a quick pedicure while on my lunch break. Now, I don't want to go anywhere else. The atmosphere is *not* the sterile, white room filled with rows of nail tables you often find in the cookie cutter nail salons. Bebe Nails is cozy, colorful, clean and inviting. Friendly faces greet you at the door and everyone I've encountered has done a great job. My pedicures always last several weeks when I go here, opposed to the one to two weeks I might get out of a pedi elsewhere. Also, the prices are competitive - my last pedicure was only $23. They are usually busy, but they are well-staffed and organized so I'm always able to get in immediately. They also work quickly and are usually done with my pedi in about 30 mins. read more

My friend took me here to get our nails done. After my bad nail job lasttime at another place. I was iffy on even getting them done again. But we made an appt came in and they knew her by name. All of the ladies are super sweet and you can tell they just plain out care for you. The next time I went it they remembered my name. There was a lady complaining about why she had to make and appt. Went to BeBe's with my mom in law to try out gel nails. Yes I know they've been around a few years, but I just heard about them and wanted to have some nice nails for the holidays. This was my second visit, when we walked in there was an overpowering smell of nail products. I don't know exactly what it was but this place has terrible ventilation. I think it may be worse because they had their heat on. It's $20 for a solid color and $25 for french tips. The gal was friendly and took her time. And I left happy. But then just one week later one of gel finishes peeled off. I was disappointed because I heard these last 2 weeks and I've still got one more party to go. I think I'll try somewhere else when I got get these done again. This place was okay, but I bet there's some where around that'll do a little better. read more

I am very dissatisfied and the charged me for both dip and gel because I wanted a nude dip with a thin gel tip but they would not do colored dip only nude gel with colored tips. The nail techs usually grind my nails to the point of burning and always nick me with their grinders and I always bleed....this place did none of that they were so gentle with my nails and toes!! The finished product on day two is terrible. My toe nail polish is already coming off. They didn't paint my whole nail. My cuticles are terrible. I will not be coming back. sigh i just cant say enough good things about my B.B. Nails place. There are no words to express the awesomeness of this place. Professional, Friendly, Fun, Relaxing, Exceptional Service. They go far and beyond any salon I have ever entered. It is well worth the drive from where ever you might live. I have been going here for over 9 years. I have NEVER had a complaint, my full set will 3 weeks before i have to get a fill which isn't smart to do because its hard to make them look brand new again, but Kevin is 100% the best. I havent had my nails done by all the nail techs there, thats really because i have always had a perfect rotation for someone being there if someone else is off ( i haven't needed to use anyone other then my three favorites techs there .. Meggie has ALWAYS been the best, Kevin is the best guy there i promise he has been doing my nails consistently 2 years and the rare time he ever takes time off, i have Kelly or Meggie, Kelly is the bomb.com too. I have referred at least 30 people there, co workers, my sister, my mom when she comes to visit, my sister in law, my mother in law! and she is picky and she said "NO WONDER YOU COME HERE" i'm telling you no one says they are perfect but i 100000% trust them, they are clean, they are very polite when i have an appointment they always honor it, all these people I see that walk in sometimes who expect the world to bend over backwards as if they were supposed to know you were coming in the last 20 min before closing, or that you have a meeting. DONT come in for a walk in if you got some where to be call ahead, Kelly will always tell you if its too busy to get your specific request done.. I am sorry but this salon is so filthy. I considered leaving but didn't. Then I watched as they only used Lysol to disinfect the pedi bowl. I'm pretty sure that is probably not up to standards. I felt ill about that. There was just so much dirt everywhere. It just makes you wonder how sanitary things are. I prefer to actually see the tools used on my feet coming out of a disinfecting unit. Not happy. I called and set up an appointment to get a full set of acrylics. I made sure to tell the woman of the phone that I wanted to get them shaped as stiletto nails in case there was one tech who was more skilled in that style. I arrived for my appointment and had to wait for 40 minutes. When it was finally my turn the guy who did my nails didn't even know what stiletto meant. My nails are poorly shaped and too long, but I couldn't stay to get them fixed because my late appointment made me late for work. He also charged me $10 more because of the shape. Bad experience. Brought my 5 yr old in here for a pedicure, this isn't my normal nail spot but I didn't feel like driving to my regular spot 15 miles from my house & BB was right around corner. They had us in and out in 20 minutes. My daughter did not get her legs massaged & I did not see the tech put a top coat on her toes after the regular polish. I was surprised that they still charged me $20 for her toes! My regular nail place charges $10 for her and they do everything like massage and top coat! I felt jipped to say the least. I think my nail tech spent a total of 10 min massaging both my legs. I guess we are spoiled by our regular spot with at least a 20 min leg massage. Horrible! See FB reviews . so.. I have been here before. Last weekend I gave it another try as in the past it was fine. :( I got a full set and a pedi , my two daughters also got a full set . So all together spending $136.00. I went in showed them a pic of what I wanted- which granted the tech will usually do their own spin. In fact , because of an appointment ,they talked me into completely different length , and colors - I would have much rather them say sorry- we do not have the time to do what you want. They complained about my request in another language- (I could tell because KEY words were in English and pertaining to my request- along with body language and tone of voice, and facial expressions) Instead they took us all in - rushed through it- and charged me what I would have been charged if given what I actually wanted. As for my pedi- I mentioned a big toe nail that looked like it was broken- I mention it to her, and she said I don't know honey , and today one week later that same toenail broke off almost all the way down. She could have offered a solution - but instead covered it up. A refund is definately in order . read more

I have stiletto nails and I'm very picky with the shape. Tin did a great job very meticulous! He gets 5 stars. Another lady was going to do my gel. I wanted a pointed french she said that's nail art and impossible! I said ok just paint a rounded half moon she said impossible I asked if anyone else can do it she said no... I just moved here from TX and am a spa director Im trained paint it myself, I just don't have the equipment. I picked this salon because it's pictures showed nail art.. She get 1 star because it was basic nail art and I was willing to wait for someone else I left with unpainted nails and they charged me full price! Went for mani/pedi as a new client and was very disappointed!! Only reason I tried this salon was that my usual nail tech was on vacation at a different salon so I thought I would give Bebe a try. Mistake! My TOTAL time for a mani/pedi 35 minutes......!! It was the most unrelaxing mani/pedi I have ever had and then I had to come home and fix the polish on my toes. I came to the shop on a lunch break, happy they were able to get me in and out. However the place really lacked the desire for me to return. I'll go if I'm desperate, I guess. I hope the management reads this and upgrades their polishes. They didn't have very many colors, they were super outdated. I'm talking about Sally Hansen on the shelf. I have a French tip gel 37.00 a little on the high side. I think my white are a little on the big, wide, side too. Everyone there was super nice though. Just not my cup of tea.
