I have been a loyal client of Sassy Nails for over 10 years, which makes it especially disappointing to write this review. On June 5, 2026, I went in for a pedicure and experienced the worst customer service I have ever received there. Throughout the years, I have always found the staff to be friendly, professional, and accommodating--even during their busiest times. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday was completely different. From the beginning, I felt rushed through my service. The technician repeatedly hurt me during the pedicure, and when I politely mentioned that I was uncomfortable, my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. Instead of making the experience relaxing, it felt rushed and careless. What made the situation even more upsetting was when one employee rudely instructed me to get out of the pedicure chair I was sitting in, despite there being several other open chairs available. As I got up and moved, a few employees began speaking in their language while looking directly at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. After more than a decade of being a customer, I never expected to be treated this way. I understand that businesses can have off days, but the level of rudeness, lack of professionalism, and disregard for my comfort was unacceptable. Sadly, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in a salon I once enjoyed visiting, and I will be looking for a new place for my nail services moving forward. read more

I asked the lady doing my pedicure for the baby pink color and this is what she gave me, I told her I didn't like it and she said just pick a color I will put it on top she tried it and it just made the nails extra thick and you could see this hot pink powder under I told her I didn't like it and she started talking very loud to her mates in another language they all turned and looked at me and made comments. I suffer from anxiety so you could imagine what a nightmare it was to speak up for myself for once and then getting that reaction from them. It was a hostile environment and I'm seriously considering taking legal action for this service. Not to mention the place is soo unsanitary the lady doing my pedi used a nail clipper to dig under her own nail during my service, the whole place is overall dirty. I ended up telling the lady to just leave them like that because I was about to cry and she just left them and gave me an attitude and charged me a full $65.00 she never asked me what type of pedicure I wanted besides me telling her I wanted acrylic on my toes and she barley even scrubbed my feet I got home and used a feet sand rock I had just to make my feet look smoother and feel a little better. The lady in chair number three charged me $144 me and my husband went His toes obviously no polish $45 My toes gel polish she made them crooked $49 My nails I am currently pregnant due in six days. I told her I want them medium length French tip with gold square she kept talking and saying oh they're too long. You're not gonna take care of your baby like this you're gonna hurt your baby. I said this isn't my first baby mind you this is my sixth baby , so I'm well aware of how to care for my child with nails on. I usually get them longer, but I decided to go medium. She put this ugly ass pink on my nail. She then started to do the white French tip. The white on the French tip was ugly, lumpy, and uneven. I said OK let me trust the process. She told me $60 for the nails too. She said OK I said what about the gold oh that's five dollars more what the fuck do you mean I showed you a picture of how I wanted the nails and you told me 60 I said I'm not gonna pay no five dollars for a gold line on my nails so she's like OK. I'll do it. No charge mind you. I was very upset already. She got done and she was about to drive them. I said no I don't like them at all. They're ugly. They're lumpy they're chunky. They're not even sharp and crispy how I like them to be. Just take off the paint and leave them plain. She's like oh I could do silver for you. it will look better. I don't want silver that's not what I'm asking for take this shit off. They all started staring at me and talking and their language. I was so mad already Mind you she didn't even do my cuticles my nails look like they're fucking dick chunky and not even shaped good I like my nails sharp and crispy pointy but no, she kept filing them down when she gets to the corners she would go circular like girl. My go to place for nails when I'm in the Stockton area. They do a wonderful job with both manicures and pedicures. They are fast but very efficient, thorough, and gentle ( I have sensitive nails and skin and bleed easily). Sammie did an AMAZING job on my acrylic nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it (no pun intended). I unfortunately didn't get the name of the lady who did my pedicure but she was very good and gentle too. Don't recommend! Ive gotten my nails done 3 times before and never had a problem. I went two days ago to get a fill and left unsatisfied after telling the lady to fix them atleast 3 times but they still looked the same. They were simple short square nails. Like I said I wasn't satisfied so returned today to get them fixed. They changed me seats 3 times and had 3 different people doing them which I told each of them what I didn't like. All they did was drill off the color I had and repainted them leaving them thin (not to mention hurting me while drilling). I ended up getting pink French tips but the acrylic underneath was 2 different colors, but they didn't bother to fix it after I asked them to. Shortly thereafter she got up and walked off. Went to the back, came back and started working on someone else, came back to me. While she started working on me, again, she began to have a runny nose or something started sniffling, wiped her nose with her hand and got offended when I asked her to wash her hands before touching mine again... She got up and has yet to return. She returned 15 minutes later. Gave me the worst looking fill, she removed my hand to check if my nails were dry, the were not. Ruined while checking...
