Don't come unless you're desperate!! I called about 30 minutes before I got there, asking if they had any dragon designs and the lady over the phone said they had a sticker. I was happy that at least someone was able to do what I wanted. However when I got there and showed a worker what I wanted, she said they weren't able to do it. I then told her that I had called to ask and someone had said they could. The worker I spoke to had to ask two other workers and they both had different answers. One said yes, the other said no. As you can see, even the workers didn't know a squat about it. My cousin and I wanted the exact same nails but they had separated us and placed us into different rooms. I had to send her the photos of the nails to have her show it to the person doing her nails. The lady I was with was very young, pretty, and nice. She told me that the person who had the dragon stickers went home with it because he/she forgot. How could you forget about your customers? Also, when I had asked if the red nail polish she was using for my tips were glittered, she said no. With my blind ass, I of course didn't see and trusted her words. Bad idea. When she was shaping my nails and filing it, she was super rough and it felt like my nails were about to come off. She also didn't cut my cuticles! My nails came out crooked and the size of the tips weren't identical to the other hand. Sadly, I didn't notice until after she was done. I went back to have her fix the red glitter because I didn't want glitter. I could say so much more about my cousins HORRIBLE experience here, but this is super long already. They told me to come, once I got to the salon they got to working in friend after assuring me that someone could do my nails! I sat there for a whole hour watched them close, when i asked is anyone gonna do my nails they were rushing about asking the nail techs if they could get me in, all of them said no which was disappointing especially since i was told they could do it! This place gets zero stars I showed the lady the picture of how I wanted my nails she proceeded to tell me that she could do it and ended up with nothing like the picture I showed her 4x and she didn't add enough glue to the nail and now there is a huge gap in between the front of my nails. she kept trying to make excuses stating that I can't compare my nails to the picture then she had another lady come sit with me and she even told me the other lady never listens so what the point in paying all this money and you don't get what you want. Came in for a gel mani and pedi. The lady said it was a 15 minute wait so I waited. 10 minutes later she sat me to start my pedicure. I sat in the pedicure chair for over an hour before they even started my pedicure...the water was COLD by the time she started. Then the owner lady (who has been the one talking to me up until this point) had me select my polish KNOWING I wanted my toes and nail to match only to be told after my pedicure "are you okay with choosing another color we our all out". I was very irritated by that. I watched her pour something in the gel polish to try to extend it and I said um no I'll choose another. 2 days later all my toes except the big toe pealed off and my nails peeled off too. I came here because I moved to this side of town and needed a new shop close to home. They are 4 minutes away yes. A plus they are open on Sundays until 7pm. I called at 6:15pm and they let me come in at 7:30pm for a fill and ped. I paid $57 for my fill and pedicure with gel on both nails and toes. The other place I was going I paid $65, so they sold me on the price alone. The ladies who worked on me both Mary on my feet and Lynn on my nail were very sweet, fast, neat, and efficient. Most terrible nail salon I've ever been too. Not even over exaggerating. I was being rushed throughout the whole process to pick a color for my nails. The woman who had done my nails didn't even file or form my nails correctly. The acrylic was literally laying on top of my cuticles! I had to break it off when I got home and now my nails are missing acrylic from the top. It also hasn't even been a week since I got them done here and one already broke so easily. I paid $20 for a pedicure, which consisted of the regular soak on a massage chair, regular leg and foot massage and BONUS hot stone massage. A gentleman assisted me who was very quite but his co-workers were friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like a nice pedicure at a great price. I would not recommend anyone waste their time or money on going to sassy nail. I was there last night to get a full set for $18(nothing special) and have my daughter's nails painted as well. When it came time to pay she wanted to charge me $20 because she said they are fiberglass (lies!!!) The mess this lady did to my nails is embarrassing! The shape is uneven and messy. The polish is darker on one nail, lighter on another, and missing on some sides.it hasnt been 24hrs and im having to take them off. I am very picky with my nails. I'm the type to speak up when I don't like something. I came in today with my momma not knowing what color or design I want and they were patient with me. Lynn was very helpful. She gave me a variety of choices and I ended up going with one of her new powders she had. I fell IN LOVE with the color and I wanted an ombré look but then I didn't and she didn't hesitate nor complain about anything like most people do. I got this set 2 days ago and tried to get her to take them off and redo them right away but she refused. She tore ip my hands. Used tips that were too small for my nail bed and didnt cover my nails with acrylic. These naila look like they were done a week ago by a child. I asked her if she would be happy wearing these and she replied in her native language but didnt translate what she said. The worst part is i bought these as a birthday gift to myself. Now i have infected torn up cuticles and a disgusting looking set of nails.i really wish they would have been nicer and agreed to redo these but instead she said come back in 2 weeks and if you still dont like them ill change the color. I haven't been here in years and now I remember why. I came in and paid for gel manicure and gel pedicure. It's super hot in their salon and there's a ton of flies. All my nails are cut and filed crooked so they look ridiculous and there is paint all over my toes. Not even my entire nail is painted on some of my nails. I'm highly disappointed that I just spent almost $70 here to look like a darn clown. Also I didn't receive a massage for either my pedicure or my manicure. Lately they are so busy trying to rush to get more and more people, that they don't pay attention to each customer. I will NEVER go there again and if you love your fingers neither will you. This is what happens when they are rushing to do your nails and someone else is pedicure. Make sure you get the undivided attention of your nail tech. I don't know if they even clean there equipment correctly, I hope I don't get an infection. I walked out after this there was NO WAY I was staying! This is a great place for a pedi! Hot stone massage comes with a nice pedi for 20. There are usually three working. Its pleasant and they dont keep me out of the loop when they speak Vietnamese lolol the owner usually translates about their conversation and always compliments me when I go in. They are really sweet gals. This is my go to place since I cant tell them exactly what I want and how I want it done... Sometimes I want my nails thinner on the sides so they comrpomise and I usually leave spending 20 on pedi, 23 on full set, with a 5-10 tip Don't get fooled in purchasing all that extra fancy nail polish etc... I was referred here by a friend who got a gel manicure and loved it. My experience was less enjoyable. I called to find out if they had an opening for a mani pedi and was told they had an opening in a half an hour. Before I could confirm, I was hung up on. I decided to drive there and wait out the remaining time. While I was seated in a pedicure chair within 5 minutes of being and had my feet in a soak, two other women walked in and I was left alone in with acetone soaked cotton balls on my fingers for 15 to 20 minutes while they got their pedicures almost immediately from my pedicurist! The woman who did end up doing my pedicure (who happened to be the one who hung up in my earlier) not only seemed rather irritated I was even there, and she didn't say so much as hi to me before she began talking on the phone to someone in a personal manner while scrubbing my feet. When she went to begin painting my toe nails, she had a bright pink polish when I had specifically said black tips. As far as my manicure goes, a man came over after 45 minutes and finally removed the acetone wraps from my nails. The final product ended up being mediocre at best. There is hair in my shellac, my black tips are barely opaque, he didn't do a very good job shaping my nails that needed it, and he rubbed the skin right below my nails raw to the point where it hurts to put anything on my hands. He also only applied lotion to my arms and there was no massage. I give this salon 2 stars however because I liked the hot stone massage that you get with your pedicure. If they could just shape up their customer service and quality of work they would have a loyal customer in me. It was definitely cheap at $55 for a mani pedi with shellac, but I definitely got what I paid for. read more

I absolutely love their pedicures! They're super reasonable in price, I've been coming her for about a year now. And honestly they're awesome they use the hot stones and massage your feet all for 20$ 25$ for gel and 5$ for hot wax.
