So this is the 3rd time I tend to schedule an appointment with a specific person and at a certain time and every time I go I am paired with someone else. I would say it's fine but then I don't understand why on their website it would have me choose a specific person if they don't pay attention to that. Today I went in with a 9am appointment and once again didn't get the person I requested as they were working with someone else. I decided to continue with the person they placed. I picked a deep pink mauve color. When the person brings the color it's the one I selected on the chart yet when he puts the color on it's a yellow brown and I communicate is this the right color as it does not match the tag on the bottle either. The first coat looks yellow brown he insists it's the right color and I need to wait for more coats of color. I decided fine let me wait for the end result as he is done with all the coats. During the prep of my nails there are certain cuts he makes so I bleed obviously and still proceeds to use the nail paint brush even tho it just touched some blood which I thought wasn't sanitary for whoever will use that color next. As he applies the coats the color definite does not look like anything I picked. He takes some color off and reapplies the coats on several fingers and at this point my hands have been in and out of the machine like 8 times. Because of this I have some fingers that are not the same color. For example my ring finger looks darker brown and the rest yellow brown. Then by the end he tries fixing the end of where he applied nail polish and is way too harsh with the nail filer that he creates a cut. Over all my experience was not great and even tho I communicate the color wasn't it I just felt like there was no accommodation or realizing that yeah the bottle is labeled wrong.

They are one of a few salons that do this at least in my area! The Salon Not sure how long they've been around, but the people there have only owned it for a little over a year at the time of this review. They were THE sweetest salon I've ever been to! So kind and welcoming and not too busy to help you! I've been to a few other local salons and have felt like I was bothering them or they were annoyed that I said ow when they were basically burning my nail when removing old gel nails. Needless to say, it was refreshing how patient and kind Bella Nails is! Kevin was fantastic and Vivi, who made me feel so very welcome as well. The Process T.A.P. Gel Nails are a blend of dip and gel polish. It took under an hour for the whole process (nail prep to finish). AND THEY CAN FILL THEM!! No more ripping/sanding off old dip to put new on. I wanted to share my experience at Yeld About LA Nails in case it helps someone else…read more Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with the quality of my service. Every nail has a different arch and shape, so they don't look consistent. The polish was left on my skin, and while smoothing the acrylic with a metal drill bit, the technician also drilled onto my natural nail. She told me it was just my skin, but my nail was still red and sore the next day. I also asked for a simple French design with 3D lines based on my inspiration photo. Since it was getting close to 10 p.m., I told them to just do a regular French instead, but it still didn't look like the inspiration or even a clean French manicure. The pedicure was also disappointing because none of my toes look the same. The shape and application are inconsistent. What concerned me the most was the hygiene. I noticed they reused nail files and drill bits that should be cleaned and replaced between clients. They also reused tools like nail clippers instead of opening fresh or properly sanitized ones in front of me, which made me uncomfortable. Overall, I left disappointed with both the quality of the nails and the sanitation practices. I personally wouldn't return and hope this review helps others make an informed decision.
