Not like grandma's hash slinging eggs over easy, coffee, reading, chatting, and just enjoying the day in general. If I had more time, I would have written some on my dissertation this morning. The music was so loud that it wouldn't matter if I used noise canceling headphones. Forget about a conference call. It's just not happening. Also, the acoustics of the room are such that every voice echoes, creating so much sound that I just had to get the hell out of there. It wasn't just me, either. The lady next to me moved outside. Again, the staff were over the top amazing. Hope they can make some adjustments because it's ideally located for me.

I've been buying from Moon's for years, and during a trip for the Balloon Fiesta in 2019, my son and I had the pleasure of meeting Joy and Jori in person. They were so kind and welcoming, and it made us appreciate their work even more. In my opinion, their roasting is spot-on--rich, flavorful, and always balanced. Every blend I've tried has been incredible. Having a burr grinder to grind these is key! My son's more of a tea guy, and he was excited to pick up some of their loose leaf selections too. If you ever get the chance, go visit Moon's and meet these wonderful folks. The coffee somehow tastes even better when you know who's behind it.

Overall, I am a fan of Satellite Coffee. Some locations better than others. I like this location for its seating and the way everything is arranged. There's several different options for seating as well, so whether I am working on my computer, grading hard copies, or just reading a book, there are lots of comfortable places to sit. Getting 4 stars because the food isn't as good at this location as at several others. Their artichoke and havarti melt is not the same as it is at other locations, and I'm not sure why that is. Also, there are fewer choices of sides. Everything else is great. read more
