I would like to write about my last visit with I believe she is the owner? I have full set done acrylic with gel, my nails are very small and thin but that's not a reason why my cuticle not from one but all my fingers were hurt and bleeding for the wrong nail drill bits used! I don't like to complain and I paid the price I was charged but not returning again, it was not an apology or anything said and that's not good business running. Anyone can make a mistake but not saying anything and seen it wasn't a good job done unacceptable. Very disappointing as it close from home and convenience the salon but the results for having paid so much and seen how my nails were done and hurt not right. I have been going to this nail salon for more that 1 year. Now they have this policy to "push" services that you do not want. Very irritating! I went there this morning at 10 am for a plain pedicure. I told the lady when I come in that is ALL I needed, I had another appointment after. The lady that did my pedicure was rude and very "pushy" about that my feet needed the "extra" care and that for only $5 she would do it. I told her again that I just needed a plain pedicure, she kept annoying me to get the extra stuff. Very rude indeed. She did an OK job but the drilling on me about other service made me decided that I will not be going there on the future to get my nails done. Super happy with my SNS manicure and gel pedicure! I called ahead since so many nail salons are requiring appointments now and they had immediate availability for me. My natural nails grow really fast but I'd taken a break from manicures and so my natural nails were uneven and just a mess. Whenever I get my nails done, I have a hard time getting them to go short enough for my liking. I decided to get tips and the lady did them short enough without looking at me like I was crazy! I loved the way they turned out. It's been a week and they still look nearly perfect. I did get gel on my toenails for the first time ever because I was getting ready for a 3 week vacation and didn't want them chipping too soon. This is for my experience on a pedicure. I've had another person do my SNS twice and she was always nice and did correct a few nails she messed up. The reason I'm no longer going there is my experience with my pedicure. I was asked which one I wanted, and I said the standard pedicure. Somehow, I ended up with the sugar scrub. There was no way I requested the service as I didn't know the names of what they offered. When I went to pay is when I found out of the up charge. When I tried to explain I didn't want this one she argued with me and said I requested it. This is with customers in the salon. For me she was saying I would lie over $6.00. This is very unfortunate as I thought I had found my nail salon. But based on this experience I can no longer patronize them. read more

They sat me down immediately and got to work but never gave me much time to pick out a color so the lady was rushing me and being very rude to me. Worst nail salon over! The lady did my pedicure in 10 minutes! What a joke!!! I asked her to trim my nails and she said NO it won't look good and didn't even cut my nails the way I WANTED them. This was by far the WORST pedicure of my life! All my toe nails are different length and cut side ways. Let me repeat. My pedicure was done in 10 minutes and even on the menu it said 30 minutes. Saturia is the only place I go to when it comes to getting my nails done. They are hands down the best! Vy is the manager. She also does my nails to perfection. The workers are mostly all family members. The store is very clean and is decorated very nicely. This was a family run salon up until a few months ago. The previous owner and her siblings were amazing and while they were pricey I felt like it was worth it because I always loved my nails. Since the new owners has taken over, it's not the same. My nails don't last as long and the experience just isn't the same. Looking for a new place! read more

I have been a frequent customer of Saturia Nails for almost two years! I love them! They always do such a good job and they aren't too expensive! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! As another review did mention they did change management but I like it better than before. I always get acrylics there and they even give me a small discount for being a student. Nail job is OK and atmosphere is nice. What I do not like about this salon is the constant pressure I received about getting "upgrades". I was asked several times by 3 or 4 different people if I wanted gel nails, pedicure, eyebrow waxing, etc. I just wanted a simple MANICURE. The constant upselling and pressure made me furious. I would honestly never go here again. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but this place is the biggest rip off I have ever experienced. For a fill in and gel polish they charged me $42!!!! I almost could not believe it. When I asked why it was so high she told me they charge $20 for gel nail polish!!!! I have been to many salons around this area and have been getting my nails done for fifteen years and I have NEVER been charged such a ridiculous price for gel polish.On top of the high prices they are not even that great, bad shaping and VERY slow.
