The family at lunch for Father's Day 2026.

The food was great, service was attentive and responsive, and the ambience was nice. I got the sliced brisket sandwich which was good, but I tasted my son's burnt ends brisket and that was outstanding. They have a nice variety of sauces.

This was our first time here. We wanted to try something new. They were able to get us in quickly after telling us. It would be a half an hour wait. That was a great thing. But damn, do they shove a lot of people in one room. The noise volume was pretty overwhelming. My daughter ordered a burger with brisket on top and a side of mac & cheese. I got the chili. The waiter was trying to warn me away from the chili and I should've listened. It was just awful. The cornbread was pretty good. I really liked the iced tea. My daughter refused to touch the mac & cheese because it was so pastey and overcooked. She tried one bite of the burger and put it down also and said she was gonna be sick. It was overwhelmingly salty. My daughter was upset that I wouldn't have a chat with management. I told her you win some you lose some. We just didn't like the food. We left it on the table and went home.

Came across this place for dinner on a Tuesday evening, and I absolutely love, love, love their deals! They have $3 Taco Tuesday paired with $5 margaritas, and both were so good. I ordered two pulled pork tacos topped with cilantro, salsa, and onion -- simple, flavorful, and delicious. The margarita after a long day seriously hit the spot and was the perfect way to unwind. I also noticed they have axe throwing, which sounds so fun and is definitely something I want to try next time. The ambiance is super cool with great music playing, and the overall vibe is lively and fun. On top of that, the service was very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Such a great spot for good food, drinks, and a fun night out -- I'll definitely be back!

Kids were craving Barbecue after my long work trip. We decided on Sauced BBQ & Spirits. Placed looked empty because it was a Tuesday evening so I was a little worried about our choice. The waiter sat us down & gave us some recommendations. He was super friendly & had great hospitality towards me & my family. We didn't order a lot and kept or order simple. 3 meat combo for me & the wife to share. My girls ordered their usual Cheeseburger & grill cheese. The meat was tender & delicious. The barbecue sauce was on point & man oh man the corner & butter was fire. Highly suggest taking your family & friends here.

I've been wanting to try this place ever since they first opened their El Segundo location, but I never got around to it , so I was super excited that I finally got the chance to come by Ambiance: The vibe here is such a fun mix of dive bar and country BBQ spot. There's a bar area where you can grab drinks and watch the game, plus a spacious dining area with multiple TVs showing different games. They also have axe throwing, which I didn't get to try this time, but it's definitely on my list for next visit. The space is really open and laid-back , perfect for dinner parties, group lunches, or just hanging out with friends Service: I came with my family, and it was everyone's first time here. The menu has a lot of options, which was a little overwhelming at first, but our waiter (sadly forgot his name) was amazing. He gave great recommendations and was super patient with my dad and husband while they asked questions about the menu. Huge shoutout to him, 10/10 service. Also, the food came out really fast, which we appreciated Food: I ordered the ribs and brisket along with their cucumber watermelon lemonade. The drink was SO good, super refreshing and honestly dangerous because you can't really taste the alcohol. Highly recommend if you don't like overpowering drinks. The ribs and brisket were really good; I just wished the brisket had a bit more flavor on its own so I didn't need as much sauce, but overall still solid. The mac and cheese and garlic mashed potatoes were delicious, definitely get those as your sides My husband got the cheeseburger and jambalaya. He loved the burger, but the jambalaya was just okay for us, it could've used more flavor and a bit more spice. That's just our personal opinion though. Overall, everything was very filling and enjoyable. We had a great experience and really enjoyed our meal. Thank you Sauced BBQ & Spirits for a great first visit, we're definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more items

This is what lucilles used to be when they first opened: good quality bbq in a large open welcoming space. All the meats i tried were so good, and it was fun trying all the sauces that i poured on straight from the bottle to each bite like a hedonistic american. Lots of beer on tap, lots of tvs mounted high on every wall playing every sport imaginable. Great for large groups! Service could be a bit faster but large groups always slow down the pace so i get it. My server in particular was really nice, patient, and apologetic about the wait, and still made an effort to be personable. He recommended what sides would make more sense which i really appreciated. The garlic toast is the best side btw.

Stopped in on Jan. 8 2026 to grab some food and drinks before the Duran Duran concert. This place is pretty large with plenty of seating and a large bar area (and some axe throwing if ya feel up for that) SERVICE: We were seated quickly and our server Crystal was super friendly and extra attentive (thank you). She checked on us often and made sure we were well taken care of. FOOD: We tried several things and everything was yummy. Fried pickles, and honey cornbread were a great way to start. So much meat to choose from so I would recommend getting the combos. Oh, and the drinks were BOMB! This place was rockin by the time we left, too bad we had to leave. We will try Sauced again when we are back in the area.

Review 87/365 Day Challenge Came here for the 1st time for a Birthday dinner celebration 05.31.25 Heard from a friend that the BBQ here was good & what's fun about this restaurant they have Axe throwing activity available for additional charge. Which was pretty cool. Something different and the birthday girl wanted to do. Made reservations thru the phone was easy up front a few weeks before the dinner date as for Axe Throwing you're only able to reserve a week before or can do a walk in the day of you visiting. We were seated right away by a host. We ordered "The BIG SMOKE "family style feast which feeds 6-8 comfortably but boy must i tell you. It's pretty huge. We had 7 girls and after we ate. Seemed like the feast itself was barely touched. Lol. Definitely a lot of food. Come really hungry or a big appetite if you plan to order that. Everything was really delicious. The bbq meats was really tender and the sauces they had. Finger licking good indeed! I'm a bread & butter gal. love the cornbread and honey butter. So so yum! Associate was really friendly and service was great. We got our food in a timely manner. Restaurant has a Bbq house of vibe. THE AXE part was pretty cool activity. When it was our reservation time. We went to the area where it's Axe throwing past the bar area. A nice associate told us the rules before we started our session. There were 2 kinds of Axe to use. MUST WEAR CLOSE TOE SHOES when doing the Axe throwing. You're welcome to order more food/drinks at the Axe Throwing area. There's plenty of bar height table & stool seatings. They offer complimentary Birthday Dessert with a candle to sing Happy Birthday. Huge outdoor patio seatings. Parking availability is good. I want to bring my family here. Definitely will return in the future.

Came back again and another 5 star review. This time I came with my wife and my newborn. Servers and managers are super Friendly. Great beers on tap, games going on the TVs, and good music pumping. They also have axe throwing here. Food was amazing yet again. They even hooked it up with a free dessert for our 1 year anniversary. Please give this place a try.

This review is solely based on the Tuesday special, I'd recommend to come here, the tortilla on the tacos were soft this time and made it much more enjoyable. Good classic margaritas for an amazing price and a good amount of meat in the tacos. I'd recommend to come here on the days with their specials

I thought I would give this location a try since I've already been to the Irvine Sauced. This place is really big, and they have axe throwing. The were getting ready for a comedian that is performing later. I had the brisket, tri tip, and pork burnt ends. All the meat was overcooked and didn't have much taste. The best thing was the Mac and cheese that I had for my sides. The BBQ didn't agree with me at all. I had liquid laugh in the restroom. This evening I still don't feel good. This might be a fun place to drink, see shows, or games on TV. Since I don't drink I have no reason to return.

Food was okay. Took 30-40mins to come out on a Sat night for a group of 8 people. The Tri Tip came out cold, and pork belly burnt ends wasn't good. Cornbread and waffle fries were good. Service was very, very slow and server only checked on my table once. We wanted to split the bill and was displeased you can only split evenly instead of split per couple. Even with multiple credit cards, server said they cannot "charge specific amounts per card" and can only be split evenly. I'm sure it's easier for business to split evenly instead of certain amounts. Ambiance was poor. It was insanely LOUD in the restaurant and extremely hard to have conversations.

Celebrated my post birthday on a Saturday night with some great friends over good BBQ/drinks and Axe throwing after. Our host was very accommodating when i had to change our Axe time. Our server was attentive with our party of 13 during the time we were having dinner. The double Mango and Watermelon Margaritas were pretty good. The shots though should never be served over ice. Half of us were first timers on Axe throwing and we definitely enjoyed it! All of us were able to stick it a few times. Thank you for my comp birthday dessert! Enjoyed the filled cookies and cream beignets and ice cream.

Is the bbq sauce gluten free?

    Is the restaurant kid friendly?

Yes! We are very kid friendly. Come on down and join us!

Are you located where OLD Crow Smokehouse used to be?

    Yes

We're planning on coming to Sauced before the Ducks game. Can we leave our car in the general parking lot after we eat and walk to the game?

If you do this please be considerate and do the larger overflow lot and not the small lot right next to Sauced which is already hard enough to find parking at.

Made reservations for dining does that also include axe throwing?

It does not. If you go to our locations page on our website, www.saucedbbqandspirits.com, and select the Orange location, you will be able to make reservations for both dining and axe throwing. They are separate reservation platforms.

Can i just come in for axe throwing or do I have to dine?

You can just come in and throw axes but you do need to make reservations. Please go to our website at saucedbbqandspirits.com and select “Locations”. You can make reservations there.

Do you all have any pre-made, hot, ready to eat thanksgiving meals for about 12 people?

hi! We will be closed on Thanksgiving day, but we have some great BBQ meals available for pickup the day before. We won't have Turkeys this year, however.

Do you have a Happy Hour?

    Yes 3-5:30 Monday-Friday

    Any vegan options?

There was one item on the menu called "Veggie-Que"

something like $15 per person per half hour.

Do we need to make reservations or show up normally?

So far every time we've gone, no reservation was needed.

Yes you will have to make a separate reservation for the ax throwing. Food and dining is separate.

Can 2 people do axe throwing after dinner or do you have to have a bigger group and make a reservation for axe throwing separately?

You can call the restaurant, and make a reservation for 2.

I have a reservation for Sunday for 9 people. Will we be seated together or separate?

Since it's tucked away in a residential area, I can imagine parking gets pretty tough if you aren't as lucky as we were. The line was long (it stretched out to the street!), but it moved surprisingly quickly. There are actually two lines, one for food and another just for drinks. There were five of us, so we ordered the 6 meats & 6 sides, and it was PLENTY of food. We got the brisket, tri-tip, burnt ends, beef ribs (Sunday only!), siu yuk, and sausage links. For sides, we chose the cornbread, shells & cheese (which was actually cavatappi lol), sesame slaw, spicy cucumbers, tallow fries, and pandan pudding. We also couldn't pass up the new tallow churros with ube dip, plus a pitcher of sangria for the table. Honestly, everything was absolutely delicious. I could write a paragraph about each dish, but this review would never end LOL. There's plenty of seating in the back, though the teepees were definitely the most sought-after spots. Considering the crowd though, I would send someone to save your group a spot while you wait in line. There's bar seating, picnic tables, high tables, etc. I also loved that Junbi is in the same compound if you're craving a sweet drink afterward. Can't rave about this place enough. The food coma nap that hit afterward was absolutely worth it.

There are two tables outside on a tiny patio and a multitude of tables inside. Our lunch visit didn't start off that great. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not that happy to see us, but we found out later it was because they had a rush of unexpected large parties with a small team. Once things calmed down, staff were more friendly. We shared the two meat combo. We chose brisket and ribs, and a very generous portion arrived on a paper lined quarter sheet pan. The brisket was fork-tender, and had just the right amount of smoky flavor. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone and delicious. Both meats benefited greatly from the delicious barbecue sauce on the table. One small note would be for them to consider a different kind of bottle for the sauce or maybe don't fill them so full. It makes a drippy mess when one pours the sauce. We ordered coleslaw, mac & cheese, and cornbread as sides. The coleslaw was first rate, fresh and crunchy with the right amount of acid to cut through the richness of the meat. The mac & cheese was comforting and creamy, made with a great choice of cheeses. The cornbread for me was too sweet. It was more like cake than cornbread (reminded me of Jiff cornbread mix) but that's a personal preference not necessarily a negative. The place offers an interesting, curated selection of beers and ales. I didn't try any because I didn't want to drink in the middle of the day, but definitely would be worth exploring. My ribs were a little bit dry, corn bread was a tiny muffin shape, and that was dry. The brisket was delicious, and that was a hit! Located in the Orange Circle, I loved the location.
