I have been there four times now. The service is horrible. One time I went with the doors open, first one seated at 11 AM. I was there for an hour and 45 minutes and ended up having to carry my food out in a to go box and the waitress asked me, can I eat your steak! Last night I went and it took 35 minutes to get a bar refill. Took over an hour to get our food and when I said, steamed vegetables, my vegetables were raw but every single time I've been in these four occasions the meat was incredibly tough as if they don't tenderize anymore. So, I just visited down here for a quick and simple dinner (Nuggets and fries) and the table the workers led me to a table that has all sorts of stuff under the table and it was still wet from god knows when. So I've tried to use the covid 19 carry out process twice and it's ridiculous. First night my fries soaked up all the juice from my steak so I trashed them. And it took an hour and a half to accomplish that and they forgot mt 1.99 butter. Came in at about 5pm, was crazy busy as road house's always are. Got seated right away cause we were just a party of 2. Wait staff seemed friendly. Waited 5 min for the bread and didn't get plates to put it on. I ordered a blooming onion which came after part of our dinners which seemed to show up in parts instead of together. When the onion came it was cooked way to long and hard as a rock. Wife received her salad first and it had loads of dressing on it which she hated. I received my chili first which was tasty and warm. I got the portabella chicken with mashed potatoes. Mine was cooked well and had good flavor, chicken was tender, but sauce was a little oily. Wife got kabobs and a sweet potato, her steak was torched and very chewy, while I did get a little laugh watching her try to eat it she was not impressed. Her sweet potato showed up ice cold. That Lands us at restaurants that might otherwise be off our radar. we ended up at this Texas roadhouse and we both agreed. It's one of the very best we've ever visited! ignore the low rating on yelp I have to assume it's from those who only post with bad experiences. we ate at the bar because there was a line of 20+ people on a Friday night. First let's get the bad out of the way. This place is cramped. Designed to hold the maximum number of people possible. You feel the crowd, and the lack of atmosphere. There is nothing fun or desirable about the setting. It is just booths, crammed together with narrow walkways. It feels like I am eating a meal in a travel tailor on one of those tables that converts into a bed. Now the good. They know how to fix steak. I've never had a bad meal, though I've had a few that were slow to arrive. Probably the best steak in town. Staff is usually friendly, though we have had them disappear on us so that we had to ask someone else to get our check. Our server, Jeff was AWESOME. the kitchen seemed a little slow but to be expected with the restaurant opening recently and being packed. Wife said it was the best steak she had in London and the rolls were amazing as always. I wasnt a huge fan of the green beans or veggie sides, but my shrimp and steak were plenty of food. My husband and I just moved here from South Florida and we're excited to see a Texas Roadhouse! My brother got us a gift card for Christmas so when I went on to look at the menu I saw some pretty bad reviews. I almost told my husband maybe we should try to find another one and save of gift card. I am sooo glad I didn't say a word and decided to make that opinion on my own! Our service was fantastic and the food was even better! The manger was even coming around and asked how everything was and of course I had nothing but great things to say. When I was younger, I loved to come here but tonight has been awful. The hostesses were rude and did not offer much service besides standing around and laughing. They might not have been laughing at us but perception is key. So far, the food has not been great either. The caesar salad did not have caesar dressing and our butter was full of hair. The place is also very loud due to loud conversations and the music is loud as well so I have not been able to hear my parents during our dinner. Se stopped in here one evening on our trip down to Tennessee. We never been to London Kentucky before and we stopped in at this location. I absolutely love this place. It is awesome from every standpoint. The food is great, the music is great, the service is great, the atmosphere is great. I love Texas Roadhouse all around. I always get the sirloin and it is always amazing. I would highly recommend. I like the country feel to it with the atmosphere of the music Staffing at Texas Vibe obviously it's called Texas Roadhouse but they really go all out with it and I really enjoy that the peanuts great addition don't want to floor don't mean a bucket do whatever you want with them it's great I love this place steaks are always cooked great service is always excellent I highly recommend going here I would go here every day if I can forward it to be honest so good stuff read more

We came to Texas Roadhouse for a family dinner and left extremely disappointed. When we got seated, we asked if we could be better accommodated so that our party of 6 could sit closer together. The waiter was extremely rude and didn't even attempt to accommodate us. After we ordered our food, it took us almost an hour to receive our food which came out either cold, burnt, or undercooked. I ordered a steak, chili, and vegetables; the steak was cooked okay, the chili was cold, and the vegetables weren't cooked, and were cold. Another party member got a 6 oz sirloin, medium, which came out raw, purple, and cold in the center. Another party member ordered the Grilled Chicken which came out cold and burnt to a crisp. The waiter we had never came back to clear off our dirty dishes, and the plates stacked up so bad that we had to move them to another dirty table just to clear room off to eat. We only received one refill on our drinks the whole time, and we heard other customers talking about cold food and undercooked meals. I'm a single mom and was passing through the state after vacationing in Tennessee. I had my four kids with me. One happens to be three months old. I have a dairy allergy. The manager Denise who I called and spoke with before coming was very accommodating and help me navigate which items would be good for me to get that was allergy free. Ribeye steak was absolutely amazing and it was so good that I even question if it was cooked in butter. Knowing it wasn't. Lol I was even more happy when the cook that cooked it came out and asked how my steak was. That meant a lot to me. Personally I know what goes on behind the scenes to prepare something that is allergen free. Thank you for accommodating and giving me an opportunity to have a good lunch something I don't get often.
