They were fresh, crunchy, with ample green tomatillo salsa that was flavorful, making for a very authentic bite. The beans were very good and complemented the chilaquiles perfectly. Authentic Mexican flavors showcased well. Service: The waitress was friendly, attentive, and joyfully answered my questions about the menu. I also asked about the traditional colorful head piece located behind glass next to the register and learned that it is a Chinelo, a traditional iconic carnival character from Morelos, Mexico. It is clear, the restaurant owners are proud of their heritage and are sharing it with everyone. Ambiance: The small but cozy restaurant features an incredibly vibrant, maximalist indoor garden vibe that immediately makes you feel like you are dining inside an enchanted greenhouse. Dense artificial greenery blankets the walls and ceiling. The cozy, casual neighborhood layout is packed with personality, featuring playful multicolored floral tablecloths, festive flags, and unique lived-in accents. It's an energetic setting for a lively meal.

(See attached picture). This restaurant is in such an obscure location, I can't believe I was going to a Burrito Track across the street for so many years not knowing this place existed. Friendly staff and prompt service. The unfortunate negative is it's location and I'm referring to parking. There must be 8 business crammed into this lot. With a bar to the right and a laudermat on its left finding a parking spot is like winning the lotto. Now layer in one driveway and you have to make a 3 point turn just to navigate to leave. The short answer is I will absolutely go back to this place as long as there is a parking space to be had.

The staff was very friendly and welcomed us in. The asada taco was spot on delicious. All the flavors and the hot sauce worked really well together. The meat was beefy and marinated well. This taco came with a flour tortilla. The al pastor taco was delicious as well. The sweetness hit and the flavor blended well. This taco came with a corn tortilla. The spicy steak picadillo did not hit like the above tacos. Don't get me wrong, it was not bad, it was flavorful, but the above were better options. The asada fries was also delicious. The fries were regular sized fries, not thick or crinkled. The flavors blended well. The cheese was white and it appeared to be Monterey jack, not the conventional ball park yellow cheese sauce or shredded cheese. The cheese was melted, and it worked. This fries is perfect if you are fighting a hangover or drunk. The ingredients used was fresh and overall, I view these tacos as a premium taco. Larger than a street taco and does the job. My overall experience was exceptionally positive and I will be back. By the napkins, there's a red and green sauce in a bottle with plastic containers. The red or orange sauce had the right amount of heat. The green sauce was like any other green sauce. The red sauce does separate this place from other places. One thing I would wish they were to add is an optional side purchase of radishes, pickled onions/carrots, and cucumbers. If this place wanted to be fancy, they could also add toreados. If the price is right, I'll buy it. However, I do understand the each restaurant is struggling to minimize costs and overhead, but this would be something I would purchase.

Let me tell you that steak picado is spicy but leaves you wanting more, mushroom taco surpassed our expectations and pastor nice and crispy with lots of flavor. We will for sure be back.

I asked if the carne asada could be cooked extra crispy, something a previous employee did for me without hesitation, and she immediately gave me pushback. She made it seem like a "take it or leave it" situation, claiming the meat wouldn't look good if put back on the grill, rather than just accommodating a basic customer request. When I clarified what I wanted, she simply stared at me and tossed the meat onto the grill with a terrible attitude, no "sure thing" or acknowledgment, and certainly no apology. Then, when I asked to have my carnitas crispier, she threw them on the grill, but once they were done, she mixed them back in with the rest of the meat on the line instead of using the extra-cooked batch to make my tacos. It completely defeated the purpose of the request and felt genuinely spiteful. As someone with a background in customer service, I know how important attitude and professionalism are. The food is great, but management really needs to hire staff who actually care about treating customers well.
