Unfortunately, I do not know her name (possibly "Samoan"), but I want to be sure her outstanding work does not go unnoticed. She is consistently professional, efficient, and welcoming. She manages to keep the line moving quickly while still providing every customer with excellent service and attention. Her helpfulness, positive attitude, and ability to stay on top of the store's operations truly set her apart. I have had experiences with other staff at this location, and while they are capable, the level of service she provides is unmatched. In fact, I often turn around & leave if other employees are working because the experience is so much smoother when she is there. She is without question one of the strongest assets to this store, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. read more

Brought in a few heavy boxes, returns to Amazon that i already processed through Amazon. After lugging all these items into the store, the employee asks if they are amazon returns to which i replied yes. He said if i am scanning the Amazon provided QR code, their system is down and cannot accept them unless i printed out their 2$ printing label per box. When asked if they could waive that charge since their system is not working, they replied with a sharp no. Thats it. Idk if a tactic to squeeze extra money from customers or if their management are sticklers but either way, very poor experience. As this is the closest shipping center to my house, i do a lot of business at that establishment. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time. read more

I come to this location because it's the closest to me so it's convenient. I dont have a problem with the guy working here (heavier asian guy) but this is the second time I come in and he is throwing a fit either he cant find an order or because he has to carry heavy boxes but he either needs to have someone help him out or just quit his job if he's that miserable because he nearly started crying one time (from how stressed he was) and this second time he started kicking the wall/boxes. read more

This UPS store is fine and maybe this has nothing to do with the store itself, but we were able to schedule passport photos at this location only to get their for our appt and them to tell us they don't do passport photos here! Seriously? I already took the time to make the appointment and drive across town. Please don't allow ppl to make an appointment here if you don't offer the services!! Always great at assisting customers. Very approachable and friendly. If you have not started your returns or no idea how to do it as it's your first time doing so, they will patiently assist you or if you have to pull up your stuff since sometimes the phone service is bad, they will never rush you even if they have a line, they'll direct the next customer to the other register. For that I really appreciate the patience of the people working here, sometimes as a customer we're too demanding but they're always willing to help. read more

Lazy worker that refuses to get up out the chair! Zero packing supplies! Would not recommend nor would I give my business to them.

Don't use this location for picking up any orders or packages. The employees sign for your packages and then steal them. They sign for the deliveries under fake initials, and your package is said to be "lost" when, in reality, it was just stolen by the employees. The only answer is, "You can file a lost claim." read more

Never shipping with UPS again! I paid for over night shipping on Thursday night to have my Christmas gift delivered on Friday morning (Christmas was on Sunday). I get to this office like 3 hrs before they close Thursday night and the guy tells me "you just missed the cutoff for over night shipping. The driver just left 5 min ago. You can go to the Hub and find a driver and hand him the package if you want it to get there by Friday (tomorrow). So I drive all the way across town, flag down a driver in the middle of the night and he takes the package. Get home around an hour later. Look up the tracking number and it goes from a Saturday delivery to "Delay. Estimated Deliver Tuesday, Dec 27" So why the heck did I pay 5x the shipping to get it there the same time when I should have just paid the regular 3 day shipping. FML. This is the second time I've had issues with UPS. I'm down with these clowns. How does Amazon deliver stuff so consistently and these clowns been around way longer? read more

This location needs to update their hours ONLINE and the one posted on their door. It says OPENS at 8AM and at 9AM they are still CLOSED.

I've been coming here frequently due to my increase in online shopping and selling since COVID. The employees here are always friendly, have a great attitude, and provide fast service given the circumstances. I typically see the same employees every time I come in so I know they're all working so hard. Thanks for all that you do! read more

Dave's Customer Service and Personable attitude was amazing! while he attended to a few customers while I was on the store's computer pulling up my files, Dave took care of the others all the while assuring me he hadn't forgotten about me. As soon as the other customers' needs were taken cared of, Dave quickly got back to helping me. It's sad that this quality and caliber of Customer Service is not often found any more. Been dropping off packages from all carriers at this location for years, since they started that policy with package acceptance. Never had a problem until today, when the manager Maria decided that she personally didn't want to accept my USPS packages today. I've never had an issue with the other employees who are all nice and help me with zero complaint. Maria, the store manager, told me that I was creating an inconvenience for her by asking her to follow the company policy of package acceptance for all carriers. When I helpfully pointed out this company policy, she proceeded to argue with me about how I was wrong and then inform me about behind-the-scenes store drama that was none of my business that has nothing to do with me. Apparently USPS doesn't always pick up from them and she was upset that she might have to have an employee drop off the packages themselves to the post office. I fail to see how this has anything to do with me or should impact my course of action as I was simply asking her to fulfill her job duties of package acceptance. What happens after that is not my responsibility. I called UPS Corporate to verify that they indeed must accept packages for all carriers and that this response was unacceptable on her part. I feel super uncomfortable going back here to do business as a result of this extremely unprofessional store manager. Hopefully corporate will take action steps to solve this issue with USPS and the manager expressing drama to customers who don't wish to be involved and simply want to drop off their items! read more

The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I do not wonder where the bad reviews come from. I had a bad experience with a delivery (which you would hope is the end of it) but I had to speak to a "supervisor" about it. When I received a call, it was probably the most rude, obnoxious condescending attitude I have ever heard. Not capable of customer service is an understatement! I Was in the store 10/21/2020, at 9:50 am, and with just 1 female employee there, (she was not caring to hurry more on her job) was taking a lot of time on one customer, rather then being attentive to others. She just kept chit chatting about random things rather then getting the customer done and moving on. I waited for almost 25 minutes in line, and still didn't get to do any of the services i required. Worst store experience ever. Even though its next to my home, i will take my business straight to USPS or UPS. until a mew employee is present at this store. read more

I use this store for all my Amazon orders (returns). The customer service is phenomenal. Always willing to help, offer advice, tape up boxes. I also used their services for copy/scanning and they went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed because I was crunched for time. I have been shipping items from here DAILY for the last 2-3 weeks. Last week on 12/20 I went in to ship something out again, I had to have my label printed there because I forgot it at home. The Asian/Filipino man (I believe his name is Dave) was VERY rude. This isn't the first time he had attitude towards me so this time I said something about his attitude and he started to get loud with me. I told him there was no need to be rude. This isn't where the problem stops though, I left the item there and now it's been considered "Lost" by UPS.... what a coincidence that it's the item he took from me. I went in the following day to ship another package to the same destination as the package that is "Lost" and it has already arrived safely. Anthony is rude and a thief! I would not recommend using him as your cashier, the other two gentlemen there are a lot easier to deal with and have great customer service skills. read more

Poor customer service experience today. Could use some improvement. I went in with my Mercari QR code and the system was not pulling up the label as it normally does. I was told I would need to drive home and print the label and come back. Better service would have offered to print the label in store instead of suggesting customer drive home and come back. Also, they suggested I go to another UPS store or pay the printing fee to have them print the label for me in store. The point of the QR code is to offer convenience and differentiate UPS service from other package delivery services. read more
