This is my second review of Wally @ Save Plumbing. I wish that I can say this with a lot of other businesses but each experience with his visit has been wonderful. He's actually been to our home three times, one was a few weeks ago when I thought we had issues with both of our showers. Wally came as scheduled and took a look at both showers and explained to us how there was no work needed to be done. What an impressive man! Of course, when we had issues with our toilet, he was the first one I reached out to. He came tonight and explained to us how our toilet was not properly installed and showed us the damaged that was happening after he lifted the toilet off of the floor. From calling them to coming to visit took around 2 hours, so they had an amazing response time(probably got lucky they were available). They were respectful of our house(shoes off) and worked hard. They diagnosed the problems easily identifying our overall pipe intricacies.
