HUGE open floor pan type of thrift shop, it kind of reminds me of a Burlington. There's loads of treasures that one could possibly find if you have the time to search through each item. The drop off is phenomenal and I love the ease. IMO I never find any "treasures" at this location. They're charging $11 for well used women's sandals, $10 for Old Navy tees and hundreds(!) on Kate Spade and higher end handbags. The kid section only has a few items and it's always smaller size for boys. The girls section is decent but I have no girls. Great thrift store with plenty of treasures if you're willing to search. No weird smells as can be common with thrift stores. Clothing decently organized by gender/sizes. While the prices are better than goodwill by far, they're still steep for considering these are donated from someone's closet. Service: Quite good! They are well staffed for their size, with many folk on the floor as well as up front, I was actually rather impressed. Selection: The place is a good size, most of it is soft lines (clothing). They have most every other category as well, but it does dwarf in comparison to the clothing. My daughter was in heaven though. :) Value: The value is ok, it's a higher price for most things than other places, but it's also much cleaner and better staffed, so that comes at a cost. So. A follow up to the Store Managers husband trying to call me, and sending me threatening messages as previously posted, trying to threaten me with physical harm. I just found out the Store manager called my ex wife harassing her. Asking her where I lived. Telling her lies that apparently I was banned from the store. Lies. I walked out store after her assistant manager swore to me, and I told everyone I know, I'll never spend one more dime in that store again. So not banned. I've never been in that store by choice since the incident. After she sent her assistant manager to me to deal with a complaint, he tried pretending that he was the store manager, then swore to me. Her husband claims she got contacted by her HR regarding it. Then with me contacting her area boss "Kelvin" sending the threatening messages screenshots to him, her husband sent to my phone, it was not long after she called my ex. She claimed to my ex. I might need to get restraining order. For what? Her husband on messenger making physical threats? Good luck with that one. Now. Let's see how Kelvin deals with this. He never called me when I left him a message regarding his assistant manager swearing at me and his ride supervisor leading up to that. Or still no text regarding his Store Managers code of conduct. Gross misconduct. I think if stores are going to treat customers like this, then people should stop shopping there and stop donating. This company is for profit. It's not a non profit. When they pay schools 25c per pound in weight of clothing and shoes, that sums up how much of a profit they're. Let's see if Corporate contacts me. As thrift stores go, this has many positives. Very organized and clean. Like all mugs together, all wine glasses, picture frames, toys, etc... everything by category. Even the clothing sections, which are truly gigantic, are sorted by theme. Lots of books, shoes, purses, jewelry. I think the only negative would be the pricing seems a little on the high side. There are I think only self service cash registers? I didn't see any cashiers up front. Lots of shoppers, seems very popular. Pricing for clothing depends on brand or condition or something..very odd because some old navy items were 8$ but not brand new. That's a sale price at ON so not a bargain..also found an old Bebe shirt with a fake old tag that said 80 bucks. So. What does savers do?! Marks it up to 22 bucks so it sounds like a deal. The shirt was cute but I would have paid 10 at the most because it wasn't incredible. Cool spot in the toys. They bag and do a good job of stapling it and putting the price. What they don't do a good job about is keeping like pieces together. Found a cute doll with one shoe, that's because the other was in another bag! Silly. also found several pieces to a Shopkins set and again, in different bags. At least throw a few of the same in one bag so it's worth it to pay the 5$ or 6$ each bag is. Overall. Some clothing prices make sense when they're new and nice condition. But the rest of it is just corporate greed. read more

Came to find out it's a thrift store but this is so much better than the closest goodwill nearby in HB. Just because something is a nicer brand, there was an upcharge despite being out of style or not even that great. You don't feel like you're really getting that great of a deal tbh. I had so much stuff in storage from Miami and New York and whatever accumulated in Las Vegas to California and I dropped off five or six bags of clothes, which I wish I would've waited for the fire relief, however, they are amazing at the store. They also carry auction antique furniture with a lot of people don't realize even though it's a little expensive if you do your research and take pictures of the drawers inside and underneath, you'll realize that you can get a $1500 dresser for two to $400 and then when they go on sale 50% of that so if you are very fluent in antiques and knowing what to look for this is the place to go to. read more

I stopped by the day after the grand opening. The good: The store is new, clean and well organized. There are a lot of employees walking around and making sure things are nice and orderly. There is a lot of interesting stuff that I found interesting. Lots of books at pretty decent prices. The bad: 90% of the store is super super over priced. I found a kids animal crossing shirt size 7/8, very faded and well worn but still good as a play shirt. They wanted 8 dollars! A brand new kids graphic tshirt at target is 8.99 There was a pink mirror that my daughter used to have, it was priced for 2.99 Those mirrors come from the 99c store off springdale and are sold for 99c They have a back to the future watch and want 199 dollars. They are sold on ebay for 70 to 100. A very used kate spade purse for 139 ( kate spade has sales for a purse the same quality and size for 175) Its just not worth the money when the items sold in the store are not a well priced when they are used. read more

Shout out Shannon and her team at this Savers location in HB! I was at there with my family on the December 28th. I bought three pairs of shoes and was excited about all of them but one of the three fit tighter than I remembered or fully realized. I originally thought it would be fine but once I got home and kept them on for a car ride, I realized that third pair was not going to work out. I wanted to act fast because the transaction was still fresh so I reached out the very next day asking if i could exchange them. Keep in mind when shopping at Savers that they only do exchanges. The first guy I spoke with quickly transferred me to the Manager, Shannon. She asked me if I still had the tag. Unfortunately, tossing that little sticker in the heal of the shoe was one of my first acts as the new owner! I told her that I didn't have my tag but I still had my receipt. She told me that normally they need a tag but she would work with me to create a fair, suitable exchange amidst that. I rushed on over just narrowly before they closed. She was still there and she fully kept her word. I was able to find another pair of shoes from a brand that I LOVED and Shannon applied the credit towards them. When it was all said and done, she helped me get great replacement shoes that fit great. Savers is a go to for our family and this location is our favorite so far. Thanks again, Shannon! This location is clean and organized. I think it's the most organized location I have been to. The staff was friendly. The selection was a bit smaller than the fountain valley location but I think this is a newer store I will say I was shocked at how high some of the prices were. There was a skirt with tags still attached and they were asking 30$ for it. It was originally 40$. I mean, come on now. Other than that I enjoyed my stroll through. I bought a bag of vintage toys from the 90's that brought back memories and made my day. I do recommend this place. I just wish they would chill a little on pricing for some items. read more

You really have to be a savvy shopper with a good eye. As several other reviewers have noted, the people doing the pricing often don't know what they're doing and price some items much higher than they cost brand new! I was pretty excited to have this Savers thrift store open nearby. I'm well acquainted with their Fountain Valley location which is consistently packed and a bit of a parking nightmare. What's unique about Savers compared to Goodwill, is Savers prices their clothing individually based on brand, style and whether or not it's a new item with a tag; whereas Goodwill consistently has a flat rate on each type of clothing item whether or not it's new or high end. Typically items that are new at Savers are only priced a dollar off the original tag, which doesn't feel like a deal at all. Most recently when I went in, they featured a "Valentino" men's shirt for $199, but too bad it was FAKE. It's unfortunate they don't have adequate authentication, so buyer beware! I do appreciate their opportunities for discounts: 30% off for seniors every Tuesday, and every week a specific colored tag is discounted 50% off (currently this store has suspended the weekly colored discount since they just opened). They also honor customers who donate items by offering a 20% off coupon towards their next purchase (drop off located behind the building). Goodwill used to hand out coupons for donations but stopped doing that years ago. For this reason I like donating to Savers over Goodwill. read more

Savers Thrift store used to have value pricing. Now they have went from $3.49-$4.49 for used jigsaw puzles to $8 for most. They might be missing pieces and a lot of times they are. I can't pay that and won't pay that for a used puzzle. I get them eslewhere for $2.99. I no longer shop Savers Thrift. read more

This was the most expensive thrift store I have ever visited. Used red tee-shirt $7.49. Book on the front was 25 cents. Turned it over and it was $2.49. I didn't find any bargains. Several items were yellowed because they were old. The original sale price was on their and they had it marked up from that $1. I've owned retail stores and learned to price well to get the turn over. This is a thrift shop??? No way will I ever come back. I bought a floor lamp and a table lamp here assuming they worked. There was no outlet available to test them first. One of the workers here assured me they would not put out electrical items if they did not work..... of course, when I get home neither worked.
