    Entry to store

Favorite thrift shop in this area. Always clean & organized & no bad mildew smell & with friendly workers. I love this place because I always end up leaving with great finds. However, always pay attention to price tags, some item prices just don't make sense for a second hand store. They offer a wide selection of items from jewelry, handbags, clothes to all household items. Service is not so great when purchasing furniture so just make sure you bring yourself a buddy to help you carry it out of store.

I found 'Savers' in Laguna Hills to be a clean, well organized and very large thrift store. I enjoyed walking around, looking at the books, kitchenware, clothing, and more. I was, I'll admit, surprised by the prices in this thrift store; higher than other thrift stores I've visited in S. California. Yes, you get a 20% discount if you donate a certain amount of items, but still... I'm assuming that the money goes to a good cause, though I don't know what that is. It was, altogether, OK.

My kids love thrifting So they were excited to find this savers close to our vacation rental. Savers is a large thrift store chain and there is one near my son's college. The savers here is very large and well stocked and organized. The book section in particular was extremely impressive. They had accurately divided books into different categories. Someone actually took the time to separate things which made browsing much more enjoyable. There was a very good selection of clothing, and just an okay selection of housewares. The place is very large, clean and well lit. Definitely above average as far as thrift stores go.

Often would go in here, and frequently found something, a treasure very reasonably priced. As of the last few times, unfortunately this has not been the case. Right now, they are having a sale on long sleeve clothing, but everything else priced as is. Found this really cool collectors, cookie jar thought my kids would really like it, unfortunately it's being sold for $49 here! And as you could see according to the picture, it was originally sold for $14 at a store. All the pricer has to do is look at the price tag at the bottom, that's what me the customer did. There were some cool vintage stuff, for some reason whoever does the pricing when they think it's an antique that they could make a lot of money on it. That's the impression I'm under right now. Once again, these are donations. It would be nice if things moved off the floor faster perhaps lowering prices on stuff?? One of my favorite things to do is purchase things when a holiday is over such as Christmas, and save an item for next year because it's so nicely priced. This isn't the case here after Christmas all the stuff remain the same price after the 25th so now I know not to bother going here on holidays or after holidays. Very disappointed.

Today I dropped off some sneakers at the Donation Center. I decided to give away the shoes I no longer wear so they could go to people in need. And I decided to walk into the store to see what they had. What immediately caught my attention was the high prices. Shoes for $20, $17, almost the same as in stores that sell new items. But these are used things, worn things. They shouldn't cost that much. If the store is called Savers, why not make the prices lower? People can't always afford to pay that much, and they need good clothing. So I would recommend lowering the prices, because the items come to you for free. I encourage everyone to donate the things they no longer need, by doing so, you're helping someone else

Some of the items i found at Savers!

Great selection of thrifted clothing. The employees were super friendly so this is a plus for me. I especially loved the linen section! So much to choose from for someone who likes to upcycle and make costumes for my studio!

I spent about $67 here. Service was very friendly. I accidentally left behind a necklace that I purchased, so the shop immediately called me and told me that they had it. When I returned, the cashier was super sweet and offered me a discount on my next purchase. I'm excited to return again. Thank you!

The outlet store was having a $2 sale, every item in the store was $2! I bought myself a few shirts and found clothes for my husband also. I spent less than $20 and got a few outfits for myself and husband. My mom and daughter also bought several items. In the outlet store has clothes on hangers, on tables and bins you have to dig thru to find gems but there were a lot of good finds. In the regular shop (photos included) , I got a j Jill dress for $6 and really nice jacket layer for $6 also, both brand new and with tags still attached. They often have sales at both locations and good selections. I would agree with comments about this being an overtly Christian store which at times has made me uncomfy but I have also witnessed sweet moments as well. They give away bibles to anyone who wants one. During my last visit there was a gentleman who was unhoused or fallen on bad times, he came into the store and shopped for clothes from the outlet $2 sale. He was treated kindly and with dignity. The store employee knew him and tried to get him connected to local assistance for him. I am down with this kind of Christianity.

In my current situation, as I am living in my minivan, the support I receive here is life-changing. But beyond the resources, the real heart of this place is Nancy. She is a Godsend. She doesn't just see a person in need; she sees me. She is a true friend in God and an example of His love--I see God's image in her every time we speak. She encourages me and prays with me, and her words of wisdom stay with me long after I leave. She has this beautiful, positive, motherly energy that makes me feel seen, valued, and comforted. Sometimes she even makes me cry because she provides the guidance and care I've always longed for--the kind of motherly advice I wish I'd had. Today's visit especially made a huge, huge difference in my life; the way she loved me today felt like the way a mother truly loves her child, or like the way our Father in heaven loves His children. I am so grateful to her, more than words can express, and I absolutely adore her.
