This was my first time going to a savers and this location specifically was recommended. If you're like me and are new to the Saver's experience, here's my pros and cons, and what I wish I would've known before going in. Pros: - everyone that works at this location is pretty chill and very kind. - It's very very organized and the items in the shop are fairly decent looking/quality items (just a few items I noticed with oil and pit stains but not as many as when I shop at goodwill) - households items, books, and knickknacks were actually pretty cool here. Would come back specifically for these things. Cons: - There's NO changing room. Which, for a THRIFT store where there's no set sizes on some of the clothing or the wrong sizes listed on the tags, this was mind boggling. I spent 2 hours in there before i was informed they didn't have any. If you're like me and don't have a one-size fits all body, that is the BIGGEST drawback from this store. Better suited for resellers methinks. - The price for the clothing was a little steep for a thrift store. I spent $60 for 5 items, 3 of which were basic tees. - Bags cost money and they have 2 options, paper bag with no handles (was like $0.10) and the typical tote type bags that have handles and typically cost more money. Not the biggest issue but definitely didn't add anything to my experience there. I likely wouldn't ever shop at a Savers again unless I needed some cute knickknacks, and this location is definitely one I would go to for that. But for an avid clothing thrifter, this was a bummer of an experience. read more

Nice clean store. Plenty of space between isles and some very nice items. Yet most of what I liked was definitely overpriced. I did however find a few wonderful items that came home with me. I will definitely be back for more treasure hunts. read more

The prices for donated goods are too expensive. Some of the used items are priced as if they were brand new. It is cheaper to order from Amazon than to shop at Savers. It's a shame--because you certainly don't save any money here. read more

I've donated quite a few times to this location. It's always a quick and easy process, the staff are incredibly helpful. The shopping is can be hit or miss. It's pretty organized, but tends to be busy. The walkways can get a little tight. read more

I donate all the items I no longer want here but I don't shop here. The last time I went inside to purchase I feel like the items were overpriced. The inventory is huge. They have a ton of selections and a lot of sizes in clothing for the entire family! It just wasn't anything in my preference. Although my experience shopping wasn't the best, donating has always been a good, fast, and easy process. The workers that assist me bring the bags from my car down are always very professional. They double check with me to make sure they are holding the correct item to donate and ask politely if I'm donating anything else. I get a coupon for donating each time I drop anything off which is great if I ever decide to purchase in store. read more

this savers is HUGE. compared to others around the Valley, there is a much larger selection here and everything is organized pretty nicely and easy to find based upon the aisle. My nephew loves coming here specifically for the dvds and always ends up leaving with more than enough in his hands LOL. They have the entertainment items and books sorted by the genre which is really nice, they even have records that you can purchase, and may be able to find hidden gems for a cheap price. They offer racks of various clothes, I didn't find too many good clothing items, but I am pretty sure there is more depending on the time and day of the week you come. they also offer self checkout which makes it quick and convenient and in case of any assistance there are always employees to help if the machine says you need assistance read more

Savers is one of my favorite places to go thrifting, I love it! They have endless selections of clothes, housewares, and even furniture. The associates are always friendly and are sure to help if you need it. My favorite day of the week is Monday because that's when the entire store is 50% off. Be sure to become a member! The cons: Savers doesn't have any dressing rooms. So if you want to try something on, you're out of luck (unless you're one of those people who doesn't mind changing in the aisles, lol). On Mondays, the line wraps clear around the entire inside of the store. I wish they would man more registers! Other than that, Savers is a great place to find awesome deals! read more

I had ten minutes to kill (before my appt) so I only looked at the sweaters. I found a cashmere one for under $4.00. It had three small holes in it, but that's an easy fix for me. It was in a larger size but it was so warm! Size medium, soft grey, 100% cashmere, hooded open cardigan, and with pockets, by Vince. I also bought another sweater, not cashmere or wool, but a medium weight green one with pilling. (I've already addressed both issues and they are golden now.) No more clerks, but there is one to assist, if you have any questions or issues. I belong to the club and I get the coupons, but I didn't spend $25. read more

One of the largest Savers in town and pretty good selection of women's jeans. The racks were pretty organized as they should be to make shopping easier and store looked pretty clean from what I could tell. When it came time to check out and do an exchange the cashiers were super friendly and helpful and made things super easy for me. I had such a delightful experience at this Savers, I wish that all Saver's were run as smoothly as this one does. The cashier that helped me do the exchange was very patient with me as I ran to a nearby rack to get an extra pair of jeans to finish my exchange. She also explained to me that the return policy, which is only an exchange for same price items is good only for 14 days, which I didn't know. It was great to be serviced by someone who actually cares about the customer who shop here. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the return/exchange policy. They no longer let you try clothes on so you have to buy it not knowing if it'll actually fit. And if it doesn't fit, you bring it back within 14 days and exchange it for something else that may also not fit. I usually end up exchanging items multiple times because they don't fit. And it's a waste of time and gas. I hope they change their policy soon or they will go out of business. This policy is not a sustainable one and unrealistic. read more

I feel like I should start in the middle with this review.... So, picture me, looking at what just may be the exact suit jacket I'm looking for. But no it gets better. I pull the hanger off the rack only to discover it also includes matching suit pants. But no it gets better, the suit is an orange tag which makes it half off. This brings the $21 or so price tag down to $10 or $11 bucks. So, imagine me stumbling upon this suit hanging inconspicuously on the rack and, as I start to pull it off, a random wind gust blows my hair back from my face and some enchanting music plays. I was truly like The Boy Who Lived only, you know, I'm an adult and it was a suit instead of a wand but WORK WITH ME HERE... I guess you had to be there. Okay, I'll back up a bit (cue the record scratch and "You're probably wondering how I got here" voice over). I should start by acknowledging how unenthusiastic I was to go to this Savers location with my wife. Especially since it's NOT the one close to the house. No, you see she'd already looked in that one and didn't quite find what she was looking for there, so we had to drive outside my limited non-complaining zone. Sigh. But, as an opportunist, I figured I should at least TRY to find some clothes I could use for upcoming fancy events. You see, your pal Tom has gained a few pounds tasting and reviewing yummy foods for Yelp. So I went in with an open mind and embarked on an adventure. Here's the quintessential challenge with a thrift shop like Savers. Trying on your clothes is next to impossible since there's no changing rooms. There's also no real return policy to speak of - just a 14 day exchange policy on clothes and shoes. So you're stuck trying on shirts in store and hoping for the best or, for a full suit, really taking a chance that it'll work out. Still in that fantasy wizard moment, I gotta say I had a good feeling about that suit fitting (and I did try on the jacket to confirm it fit at least). Still $10 bucks - heavy risk, but the prize. I was able to get questions answered from the helpful staff roaming around and, as a whole, the experience was much more palatable than I expected. As a bonus, I had Macklemore's Thrift Shop playing in my head the WHOLE TIME. Let it be stated that, if you don't find yourself bopping to Thrift Shop while roaming around this place, I'm sorry to say are devoid of a human soul. So, $35 bucks or so poorer and cautiously optimistic (I also bought a snazzy vest and dress shirt and a couple ties), I made my way home with my amazing wife. And epilogue (hopefully I didn't keep you in suspense too long) the dress pants *mostly* fit. I did need to get them hemmed just a a bit, which did cost a few times more than the suit itself, but still worth it to have a decent suit I can actually fit into. In short, I recommend checking out this place, especially if you have a human soul, or even if you just like deal hunting and taking a chance on cheap clothes. read more

This used to be my favorite. The General manager (he's a regional that comes in, not store manager) now has moved jewelry across the store from where the employees stand. Makes no sense. Horrible display (used to be great) can't see anything. Store prices increased 200% when he came up with this store improvement. Might I add..saw him interact w employee. Horrible!!! Should be ashamed. Hopefully employee reports it. I've been coming here for years. Stuff sits now because it's priced over retail (even on Mondays) Profit is important for the store but this place needs better leadership now. The employees have been loyal and worked here for years. Way way over priced on most items. Huge thrift store that thinks a regular Tshirt should cost 9.99. Goodwill sells them from .99 to 2.00. Not sure who prices your items, but you need to remember you're a thrift store. read more

This store is the cleanest most organized thrift store I have ever been to. It's noticeably clean to the point where something looks off. Everything is where it's supposed to go and the workers are so friendly! If you're in the area, check it out!! read more

Highly recommend that you check out this thrift store. Never buy new! Yelp gives you 7% cash back here. Seniors get a 30% discount. And there are always color coded tags with larger discounts. Huge selection of well organized clothing. Some of it could be cleaner, some is new with tags still on while others look worn. Shop carefully. Everyone working was already dressed in Halloween costumes and it's only October 1! But this is the place to find a costume or clothing to create your own. I found several board books in great condition for a one year olds birthday coming up. I also found some soft vehicles to use as decorations for a first birthday party and a onesie with My First Birthday on it. There were lots of Halloween decorations on display as well. read more

I like this Savers. It's one of two Savers that I frequent. Inside is fairly organized. Prices vary. Some items are reasonable while others cost more or equal to retail stores. This mainly applies to clothing. It's funny to see pre-owned Walmart brand clothing priced higher than Walmart! Whoever is pricing should really do some research. Most employees are nice & friendly with the exception of an older Hispanic man with glasses who stocks merchandise. He is really rude & unfriendly :( Sign up for their Savers program. Perks include 25% off your purchase every Thursday, special sales and points earned for discounts off future purchases. Parking is plentiful. Area is sometimes sketchy with homeless hanging around. Be aware of your surroundings and park near the entrance. Overall Savers is worth checking out! A great place to donate (lightly used clothing & merchandise) or purchase. read more

I love to treasure hunt, I read the comments and reviews and thought I'm sure it won't be that bad. However, my experience was more of the same; rude employees to the point of aggressive comments, negative, remarks, and just overall bad behavior. I used to frequent this Savers on a regular bases (pre-covid) after work and before picking the kids up from school. It was a good store then...the staff, the great prices, the other customers, the variety and the organization. Unfortunately, it wasn't the same experience during our latest visit. The greatest disappointment was that there was no fitting room. It was gone! Apparently, all their stores are heading in that direction. It's a total disappointment. You have to purchase the clothing in HOPES that the items you've selected will fit, look good on and satisfy your purchase. If they don't, you can't return them and get your money back! Yes. It's true! Now you have to spend more time AND MONEY driving back to Savers and are at the mercy of HOPING that when you go back (WITHIN 7 days) you can find something that you do want! And provided you do find some treasures, you have to make sure the items equal the amount you spent on your original purchase! I don't know about you but this is insanity! They get FREE or donated clothing to sell for a profit and now I'm the one going through the ringer! Savers...you lost me! read more

I am so in love with this store. Goodwill who?? This store is amazing. 1.) I love the cleanliness of the entire store. I love that everything has a place and it is as organized as it can be for a second hand store. 2.) Their book selection and the deals on their books. Buy 4 books and get 1 free! I am sold. 3.) The amazing customer service from the employees and they amazing deals and specials. All summer log Savers members receive discounts on items on different days of the week. Every Monday during the summer there is a 50% of deal on everything in the store. Savers no longer provided plastic bags. They now sell a giant reusable Savers bag for $1 or you can purchase a paper bag for 10 cents. This store is amazing and I am in teacher heaven with all their amazing books. read more

This savers has the worst manager. Yesterday, we arrived there at 5:20 and she was standing at the door. She asked us if we were coming in to shop. (Why else would we be there?) We said yes and she said. " You can't. We have a power outage and our registers are closed. Now, we are standing right at the front door and we can see that the lights are on and there are plenty of people in line having no problem checking out. From what we could see...She LIED to keep people out of the store. This is not the first bad encounter we have had with this manager. She refuses to allow ou even one day to test electronic items. The other savers allow it and we have never had to bring back an item yet...but the fact is she was practically losing her mind when we asked. Message received: Shop elsewhere. read more

Another stop on the thrifting circuit. Here's what you need to know. This is my go to savers, along with the warm springs location. This one is really spread out well & the quality control for the items seems to be a bit better than the Henderson location. The staff is mostly pleasant, especially the folks near the entrance by the carts. The thrifters can be a mixed batch, that has been my experience at every thrift store. The low point for this location is the restrooms. I had the unfortunate experience of having to use them once. Had it not been an emergency I would have sprinted across the plaza to find something more sanitary. Sometimes they have them completely closed. So you will be literally SOL if you gotta go. I realize that it's the patrons who ruin the bathroom but still, theres gotta be a better way. So my golden nugget of advice would be to, go before you go. I came in on a Saturday for my first time shopping at this thrift store, only it's not so much a thrift store as prices on most men's clothing is expensive for being a thrift store and items being used and visibly showing some wear. A pair of rain/snow boots I found, that had torn inner lining we priced at 69.99, 80 percent of the men's dress shirts are 12.99 that have no name recognition. However a used Costco Kirkland dress shirt 22.99, Costco on average sells them for 19.99-24.99. Used Wangler jeans $15.94, wrangler outlet clearance area, 15 min away starts at 9.99 brand new!! For the prices they charge here, you may think, well I want to try this on. I was told by two different workers there are no dressing rooms. I guess the thought is to buy it and hope for the best. I would say this is a high priced thrift shop that sells the same things a normal reasonable price theft shop sells. I'd equate it too, you see gas at one station for 4.39 and on the other corner it 5.69. They both are offer the same gas. One just thinks you'll pay more. read more

I call this Savers "the good Savers". I go from time to time to all the ones we have in Vegas, but this one has such good constant turn around in products, & there's always such good finds! Staff takes COVID precautions very seriously, which is always such a big indicator of whether or not I go into a business. Never too busy, lots of parking, great location, friendly & helpful staff. I might be biased because I found my Harley Davidson boots here in my EXACT SIZE, but I absolutely recommend coming here for a possible thrift gold mine. read more

Went thrifting with my daughter in law and visited this store. The store took all health concerns with COVID very seriously. The customer service was very good as well. The goods were organized and displayed nicely. Not just shoved on the shelves. The clothes ... well organized and priced decently! I do think some clothing should have been removed, but things slip by. Women's clothes - excellent options in styles, brands, sizes etc ! Men's clothes - not as much much as women's but still a very nice selection. Children's - not bad... the selection is more limited but what was there was in good condition and prices were pretty good. Shoes - nice selection of women's shoes. I honestly didn't check men's and children's. The shoes could have been cleaned and or sprayed ... it was a bit "smelly" in that section of the store. Also more seating to try on the shoes. Jewelry- really good choices - fun and priced "ok" All in all very nice and clean! Recommendations : Take a bag to pack your choices ... or pay .10 a bag ( still not bad at all) Someone actually paid it forward for my bags. (How nice and thoughtful was that!!! - so we paid it forward as well)! Take your time ... there is a great deal to look at! Watch the tags and priced - google names of clothes so you know if the pricing is good! Example : found a Talbots jacket : new is $188 On sale was $75. Savers price was 15.99. That's great! Went to Savers today in Las Vegas and found out they don't have fitting rooms anymore! I was told to take my items home and if it doesn't fit, I can return within 7 days. Problem is who has this kind of time or gas to be running back and forth? Not me and you just lost a loyal customer. Very disappointing and sad! Went in to buy some vases. They had plenty and I would've bought probably all of them. But they were way over priced. Simple glass vases. $9 for one of them, I could go into Walmart and get the same one brand new for $4. But it's a thrift store, and they should be much much lower. I first visited these stores on 2017. Back then prices in stores were reasonable. After many years without visit these stores....to my surprise prices went skyrocketed, now they have self checkout station (you know what i meant). Its a reality that this is a thrifty store that make profit out of community donations. These stores supposedly donates to other charities but donation are very $mall$ if you compares to their profits. I encourage everyone that want to do it to STOP support these kind of stores. Their price has become like regular retails stores NOT thrifty store prices anymore for used items. But at the end its your money and you spend it wherever you wanted read more
