Went to Savers today in Las Vegas and found out they don't have fitting rooms anymore! I was told to take my items home and if it doesn't fit, I can return within 7 days. One of the worst savers shopping experience ever. There was an employee Named ( LAURA ) Who was very disrespectful and rude. She was possibly racist. She was very impatient when there was no one in line. She did not even smile once or said hi or give eye contact or anything. When we asked a question she just ignored then when question was asked again she just said "WHAT" very rudely. When asked to speak to a manager she just said what ever. I first visited these stores on 2017. Back then prices in stores were reasonable. After many years without visit these stores....to my surprise prices went skyrocketed, now they have self checkout station (you know what i meant). Its a reality that this is a thrifty store that make profit out of community donations. These stores supposedly donates to other charities but donation are very $mall$ if you compares to their profits. I encourage everyone that want to do it to STOP support these kind of stores. What a huge variety of stuff! This was my first time at any Savers. They get stars for just having so much stuff and also for the amount of space you have to walk around--everything is spaced out very well. They have a wall of merchandise in little bags, organized as to what type of things they are (kitchen, electronics, stationery etc). In my opinion, the prices are too high for knick-knacks, books, puzzles/games and framed art. The clothing prices are just right, though. We got a brand new pair of J Crew shorts for $13. read more

I bought a two layers office rack design to put on the table for savers price it was 7.99 and when I reached the cashier I noticed it has it's original tag of $7.99 from ross. I was surprised knowing that it is a thrift store to find great cheaper deals but it is no difference from a regular retailer. At least they should have mark it down for a reasonable price, it is a donation anyways! Their clothes are expensive too! With a price $6.99, 8.99 and up I can find those at Ross and Burlington for a brand new clothes. Another thing, I went there for an exchange because they don't have a dressing room. So if you would have to buy the clothes and fit it at home if it doesn't fit you, go back and do exchange, no refund!. It is a win win for savers! Very smart!! Here comes the terrible part, while I was doing the exchange I owe them .30 cents I have a 30% coupon and the cashier told me that I would have to purchase a bigger item to cover the coupon. read more

They expect you to buy it and try it on at home and then if it doesn't fit they don't give you a refund.... just store credit. Horrible business model, girls need to try clothes on. Holy cow! What has happened to prices at Savers? I went to this one on Trop this weekend looking for a cheap laundry basket to use in my trunk. There was a brown plastic one, which was broken. It still had the original price tag from the retail store for $5 on it. Saver's price was $5. What? This is insane. Their stuff was so overpriced. A basic drinking glass was over $3! I can buy them new for less. I don't know what these people are thinking. This is all donated merchandise, they have lost their minds to charge so much. read more

This is the worst thrift store I've ever been to. They ask outrageous prices, even for the very average clothing. Any of the men's tshirts that werent awkwardly specific were $10 or more. Torn, stained, and ripped jeans are sold at $20(or more) simply because of the brand. I've been shopping at savers for over ten years and dont think that I'll be back. All of the locations I used to frequent have raised their prices to the point that nothing is worth it. You might as well buy your stuff brand new. read more

Part of me wants to gatekeep this savers just because it's so good compared to some of the others. This location caught fire a bit ago and recently reopened and I'm so glad it did. Parking is easy, it doesn't get super crowded even on the weekends, and it feels cleaner. The only downside I have is I feel sometimes they're a bit short staffed, especially at the checkouts. It's self checkout but if you need a bag or have an issue you might be standing there waiting for a while, I don't mind too much but it is a bit awkward. read more

I am a frequent customer of this Savers location and I have probably visited this store over 50 times in the past 3 years or so. I have had mixed experiences but usually good ones to be honest. The prices are a little higher than thrift stores in the area (Epic Thrift and Salvation Army being typically cheaper, and Epic having better sales), but if you really want something, the pricing is reasonable. They have a fair few new products in stock, which is a bit different for this kind of store, typically Halloween items and such. The things that let down this store are: The Staff and the facilities (toilets etc). The toilets are seldom cleaned, there is graffiti over the cubicles, puddles in the middle of the room, trash overflowing and toilet paper everywhere but in the toilet. This ties in especially with my view of the employees of Savers, typically the cashiers (the porters and donation handlers seem more work savvy). In respect to the employees, a few key words come to mind.... lackadaisical, work shy, lethargic, apathetic... You get the idea... There have been many instances where I have had a question or concern to which the response from a cashier expressed less enthusiasm than an Idaho Potato. Where are these people employed from? A potato farm? For instance, I lost my glasses in the store today. I asked Grisalda/Crisalda(?) if she could check lost property or ask around to see if they had been handed in. You know what it's like when you lose something, you get a little frantic! She simply said "well nobody has handed them to me". I spent 2 minutes pulling teeth until she reluctantly moved away from her nest of a cashiers booth and plodded over a few feet to ask her fellow employee. More teeth later, she finally made a call out to the rest of the team in the store. Needless to say, I didn't find my glasses but it's an experience that I wanted to share on here. Wow! This location ain't just your average Savers - it's a Savers superstore! That said, the store - obviously - is huge. Typical shopping experience at Savers, pretty busy for a Wednesday at lunchtime. As I had popped in on my lunch break I didn't get to scour the racks this time - but I did pick up two really nice silk scarves for $1.99 each. The store is clean, super well organized and crammed to the gills with merch. All of the staff seemed super friendly as well. Now is probably a great time to hit up this store before it gets picked over. I really like that they have drive-thru curbside drop-off for donations - smart thinking! Can't wait to come back in the evening so I have more time to browse the racks. This place is gonna be dangerous - it's only a block away from work! read more

Was going to by a broken foot stool that had no price tag on it and when she came back with a price of $10 I said no thank you. Was told by an employee on the sales floor I could return the clothing Incase it didn't fit since the fitting rooms aren't open, tried to get a refund because none of them fit (40$ worth of clothes) and wasn't able to get a refund, fitting rooms at target and Walmart are open there should be no reason for these to still be closed. Now I'm stuck with 40$ worth of clothes that don't fit because I couldn't try them on in the store and the fitting rooms should be open. Don't bother. I have been shopping here for years, all of the sudden prices for everything skyrocketed a couple months ago. 6$ for a tiny figurine 25$ for a Walmart hoodie. These people are gouging you for things they get for FREE. And another thing, go ahead and tout your "charitable acts", Savers. Less than 5% of their profit even goes to charity. This is a Wal-Mart sized (well technically Albertsons sized, as that's what the building used to be) thrift store. Clothing is well organized according to size and style, and the books are even organized according to genre, a rarity in most thrift stores I've been to. I've found the prices to be higher on average than Goodwill, but overall it's easier to find something if you have a specific item/size in mind. They do have a stampcard that you can get stamped from buying or donating items, and there was a 20% coupon in the UNLV couponbooks that are given out at the beginning of each semester at the information booths on campus. The store itself looks large, white and sterile. I've found some nice treasures there, but anything with a designer label or that is notably vintage will be marked up substantially. I love how they've done the dressing rooms at this location, you take a number, and they won't let you in with more than 4-6 items (can't remember the exact number). This prevents people who monopolize the dressing rooms for 30 minutes to an hour. On Mondays they have 99 cents on a particular tag, so prepare for crowds if you go on Monday! read more

This is a huge Savers location that just opened up. I was browsing through the racks during my lunch hour. There are tons of aisles to peruse, but I didn't find a single thing I was interested in. I felt the racks needed to be a little better organized. they were categorized by size, but found that most of the items were all out of order. It was a pain finding something that I was interested in and finding that it was a completely wrong size. The racks were packed to the gills and there are tons of items to choose from and I know it's hard to keep everything organized for places like this, but it's hard to enjoy browsing when everything isn't organized very well. This Savers has a really large selection and always seems to have little to no lines, even on the busiest shopping days. I like that for women's clothing they've just decided to combine all short sleeves, etc instead of sorting them by "knits" and "blouses," it just makes shopping a lot easier. I always find something here that I fall in love with and buy. My only complaint is that sometimes the staff can be unprofessional, like talking about things in front of customers (like how much they don't want to be at work) or blatantly ignoring customers when they are right in front of them...Also, their fitting rooms can be a bit dirty on big sale days. They have awesome prices and there's almost always a chance you're able to find something; even if it's not on your list of things to find. Jeans rack is fully stocked; more like overstocked but that's never a bad thing! Everything is pretty organized and they keep their store clean. I come to this store and buy often and have never been treated so rudely So if you go shopping on yellow tag day (50% off) and want to buy blue, and yellow tagged items beware!!!
