The prices are higher than retail costs of the same item new! Don't waste your time and money.

You could buy a new pack of tank tops from Walmart for that price! That's like if location was able to convince the customer to buy used underwear for $4 a pair. I don't know who would buy that! Extravagant prices for jeans and other clothing! I will say that the store was really clean , shells were well organized and it was no garbage on the floor . Great variety of items that I would have not expected . Me and my wife did spend a nice hour and a half here checking out what was offered but if the price is here cheaper and immediately get stuff off the racks and inventory so you can bring more stuff in you should really lower the prices!

They also knowingly sell counterfeit items that they have the audacity to price as if it were real. Let me write that again. They knowingly sell overpriced counterfeit goods in direct violation of Illinois' Counterfeit Trademark Act. Also, and let me preface this by saying retail work is hard but the store manager sets the tone and hers is not very friendly, at all. One time I was there on a very busy Monday and she just randomly starts accusing everyone of shoplifting. She then closed all the self serve registers creating a huge line which was shoppers to fight with each other. Lady, the over priced goods that are being sold were DONATED. Why are you getting all bent out of shape and acting like everyone is stealing? Maybe, knowing that Mondays are the busiest day of the week, you should accurately staff your store. I have to agree with the other reviewer, the manager might be racist. She is very rude to people who do not resemble her. In fact, she was so hostile, my 13 year old actually called her out. Thanks store manager for showing my child discriminatory behavior out in the wild. Until now, she had only read and heard about such behavior.

This is the first time I had an original ring designed, though. I worked with Marino Costello on the design process. As an anniversary gift, my husband wanted to buy me a ring, but I decided that I couldn't give up my original engagement ring and wedding band so I had a new ring designed utilizing the diamonds. The process was interesting. I looked at rings in the jewelry store to get an idea of what I wanted and then we proceeded to the design process, Marino sending me CAD drawings and then a wax ring was made where I tried it on to get an idea of the design and dimensions. My new ring is gorgeous! Marino is a fabulous designer and so easy to work with. I appreciated his attention to detail and his quick responses to my emails. The design process was fun. I love that Marino designed such a special ring where I still have the original diamonds that my husband gave me 20 years ago. I highly recommend Costello Jewelry!

He even went the extra mile with suggesting a resource for me going forward. I left the store smiling once again, as always. In these times when most merchants are in a hurry, Ralph took extra time with me which I very much appreciate. Thank you, Ralph and Costello!

Small native american shop and gallery, selling jewelry, art, home decor and gifts…read more This is one of those times where I didn't feel much attraction to the store's product, but I appreciated what I saw. I would have no qualms about shopping this store for gifts if I knew the recipient were a fan of southwestern art, or to buy something for the kids' schools. It reflects my values in other ways, i.e., it's a local business, the product seems well-made, plus they do a little more to educate the community on the culture. They present musicians, storytellers, etc., which I'd like to check out with my older daughter. The wares are made by native american artisans who learned their skill at home in the southwest. I picked up a pamphlet on the Red Feather Development Group which described their American Indian Sustainable Housing Initiative. It addresses the housing crisis on indian reservations by mobilizing tribal members to build homes using environmentally sustainable materials and techniques, in this case straw baling. I don't know if the store donates part of their sales to the group, but the owner has volunteered for them. The owner also shows her commitment to native american concerns by lecturing and serving on local native american boards.

I have frequented this place numerous times and have had the blessing of seeing it grow, rearrange and expand. Once I was in there and a worker there was so kind and helpful and even gave me a deal on the two chairs that I purchased. The most recent visit was just the opposite. No one to help or greet. I asked a question and was treated not only like I was stupid but said, "Here's the stairs right here", like I'm some sort of imbecile. I proceeded to want to check out and two workers were too busy complaining and I stood there and waited until they were done. Then when I gave my card she starts to tell me that my card wasn't accepted but then realized she put it in upside down. No apology just again an attitude. I spent over $50 and I didn't know that as a customer I'm such a burden. Take my advice hire friendly people who work only the floor to help customers if you're too busy to help and answer questions. I will still go but there are other shops in the area that I may consider visiting before I'll go back again.

I can look for these things at other places. I am not a fan of giving my money to people that don't want it. So try marketplace or eBay.
