This is the closest thrift store to me, and Savers, I am BEGGING you, please reconsider your prices. My sister and I just went and we found no less than five (5) Dollar Store items priced at $7.99 or higher. We found items with an original $5 sticker on the bottom priced at $4. I have found kids Target biker shorts priced at $8 -- they are $5 new at Target. Please, please, please reconsider your prices. I WANT to go and support your store, but I simply can't when it seems like your pricers are not living in reality. I have to go somewhere else. This store has completely lost their minds with pricing. I went on Father's Day and I saw so many things Way overpriced. Also over pricing toys that you don't even know if they work and you can't return if it doesn't. Also one of their employees that handles donations was pissing outside in plan view right near the donation area. I've already talked to people two different times about pricing and showed them pictures of the actual store prices compared to their prices and they still haven't done anything. Savers does a great job of keeping their sections organized and clean. This place is big and there are great finds. I think the housewares and books are the best. They have a very large selection of those. The children's wear feels limited but I might have just been in the wrong season (was looking for a raincoat). Also, the toys are often missing parts so this is not my go to for that. They do have a lot of puzzles and games though. read more

Hmmm... big store with lots of merchandise- clothing was well organized by type, size, etc. Toys and children's clothing and accessories as well. Prices seemed a tad high; definitely higher than Goodwill and Salvation Army. The funky thing is that whomever manages the store, or organizes the store, had it all facing in the direction of a left-hander. With only 10% of the general population being left handed, I thought it quirky. It was time consuming and cumbersome to look through hangers. Also I decided to cloth a homeless family I know. They've fallen on hard times and I thought the prices at Savers were more than reasonable plus one of the family members is over the age of 55 and on Tuesday they give additional discount on everything so we went to cloth everyone in the family. read more

First time donating to the savers in Yorba Linda and had a horrible experience. The dropoff is a drive through with quite a long line of cars. There were 2 cars ahead of us and we see the car immediately ahead of us drop off items in a bin and leave. Once we get up to the bin, we proceed to do the same and a woman in a green vest proceeds to rudely yell at us that they only allow drop offs one car at a time, stay in your car blah, blah, blah. If there are rules you want everyone to follow, it would be a good idea to communicate it ahead of time via a sign or an employee. Savers, I don't think you want this rude woman to represent your company any longer as the whole interaction with her has left a bad impression on myself as well as others. The donation process was incredibly disorganized and the area was messy with broken glass. I will not be donating here again. There is a Good Will a mile north on rose/imperial that is much more friendly and grateful for your donations. I will not be donating at this savers again. read more

I found this place online and decided to stop by. This place seems to be busy. The parking lot was pretty full. Everything was very well organized here. You walk in and get a cart and all the rows are organized. I was able to find an amazing coffee cup. Also my teenager was able to find a lot of things. Prices are super reasonable and you can accumulate points to get future discounts. I was able to get $7 off from points I had accumulated. Overall highly recommend this place. read more

Our neighbor recommended this store so.... We went to check it out. I love shopping for mason jars and kitchenware. I really like the fact that their clothes is organized by size ( wish goodwill will do the same) and it is clean. For that reason I gave this store 2 stars. Yes they have brand name clothes but it is a second hand store for a reason. I understand you are trying to make money but, you are not going to make money off of me. A lot of their items are overpriced. I wonder what they based their prices of because they had toys for $5.99 and $10.99 the jars $3 & $4 dollars ! Savers has absolutely nothing but audacity. They receive items for free and are selling them at 75% of original price. There was an amazon brand dress there, without tags, that was selling for $18. It was only $25 on Amazon. A pair of wranglers with the knees blown out was $17. read more

I've been coming to this savers for quite some time and it used to be so good but the prices are just outrageous now. Anything worth giving a second glance is only a few dollars less than retail. I've seen items being price pointed as MORE than they retail for. I will say the store is definitely kept very clean and organized but due to the prices I can barely get myself to go anymore. I saw Liz throwing glass all over the floor and when I walked past the donation center, a car drove by and threw up one of her spilled glass shards in my leg. That was two months ago and now i have permanent scarring. That was only one problem I have had with this specific employee. ANOTHER problem is when she was helping me take my donation in, she was practically falling asleep (seemed like she was on drugs or something) and she broke an extremely priceless antique from the trunk of my car that i was not planning on selling and then proceeded to tell me "it was ugly anyways." Lastly, I have actually witnessed her screaming and cussing out her outdoor employees out calling them racial slurs and calling them worthless. Something needs to be done with this manager, i have met so many other staff members and they are the sweetest people. Please fire her, or i will be going to corporate about this. read more

I dropped off hundreds of clothes to this location around 8:40am this morning. There's one guy wears the fluorescent vest just opened the door. He came to my car and told me, they opened at 9am. I shouldn't come before 9am, and I shouldn't drop off the stuff outside their door even though he knew I didn't drop off anything yet. There were some donations bags left outside the door by other kind donor. I took my stuff off of my car trunk and put them near to my car and waiting for him to take the cart out. He continues to blame me, I shouldn't come before 9am and I can't put my donation stuff on the floor even though I'm standing there waiting for him. And those donor shouldn't left the stuff outside the door and gave him more work to put those bags to the cart. I felt deeply that this guy hated this job. Every donor is driving to your center to donate their stuff. Isn't this something to be praised? So why is he complaining all the time? He didn't know people have to go to work at 9am too? He should quit this job. Stop disgusting the kind-hearted donors. read more

Originally my kids told me about savers ,ever since I have been a,fan and try to visit different locations. This one is very big.lots of stuff. Great finds n bargins..I find things priced fairly.no matter what you are looking for. The employees are friendly and helpful. I LIKE THAT THEY carry different things typically im searching for old school or vintage cook books..cool bowls or glasses,sweaters. Big fan of Savers! We found some great Cars toys and Toy Story toys that are selling for $35+ and got them for $5.99! It's a thrift store, so somethings will be just junk, but this Savers feels clean and organized. All of the staff is very kind! Most of the time, I found something I could buy, clothings are okay, not so nice lately. Furnitures are okay. Lots of nice decorations in ceramics. Don't buy those LV bag, they are replicas, the Saver still charge high price on those name brand items. I think they are too greedy, all the items were donated. The selection was not curated to appeal to her taste, but that aside, I can't imagine people that are actually experiencing financial hardship being able to afford those prices. This place is lame. I'm from Arizona and in Phoenix all the savers locations have amazing inventory and I always find good designer pieces. For some reason all of the savers in the la area lack good selection and they are overpricing everything. Even the one in Arcadia(the best location)has way more misses for me than hits. The Goodwills seem to get better donations for some reason? If you're a casual shopper I'd give it a try but if you're a reseller like me I'd drive deeper south to Orange County or head to la for the goods. The staff is friendly and the store itself is organized, bright, and easy to shop in but the terrible prices and selection make it not worth a visit in my opinion. I like the fact that when you donate they give you a 20% off coupon. I like pre-Covid whenever there was a big holiday weekend they had great sales. 50% off select items. They also have a select color tags and when purchased it is on sale. I do like the organization of the store in regards to category and how big the stores are. I've been to three locations and I like that it's open and not so narrow and cramped. What I don't care for is some of the items can be too overpriced for a thrift store. Truly the nicest thrift store I've ever been in!! Wide selection of items and decently priced for good quality and a lot of name brands. Wealthy neighborhoods are known to have nicer thrift stores but generally higher prices, but I don't notice a severe increase here. If I could leave "0" stars I would! This place is WAAYYYYY OVER PRICED! This is supposed to be a non-profit organization. Everything here is donated and then they turn around and sell it at a high price. For example a pair of shoes that got donated are going for $200.00 that's ridiculous. They have a game boy advance listed at $124.99! Who ever is doing the pricing is not taking in to consideration that there are family's that cannot afford things and that's why they are here shopping. Have shopped at this savers since it opened and with in the last few visits everyone here particularly management and donation receiving staff are miserable. Instead of going out of there way to make things easier, pricing selling of items etc.... They seem to use the same wingers it would take to be productive to be non productive and do everything they can to make the visit challenging. They can not do anything but stand still because of some type of reason and there are many! The management here use to be very kind and accommodating always trying to help but unfortunately they have been replaced with the complete opposite. read more

I prefer Savers to Goodwill because it always seems organized and put together. I've never felt claustrophobic here with tight aisles or swarms of people, which is nice. Large selection of items for mostly reasonable prices. Also a great place to donate. OC Big Brothers Big Sisters is a great cause.
