THE BIGGEST SCAM COMPANY!! DO NOT COME HERE. If I could give negative stars I would!! I was approached in the mall by the "promoter" ALEX. She wanted to try a product on my eyes. I told her I had on make up and was about to go to a wedding rehearsal dinner so I didn't wan't my make up removed. She said no problem and put it over the top. She was EXTREMELY pushy, hard selling used manipulative sales tactics. And like another person mentioned in their review, she kept taking my phone. She said the product she was putting on me was $1200 but she was going to give it to me for $400 with a gift of another eye product. At first, the one she put on me looked pretty good (it smoothed out the skin after she blew it dry with a fan) I felt extremely pressured and I reluctantly bought the items. She took my phone and said she was going to send the receipt to me on a text. (BTW she said it would be $399 + tax and the total was $429) On the receipt it showed $429 with no taxes pad. $429 was actually more than it would have been if they charged me tax on $399. SHADY and FRAUDULENT. I left and went to my event. In a few hours the skin under my eyes became very crinkled and dry and burned. I looked terrible! The next morning I had a reaction in my right eye. It was red and gooey and leaking and very uncomfortable. I went back to return the items the next day and they refused. They were so rude and pushy. The manager said I had to call customer service and ask for a refund that they cold not do it in the store. Come to find out, the number they gave was to a girl in that same location in the back office taking the call and pretending someone would call me back and no one ever did. Then, they said I had to send an email to their corporate which I did and no response. VERY DECEPTIVE!!! BTW this girl ALEX and the store manager (long brown hair can't remember her name) are from Germany. I can't imagine German people would put up with this. I had been looking forward to getting a relaxing facial for a long time. After seeing several Facebook posts, I decided to try this place, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. What I expected to be a facial turned out to be mostly a sales pitch. My face was not even properly cleaned before creams were being applied, and the "facial" itself felt rushed and incomplete. They barely massaged one side of my face and chin, and I ended up having to finish applying product to my forehead and the other side myself because the focus quickly shifted to selling me expensive machinery. They claimed the machine costs around $12,000 online, but were offering me a "special deal" for thousands of dollars less if I signed up immediately. The pressure to buy was uncomfortable and took away from the entire experience. What makes this even more concerning is that I later found out two of my friends had similar experiences at this same salon. They were pressured into signing up for a one-year program and purchasing the machinery without fully understanding what they were agreeing to or what the total charges would be. They later discovered they were initially charged one amount, only to later be billed for the full amount, bringing the total close to $14,000. Although the salon claims to have a 3-day return policy, my friends say they were denied refunds when they tried to cancel after realizing what had happened. One of them has repeatedly gone back to the salon trying to resolve the issue, only to be dismissed and even kicked out of the business. In the end, I did not purchase anything, but I still lost the $80 appointment cost plus a tip because I felt pressured in the moment. If you are truly looking for a relaxing facial experience, this is not the place I would recommend. They said I could get all refills for a year on all my products plus a facial each month for a year. I went in for my facial each month to only be high pressure to buy more products to the point I was almost in tears. They booked me at one place and then sent me to another place when I showed up for my appointment. I have only received one refill since I started in August 2025. I stopped booking appointments because I was so stressed out by the high pressure that I come out feeling worse than when I went in. Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience I scheduled an appointment for a special they were offering and confirmed it via text. I received reminder texts leading up to the appointment, including the morning of. Just minutes before my scheduled time, I even spoke with someone on the phone while trying to locate their spot inside the mall. When I arrived at 11 AM, I was told I'd have to wait a while because I hadn't "double confirmed" -- something I was never asked to do and never received a prompt for. That excuse felt like a cover-up for something else. The front desk staff were dismissive. One girl looked at me like I was bothering her and told me to "have a seat" with no courtesy. I AM BEING TOLD I CAN'T RETURN DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS. My purchase went thru before I signed anything. I wasn't told it was "discounted", after a few moments of talking with Mia and me saying no to what she was presenting, she left out came back in said I have a few packages to offer after speaking with the manager.  One was a $138.00 monthly payment, another was a $97.00 monthly payment and there was another package too, I can't recall that amount. Each one had a certain amount of products and services with it. They went something like 12 facials, masks etc, to 24 facials and so forth and so one. That in itself doesn't tell me it's discounted, that just says you offer different size packages at various amounts.  Mia asked me if I had affirm I told her yes, she said she was going to send me a notification. She went out of the room came back in, we checked my phn and looked at the payment plans. I picked the 97.00 per month (3k)plan one which ended up being 139.00 monthly (5k) total.  She applied the mask and serum to my face, and said we were done, didn't use the machine I came for.  When I got to the counter my products and receipt were already rung up and in the bag. She gave me some "warranty" paper to sign and I left the store.  In all fairness.... I didn't see the "discounted" amounts, the verbiage at the bottom of the receipt,  stating no refunds etc, until after the deed was done. I signed that paper or any after she rung me up, in fact I was still in the facial room when she rung me up.  It probably would be a best practice to have your clients read and sign before you complete the transaction just incase they dont agree with whatever they are signing.  How fair is that? read more

I did the $69 firming treatment as a try out, but it was the most useless waist of time ever, so much for using a financial birthday gift for this. I was looking forward to this when I saw and add on Facebook for it. I arrived at 12pm for my appointment, and the person didn't even start with me till about 12:20pm. Brought me in, sort of put some thick mask on my face and didn't even have full coverage, and then put me under a red light machine for 15 minutes in total silence. After the light therapy, she uses this fancy wand of smooshes the mask material around on my face, it didn't even feel good. Then she puts some serum or something on me and doesn't even clean anything off. Then the sales pitch ... she starts and says $4k and $7k, I'm like absolutely NOT. Negative, negative stars!!! This place is NOT cool. Please do not fall for it. I really don't know if their products are any good but this is a harder hard sell than a time share where they trap you into a meeting a meet a loud bell to indicate someone has purchased (meaning, has been manipulated). I walked in thinking it was an actual spa. On the front, it says "Flawless Spa & Cosmetics", obviously because of their horrible reputation. Once inside the store, you can see that it is actually Forever Young. I was suckered and paid way too much for eye serum and eye cream (supposedly half off). Then they performed this elaborate bunch of (now that I see it, poor) theater. I had asked for a quick 15 - 20 minute facial and he said they can't do that because the shortest one is 35 minutes. I told him I would come back. He did the eye cream thing (why didn't I recognize this THEN) so I wound up buying that and he threw in some eye serum (still - horribly overpriced). He did a pitch while I was at the register that their corporate woman was there and could squeeze me in for a few minutes. This was a very thinly veiled "facial" and really just a push to sell a bunch of stuff. He claimed one of the girls was there from the corporate office and she comes only once in 5 years and she miraculously can squeeze me in today. I agree and go sit at a retail table (NOT the facial room if there even is one) and Y'ALL, they tried to sell me a red, blue, orange, yellow (???) facial laser therapy wand of some sort for, sit down, $13,000!!!!!! Yes, THIRTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. I allowed her to keep using it on my face while she told one lie after another after another. She also engaged the other two people that worked in the store in what was obviously a choreographed and rehearsed routine. There was the 'I have to ask the other guy', the 'this is the last one', the 'here just hold this box while I look for something' the stacking of products that were going to be "free" with the wand but nothing on paper or anything, the 'if you come back later, you will have to pay much more' the 'just hand me the credit card you would use if you were purchasing this' (WHAT?? - NO!) etc., etc., etc., etc., etc. They went from $13,000 to $10,000 to $2,500 payment today and pay the rest later 'if you are happy', threw in 12 facials - one per month (do they even DO facials?? - maybe - not sure). At the end, she tried to sell me a lower model of the wand for (and she writes the number down like we are talking about a car, yuk - even though there were literally zero other customers in there) - get this - $975!!! From $13,000 down to $975!!!! I was trying to buy two facials. The guy ultimately sold me the super-expensive cream instead and didn't charge for the "facials". I asked for some kind of voucher for the facials and they had a gazillion of these on the desk, just printed out (poorly) pieces of cut paper for my two $150 fake facials. Not only was this a ridiculous hard sell, it was a giant web of lies spun grossly transparently. I will not be walking back into this place for any reason. As another commenter said, RUN!! (I hope the creams are at least decent. I feel like I need to cut out Amazon and Starbucks for a couple of months to make up for this!) Ugh. I walked by the SouthPark location in Charlotte, NC, last Sunday - Feb. 27th, twice and was not approached by the person outside the store offering samples. We noticed that she also didn't approach other black shoppers, so we stopped to observe for a moment and saw that she only approached white people. Multiple black people walked by, and she never approached them. Astonished to see such blatant racism, I told her and the manager what I observed. They were extremely rude and then had the audacity to say, "well do you want an appointment or a sample? Their conduct and reactions were racist and totally unacceptable. I was able to see what was extracted from my face and enjoyed the process. The staff gave me valued information for next steps as my face heal from the treatment in the days to come. I don't have an acutal experience with the spa. However, I was accosted by a salesman for the spa, which had a mobile cart set up in the aisle of the mall. He was quite pushy and just began slathering this stuff under one eye because I made the mistake of stopping. He was difficult to understand. Then he handed me a fan and said I had to wait for it to dry while he proceeded to talk uninteligibly while showing me the facial product. I said I wasn't interested, then he said he had to do the other eye because I was 'lopsided' while he continued to pressure me to buy. Ultimately, he came back with a conveniently ripped box and said I could have it for "half price" because the box was conveniently 'damaged'. I ended up buying it and instantly regretted it. My regret intensified later when I realized the product was not the same one he slathered on my face without my permission! It was also way overpriced even at 'half price'. A little later, while I was walking by the actual 'Forever Young' spa, I was quite literally almost physically pulled in by another man standing out in front of the store. Thankfully, my companion was able to grab my arm and pull me away this time.
