The waiter should have first shown the full bill breakdown before presenting the tip screen. Charging an 18% service fee and then prompting customers for an additional tip without clearly disclosing it is not transparent. My party consisted of two adults and children, with the oldest being only 10 years old, which made the service charge even more surprising. The food itself was decent, although the portion sizes were quite small compared to other restaurants charging similar prices. Had the billing process been handled honestly and transparently, I would have overlooked the portion sizes. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning. I wanted to share this review so others know what to expect.

Overall the sandwiches were so-so. Had they been hot and melty, they might have been better. We won't order these sandwiches again, but we might give this location another try in the future as the location is very convenient, and the employees were very friendly.

I ordered delivery from here and had two things in my order. One of them was missing so I called the restaurant to see if they could help me and they immediately told me to go through the delivery service to request a refund for the lost item. However, they never asked what was in my order and rushed me off the phone. I still wanted the missing item in my order rather than just a refund so it would have been nice for them to at least offer to make me another of the missing item and for me to come and pick it up but that was never the case. It could've been the drivers fault but if I'm paying really expensive menu prices- plus a $4 service fee, you've gotta help the customer out at least a little bit. read more

This is by far the best place in town to get a great Italian beef sandwich, it beats out Portillo's by far. The food is made fresh to order, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients they use. This is a family owned business and the owners are a husband and wife who are extremely dedicated to their restaurant and the happiness of their customers. They go above and beyond to make the overall experience of choosing Savino's and I have never had a bad meal or time going there. I really can't emphasize enough how much I love this place. The prices are fantastic, the quantities are heaven. The staff really makes you feel very very welcome. It's really like they have figured out a way to read my mind and make everything I want absolutely amazing.... and then some. I am yet to find anything in the menu that I haven't wanted to order seconds of. My family and I stopped for lunch here. Parking was easy. Ordering was even easier. They give all…read morethe food in to go containers but you can sit down and eat it inside while watching some sports. We had the hot dogs, fries, burgers, grilled chicken Cesar salad and Italian sausage with fountain drinks (refillable) With the exception of the Italian sausage, the food was a 5/5. The grilled chicken Cesar is amazing! Would drive back there just for it. The burgers were juicy and well put together. Their hot dogs traditionally served with crinkled hot fries with a cup of cheese.
