My family and friends visit this establishment very frequently as we are not from here and would rather not waste our money on food that is subpar. We enjoyed some dishes served here but the price and service is inconsistent. Instead of telling people "you're the boss" with young kids behind yo, perhaps let's lead by example with kindness and not tell your consistent customers that you will deal with one of the only people who work for you that has a pleasant demeanor at all times. Breakfast at Westfield - A Bit of a Mixed Bag Breakfast at Westfield started strong with delicious pancakes--fluffy and flavorful while hot, but they lost their charm once they cooled down. The omelet was fantastic, well-cooked and tasty, though it could've used more cheese. The biggest letdown was the hashbrowns. Despite asking for them extra crispy, they came out undercooked and soft. well not only is the food sloppy and mediocre and the service horrible. but stay far away if you're a door dasher.The service is always horrible and they are always rude, the orders take forever to pick up and the people who order are always cheap probably because the food is already overpriced as it is. unsurprisingly they will side with a Karen and give up your info if you encounter one. Had a Karen who was driving in the parking lot, like they had just gotten their license (half of the parking lot was shut down as well) and she yelled at me from her window after I passed her and parked. then in the restaurant as i politely spoke with the workers and got my order she said something to me walking by that she "knows im a door dasher" then started speaking to the worker about me, i was going to leave it but turned around and told her this is my side job, and she doesn't know anything about me; she of course was yelling while i was calm and making crazy gestures, so I just walked away and went on about me day. Just got a notification on my DoorDash that I was reported for "unsafe activity" of course nothing will come from it don't know what you guys thought youd accomplish with that one. It wasn't my customers for sure and the lady doesn't know my name at all. Very weird she must have nothing to do with herself. BEWARE when ordering extra feta cheese. You will be charged $2.25 for ONE tiny extra piece. I even went in to speak with the owner(s) because I thought it was a mistake, and she just stated that's what the price is. I asked that she make sure customers are told before paying. She never offered anything else. We ordered $60 worth of food. We are regulars but will not be returning often. Extra tzatziki sauce is $1 for 1 tiny cup also. So we paid $7 extra for TWO tiny pcs of feta and 2 cups of cucumber sauce ( tzatziki). Ripoff. read more

Good place if you are really REALLY hungry and nothing on this earth is open other than this. First and last time going to this place. Ordered the "Jumbo" shrimp, nothing jumbo about it. They should just call it "butterfly shrimp" because that's all it is. Regular shrimp just cut into butterfly shrimp to make it look bigger. Not worth $15 at all, you only get 6 little shrimp. Gyro is okay, meat looks undercooked. Their "Cajun fries" aren't really Cajun. They literally just soak them in hot sauce. They should call that "Hot Sauce fries". Cause nothing Cajun about them. This place has the worst food. Do not waste your money. We ordered for pick up they told us 25 minutes. My husband went to pick it up and only half the food was cooked and ready. So this place is definitely a different way of doing a breakfast/lunch spot. Did not realize you have to order your food at the counter. For a first time it is a little overwhelming with all the menu boards. So I got the Greek omelette and tried the cream of chicken rice oj and a water. Got a number and sat down. All the food came out really quick. Server left came back and asked if I got something to drink. I advised her I ordered a oj and water. She said she will check on the oj. We stopped here on the way out of town. It was my first time here, but my boyfriend has been here before. The menu is a bit overwhelming, but they have something for everyone. The food was good. We had a ribeye sandwich on garlic bread and a chicken Philly sandwich. The chocolate shake we had for dessert was also delicious. Don't bother wasting your time & money here! I ordered a large cheese fry and a drink. It cost $9 and some change! Seriously!?!?! But that's not really why I'm yelping...this place used to be very good. My family used to order from here frequently even though it was out of our way. Now it is actually close to my work but I will never go back. The french fries were way undercooked - to the point that they were almost raw! And since I ordered cheese fries, they lathered it in cheese. Talk about a soggy, undercooked, sloppy mess that all I could taste was cheese. I literally took like 5 bites and then used my fork to dig around & discovered the uncooked fries and that was it. Completely lost my appetite. C'mon people, how can you mess up cheese fries? Westfields is almost always great. Tonight I ordered an Italian beer with sweet peppers and some how ended up with an Italian beef with cucumbers. Yea... I'm not kidding. But I'm not even mad. They are typically on point so when I came home to see cucumbers in my Italian beef, I couldn't help to laugh. Maybe they could of misunderstood me because I promise you all that typically their orders are precise. But I ate it. And I will say it's not as bad as you would think. Despite this one time mix up, westfields is a great family restaurant. Their prices are definitely reasonable and I love that they have a drive thru. Went through the drive-thru, and the restaurant wasn't busy. I was there 7:45am and placed my order. The lady at the window, I did not appreciate her attitude this morning! When we're asking food salt, pepper, hot sauce, and an extra fork, she walks off as you're speaking. So when I didn't get the extra fork, I asked for it. If she took the time to listen instead of getting an attitude, she wouldn't have to go back and forth. We eat Westfield all the time. The jumbo shrimp are a rip off. You pay $16 for 6 little butterfly shrimp. They should just consider it a kids meal. The younger staff are not knowledgeable about side options. I was told multiple times a "sweet potato" was an option but yet given a small not cooked bake potato. Hadn't been there in a long time, but we wanted breakfast for dinner, and there are very few options. One order was the cinnamon roll French toast. The glaze on top was good, but wasn't warm, which was weird. The French toast was clearly made in a griddle used for everything & not cleaned between. I could taste onion, burger, etc. another order was stuffed French toast. It looked pretty, but was average, at best. Other orders were pancakes & a Mac & cheese burger. Again, average, at best. There was an overwhelming smell of dust throughout. I tried to have an iced tea, but had to dump it out. The machine and/or lines haven't been cleaned in way too long. We have been frequenting this restaurant for 5 years mainly because they are the only fast food drive thru in the area. The food is basically okay, nothing special. There have been days the food was not good but we continue to go back. Well today was the last straw. We never call and complain unless the order is incorrect or missing something. Our last order was so messed up we still didn't call. Today my husband checked the order when the kid brought it to the car. It was wrong and he told the kid. I liked this place. It is exactly what I am looking for in a neighborhood place. I never ate at the restaurant side, (from the main doors right is the fast food counter service and left is the restaurant) but think the menu is pretty similar. the food is quality and reasonably priced.
