What a true gem of a find! This is a small place in a small strip mall. The manager and the food are outstanding! My husband ordered a chicken and rice dish, I ordered the vegan dill rice. Very few places serve dill rice, but it delicious and one of my favorite foods. I rarely cook dill rice, because of how time-consuming preparing dill is to separate from the stems. The manager came by to ask how our food was, to which I replied, "Excellent, but this dill rice has no lima beans or fava beans." He informed me that he has had customers that are allergic to lime beans, but is happy to include them if they are requested when ordering. He also said that they will make any menu item modification when requested. They have a menu board as well as QR code menus. Top place for people of any dietary need/choice!

I had the the Soltani. 1 beef, 1 ground beef skewer. It came with rice, purple onions, and grilled tomato. The rice was fine. As well as onions. Didn't try tomato. The ground beef skewer was decent, the regular beef one I thought felt was good. Had a piece of Persian Naan, it was like a crispy Tortilla type. Just some bread to go with my meal, although it was extra and none came with it. My meal was over $25. A bit high, but wasn't isn't right now. I would go back if I was in the mood. The service was fine.

An off-menu baghlava dish that was utterly fantastic in every way.

My wife and I recently stopped into 3 Chefs for dinner, and what we discovered was a gem that instantly became our local favorite. Let me start by addressing something that might be lost on some prior reviewers: 3 Chefs is a Persian restaurant. It's not a generic Mediterranean or Middle Eastern spot trying to please every palate. This is a focused, authentic Persian kitchen--from the spices to the bread. Speaking of bread: if you order the Barbari, don't expect something light and fluffy. This isn't pita or naan--it's dense, rustic, and incredibly flavorful. And it's perfect for dipping. Honestly, we walked in with low expectations--our first mistake. It's a counter-order setup, with a large menu overhead and drink coolers to the right. But we love asking for suggestions when trying family-owned places, and the staff immediately welcomed us like regulars. We started with the Eggplant & Spinach Borani and the Smoky Eggplant Dip--and wow. Both were wildly different in flavor, yet equally addictive. The Smoky Eggplant Dip, topped with a fried egg, was unlike anything we've had before. It had a rich complexity--earthy, smoky, sweet, and tangy--that blew us away. It's now our gold standard. For mains, my wife ordered the Joujeh Kabab (she loves chicken), and I had the Beef Shish Kabab (I love beef). The meats were tender, perfectly cooked, and deeply flavorful. You could taste the realness--no chemical shortcuts, just high-quality meat and skillful seasoning. Despite being stuffed, we couldn't resist dessert. We asked the chef to surprise us, and he returned with two pieces of baghlava filled with a light cream, paired with two scoops of pistachio ice cream. It was as beautiful as it was delicious--the perfect finale. What truly sets 3 Chefs apart is the owner. Warm, welcoming, and proud of his food, he makes you feel like a guest in his home. It's rare to find that combination of hospitality, authenticity, and craft these days. 3 Chefs has what most restaurants have lost: character, flavor, hospitality, and heart. If Yelp allowed a sixth star, this would be the time to use it.

Chicken Fesenjoon was excellent. On their weekend menu only which is bummer, which I can't eat this dish everyday.

$4 for a one knuckle high sauce. These are usually either free or 75 cents

Taste of the meat was good. Put in order for puck up at 13:15. Received text at 12:50 that it's ready for pickup. That means it will be there cooling fir 25 minutes and then it will be another 30 before I get home to eat it. I called to ask if they include and sauces with the entree platter . None I was told. None. I've never come across this at a Persian restaurant. Fine. I pay $4 and $3 for tahini and garlic sauce thinking it will be a fair amount to share. What do I get for 7 plus tax? Please see picture. Shame on them. Not even a slice of bread? Nope. What a shame. Not even making an effort to make customers happy. Thankfully there are other options. Too bad.... They could do so much better by adding either sauce or bread .

So glad we stumbled upon this place! We never had Persian food before and absolutely loved it. It's a small restaurant with a few tables, feels more like a takeout place. The portions are huge for the price point. The lady at the counter was nice and friendly. Food came out pretty quick once we ordered. We tried the eggplant and spinach borani - which is creamy yogurt sauce with roasted eggplant and spinach - really liked the smoky flavor of it. We also got both the chicken shawarma bowl and wrap. The grilled chicken in both was delicious, so aromatic and flavorful. The Persian basmati rice in the bowl was a lot and soo flavorful, loved it! The bowl also comes with sautéd mushrooms and peppers. Overall loved the food, and will be back again to try other dishes.

Combo kabab plate - Steak and chicken, tabouli salad & #18. Chicken Shawarma Wrap

This place is SO good. So happy we have a kabab place close to home. Portions are big. Everything is tasty. Had chicken and steak kebabs. Lentil soup was also great. The healthy options are perfect for after a gym workout. We prefer to dine in and they serve everything on real dinnerware, not plastic!! Just a few tables inside but we were the only ones dining in at the time which was nice. The owner is very kind and personable. I could see us dining here weekly.

Delicious, fresh food and great service! Chicken was very tender and flavorful. The sauce on the persons wings was very good. I will be back to try other dishes.

We went to three chefs on the recommendation of a friend. We ordered Joujeh Kabab, Bakhtiari Kabob, grilled vegetables, salad, sauces, and naan. We ordered four different sauces, not sure which one had pomegranate if either because none of them were labeled and it seemed like it was only two different types. Was hoping to know which one had the pomegranate because the friend who recommended this place said it was amazing. We did not get the naan we ordered . The chicken and the steak were amazing! The portions are very large. And you can tell the quality of the food is awesome. The owner was very friendly, and the place was very clean. Would go back and recommend this restaurant to others.

Went there for the first time since my sister in law recommended it, and it's a legit Persian restaurant. Last place I ate Persian was in Miami at the famous Shahs of Kabob and this place by far beats that over rated joint. It hit the spot, good ol comfort food!

I arrived 25 minutes later and they hadn't even made my order. From there, 3 different people told me it'll be another 5 minutes, 10 minutes, and 15 minutes. I ended up waiting 20 minutes and during that whole time there was no apology. One of the workers handed me a tea and later I saw they included dessert in the bag. It was a nice gesture but I was frustrated that it wasn't acknowledged by the staff at all and part of my order was still missing. I paid $2.25 for a Yogurt & Cucumber Sauce which I never received. The Caspian Mix Grill with Albaloo Polo was very good. The filet mignon & chicken breast were both juicy and well-seasoned. The Albaloo Polo is plain basmati rice mixed with saffron, caramelized onion and sauteed sweet & sour cherries. I liked the rice but it felt like they just threw the cherries on top rather than incorporate it into the rice. It was very filling, enough to share with 2 people, and good value. The Bamieh & Balava were also fresh, sweet, and a nice bite to end on. Ultimately, I would give the food a 4/5 and the service a 2/5, hence my 3/5 rating.

Also, for your reference, 5/10 is average to me. Service: Upon arriving, they took our coats which I liked! The hostesses were both very amiable, making small talk before seating us. In between courses, they cleaned the table and provided us with new utensils. Also, the server would explain the dish which is always a nice refresher of what unique combinations of ingredients were used to prepare your dish. Overall: 9/10. Ambiance: I liked the decorations & especially liked the dishes the food was presented on. There is only one dining room, so it felt a bit more intimate since you can usually spot your server in the room attending other guests, waiting to serve others, or assumedly in the kitchen. The one bad thing I will say is that the bathroom door lock is tricky- it's a small button that didn't make a sound when it clicked so the whole time I was using the restroom I was paranoid that someone was going to walk in on me. Overall: 5/10. Food: Kashk-e Bademjan (roasted eggplant dip): Out of the two appetizers offered this was the more flavorful choice. The eggplant was roasted to a smoky flavor, which I loved, and was also contrasted by the cool yogurt dressing. The texture was somewhat chunky. 7/10 Zeytoon Parvardeh (olive tapenade): The olive tapenade was great; flavorful and salty. The aesthetics of the dish were also pretty, but I think this stands in the shadow of the Kashk-e Bademjan. 6/10 Salad-E Shirazi (cucumber salad): I loved the presentation of this dish. They drizzle on the dressing in front of you, which I think really highlights how fresh this dish tasted. The aesthetics alongside with the taste was very bright and refreshing. 8/10 Ash-E Anar (split pea soup): This one really floored us. The umami of the dish was amazing; very earthy and savory and cut by the sweetness of the pomegranate. If I could have a whole pot of this, I would. 10/10 Ozonboron (sturgeon): I loved the aesthetics of this dish with the browned butter saffron cream being contrasted by splashes of green. The flavor of the cream was so delicious and subtly fragrant. The potato croissant was delicious but I barely tasted the impact of the caviar on the croissant, so a little bit more caviar could've sufficed. I will say that I thought the fish was missing a little bit of salt to enhance the flavors (which was supported by my partner too). 7/10. Shishlik (lamb chops): This tasted AMAZING! Grilled to a subtle char on the outside and incredibly juicy and tender on the inside. The pistachio herb sauce reminded me a bit of chimichurri enhancing the smoky flavor of the meat. The rice was nicely flavored too but the star of the show was definitely the lamb chops. 10/10. Tiramisu Zafaran Va Pesteh: I love tiramisu, but this one unfortunately missed the mark. Felt intensely sweet due to the syrup the ladyfingers were soaked in. I would've loved to see the sweetness cut with something bitter or rich, but it was overwhelmingly sweet for my taste. I liked the presentation and the flavor was unique. 4/10. Overall: 8.7/10. I really liked the aesthetics of the dishes and the flavors presented. Service was phenomenal. I would definitely come back here.

The sturgeon came with a potato croissant that was excellent and cooked so well. Definitely my favorite bite of the night.
