Friend and I were craving some pasta and stopped by this restaurant along the street. Their free bread and olive oil was a great starter, and they were happy to refill for us twice. I got their chicken and spinach pasta special, while my friend got a garlic tomato linguine. I wish I got the linguine- the pasta was perfectly al dente, and the simple flavors really shined. I wouldn't recommend the special I had, not the tiramisu, which tasted like it just came out of the fridge. Other than that, the atmosphere felt like a dine in family restaurant which was nicely dimly lit, and peaceful. That's it from me :^)

The Caesar salad was delicious as was the Icelandic cod. Gelato after dinner was a good choice. Go early for dinner or make reservations for weekend. We'll be back.

This was a traditional Italian restaurant that had a standard menu with homemade pasta and a few specials. There seemed to be a large party or event area on the left side upon entering and a more casual dining room to the right. The service was kind and friendly as we only ordered appetizers. This was also BYOB. They start with a breadbasket. It came out very hot. It was very tasty. The crust was crisp while the inside was soft and had a nice texture. For appetizers, the eggplant stack ($15) and the Prince Edward Island mussels ($17) were ordered. The eggplant stack consisted of fried eggplant, fresh mozzarella, and roasted peppers with a balsamic glaze. This was solid. The eggplant was crispy and very flavorful. It paired nicely with the mozzarella. The only issue for me on this dish was the roasted peppers. They came out cold and were very thick. It just seemed off when eating the rest of this. The mussels came with tomatoes, basil, roasted garlic, and white wine. There were about two dozen or so mussels. This was okay at best. The sauce lacked flavor even with the thin garlic pieces. The mussels were tasty, but the sauce left a lot to be desired. Will I go back? Probably.

Great ambiance and friendly staff. The pasta was a simple dish yet incredible-cooked perfectly and just the right amount of garlic. The tiramisu was also a great dessert. Would definitely recommend this place!

Delicious and fantastic service - plus a BYO! I certainly would recommend any app on their menu. No complaints at all, worth checking out!

I ordered the Mahi-mahi special which was served over pasta. It didn't taste like what I was expecting but still flavorful. The restaurant had an inviting ambiance. Savor was one of the few restaurants opened on a Monday, but it wasn't very busy which was great. For an appetizer, I ordered the caprese which had thick cuts of mozzarella and beefsteak tomatoes, basil, and olive oil, drizzle of balsamic glaze. I am obsessed with balsamic, so I should've asked for more on the side. Everything tasted extremely fresh, but the basil tasted as if it was perfectly harvested. For my entree, I planned to get the NY Strip but made a last minute change when I heard the Mahi-mahi was one of the specials for the day. It was dressed with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and asparagus which ultimately won me over. If I ordered it again, I would ask for the pasta to be served on the side. Our server was very attentive and helped us with last minute accommodations to our orders. I did request a side of risotto to come out with my entree which never hit the table, but I didn't even notice. There was enough food in front of me. I would return again.

Savor has been able to be open again, after being affected by the fire on Main St. up the block at King Tut, luckily they were only closed for 3 weeks. I'm sure for Rob and staff it felt like 3 months. We went yesterday, was so nice to see the umbrellas up and outside seating ready for guests. We opted for inside seats, near the windows (always great to people watch) for our lunch "date". Can't even count the number of times we have all eaten here, I personally must have been here 50+ times over the years, (not including showers, rehearsal dinners, repasts, and catering) who knows about the other three? Anyways, yesterday, did not disappoint as in any other time. Maybe the smiles on Rob, Lisa and staff were bigger than usual? Salad's were super fresh with dressings that popped, chicken succulent and shrimp cooked to perfection. The home-made rigatoni was al dente with the best vodka sauce in town. Having two sweet tooth's with us, off-course there would be dessert with lunch! The fluffiest, lightest, most-delicious cheesecake with a thick decadent raspberry sauce on top (I tried half of a bite, amazing) and who can pass up home made cannoli's? So glad Savor can be back in the rotation

Once you enter through the store, there is a sign to wait to be seated. The place has a nice and bright rustic vibe to it. I really liked the decor and table setup. Even the napkins had a rustic vibe. Started off with the potato scoop ($16) which was my fave item. The potato was shaped like the Fritos scoop chip, and the cheese dip that came with it had chunks of cheese in a melted cheese sauce. For my main, got the pulled pork sandwich ($16), which came in a pretzel knot bun and creamy slaw. It was solid meal and very filling. Other mains ordered were the roast beef "pho" style sandwich ($16) which I had a bite of and it was good and not what I expected thinking roast beef. Roast turkey ($16) was warm and also tasty. Each of the mains came with a side of potato salad. I will be back to try the sloppy Joe and their dinner meals. I highly recommend this place if you want tasty, high quality meal for a fair price. * Highly recommend making reservations on weekends * Street parking * Good service

The chef started us off with an amuse-bouche, a soup served in an espresso mug. As an appetizer, we had the crispy foraged maitake mushroom. It was very light and crispy, it reminded me of the coating on really good cod for fish and chips. Cocktail wise, I started off with the Alpine old fashioned which they smoked and my wife had a glass of Pinot Noir. For our entrees, my wife had the special which was a salmon with a parsley crust and fingerling potatoes. I went with the sea scallops with honey nut squash and maple-bacon jam. Both were very good. For dessert, we had a three cheese cheesecake and the Mexican chocolate soufflé. We enjoyed both. The soufflé was very good even without the vanilla-bourbon anglaise. The staff were all very friendly, from the valet at the front door, to the young women that took our coats, and the waitstaff that took our orders, filled our drinks and cleared the flatware. They had the fireplace going. There are sconces on the wall providing subtle lighting, along with small, cordless lamps on the tabletops. We started with wine to match our dinners, the selection is good, nothing great and market priced. The salads were okay, and dressing was too much and drowned the lettuce. The entrees were presented well. The filet ordered medium rare was a fully cooked piece. Oh well, mass produced food on an assembly line kitchen in full view. The planked salmon was well cooked too as picture represents. Server did not ask salmon preparation selection. We each ordered one of the dessert items which are cake or similar in a shot glass with frosting or mousse or some other topping. They were good, again nothing great. No specially prepared sauces for the entrees to make things pop or standout, just basic dinner fare. On a positive note, food was much better than the Longhorn steakhouse chain or similar establishment.

It is a very nice restaurant; Large, but not overbearing. I could see going here either on date night, or with 2 more couples. Chef/owner Scott came out from the kitchen to greet us and other patrons, and was gracious to everyone. Onto the food. The Duck Tacos and Mussels were very tasty. I think I might put a call into Chef and have him make me a bottle of that Mussels sauce to take home with me. Then came the crisp Caesar Salad, which kept everything bright. To finish, we had the Black Cod and Duck Confit, both of which were very well balanced and cooked perfectly. Oh, and the Guava-glazed Brussels Sprouts were a perfect side. Next time, I want to try one or two of their desserts. All-in-all, we had a great experience, and the night was a success. Chef, see you soon. I might just bring a large mason jar for some sauce!..
