Nice Peruvian place on Main Street in manville. We got the family style seafood platter and a whole chicken combo. The fried seafood platter had seafood fried rice, fried seafood, ceviche and mussels and it looked like almost every table was ordering it. The whole chicken was nicely roasted and had great seasoning. Service was great. Overall a great experience, will return to try some other dishes!

This was a small place with 15 or so tables as well as music being played. The menu had a number of options ranging from platters to rice dishes to pasta, all of the Peruvian style. The service was alright as the food took some time to come out as well as the check. The staff was friendly though. I went with a combination of the beef and chicken stir fry dish (Pollo y Lomo Saltado) ($19?). It came with red onions, tomatoes, soy sauce, vinegar, and cilantro mixed with French fries. It also came with white rice. This was well put together. There was a lot of flavor going on especially with the sauces that were provided. They seemed to be a green salsa as well as a sauce that resembled a Caesar dressing sort of. Regardless, they went nicely with the dish. My only issue was the French fries. They came out cold compared to the rest of the dish. I also tried a Peruvian rice dish that contained beef, chicken, and seafood. The seafood consisted of calamari and shrimp (not sure if anything else was in it). Again, this was well put together and both sauces enhanced the overall flavor. Will I go back? Yes.

Located in manville it's a small little place and might suggest calling ahead of you have a large group . They were pretty busy when we got there but service was great and staff was super friendly . They have a fairly large menu but everything on it sounds delicious. I ordered a sampler of Peruvian specialties I forgot the name but it has mussels shooters , a mixed fried seafood selection fish , calamari and shrimp along with a seafood paella. So good !! My husband ordered fried red snapper which was perfectly fried and full of flavor. I would definitely come back to try some of that yummy goodness

El Clasico -ceviche, fisb, crab, calamari

I travelled to Peru last year and since returning, I've been in search of a Peruvian restaurant that is as good as what I experienced. After many disappointing attempts, this restaurant is the first one I can honestly say lived up to my hopes and memories. My daughter and I dined on a Friday night. There was a good crowd when we arrived, but there was no problem getting a table without a reservation. I'm not sure when this restaurant opened place, but the interior looked fairly new. Comfortable and nice decor, not too formal or causal. But somewhat non-descript. With exception of the Peruvian music playing, it didn't seem like a Peruvian restaurant at all. More like a generic Italian or American place. The service was terrific! Everyone was so warm, attentive and friendly. The quality of the food was terrific and the portions were so generous. Neither my daughter or I could finish our meals. I had the pasta with Huacaina and Lomo Salteado (steak with onions, tomatoes) and it was amazing. The meat was juicy and lean and since I couldn't finish it, I took the rest home and it was terrific even the following day . My daughter had the El Clasico ( ceviche, fried fish, & squid and crab ) She loved it so much she kept telling me she was about to cry because it was that good. We then shared the Tres Leche cake and it was delicious! Not too soggy or sweet, just perfect. My only gripe and reason for 4 stars is the frustrating menu. They had a printed menu with description of the dishes, but no price. There was a QR code on the table that gave you the name of the dish only and price but no description and in a different order than what was on the menu. I had to match what was on my phone with what I was reading as a print out. This process took way too much time and effort. I understand that given all the seafood on their menu it is difficult to publish market prices daily. But I would rather just have a digital menu via QR code with name and description of dishes and prices in one location. That would make the ordering process a lot easier. The menu challenges are a minor issue. Still, I can't wait to return and bring the rest of my family to this gem. Do try this place before everyone finds out about it and reservations are needed for Friday nights.

This is a great upscale Peruvian restaurant in downtown Mannville. The Jalea and Lomo Saltado are amazing. I've been wanting authentic Peruvian cuisine since I started working at Open Road Mercedes-Benz and haven't found one restaurant that has anything like this yet. The prices are on the higher side, but the ambiance makes up for it. This restaurant reminds me a lot of the Latin food scene on Blackwell Street in Dover, New Jersey.

Randomly stopped by this restaurant during lunch time, and thoroughly enjoyed my meal! The service was amazing and the food that was recommended to me were absolutely delicious!

No tables or seats available at the bar with several parties waiting patiently. We were warmly greeted by the manager as he told us it would be at least 45--60 minutes for a four top. My bride noticed a single chair open on the far side of the bar so we made our way through the friendly crowd. The vibe here is causal with a very friendly neighborhood feel. We eventually made it over to the open seat as patrons on both sides skooted over to make room for us. The bartenders were getting slammed but they promptly acknowledged us and took our order shortly after. My martini was served in a well chilled glass with olives and my bride's chardonnay was perfect temperature. Soon after getting our drinks, as our friends arrived, two more seats at the bar opened up, so they took them and order their drinks. A short while later a couple of octogenarians entered the packed bar area, so we gave them our seats. At this point, we ordered another round and patiently waited for a table to open up. The manager stopped by a few times with estimated updates. He did a great job of keeping us advised and about an hour later we were seated. We ordered fried calamari and oyster appetizers. Our friends had mussels marinara, my bride has Caesar's salad and calamari and I had the soft shell crabs. We shared a bottle of Albarino (Great value). The food arrived in a nice relaxed pace as the waiting patrons were all seated at this point. As usual, the food was all on the mark. Nice tentacles with the calamari, perfecting flash fried. My oysters were cold, briney and firm. The mussel portion was very generous and the marinara had just the right medium zip. My sauteed soft shell crabs were perfectly cooked and served with tasty garlic enhanced spinach. We enjoyed our conversations and didnt notice we were the last patrons in the place. Regardless, there was no rush. I had some expresso before heading out. This place has been very consistent, even when packed. We will definitely return. Just a reminder. They dont take reservations, so be prepared to chill with the friendly crowd while you wait... and bring cash as they dont accept credit cards.

I wanted to try something from the lunch menu, after asking an employee, I was told that lunch starts at 11:30am. So I came back around that time to order. I've been seeing their Big Mack Smash on social media for some time now, and it looks delicious. So I decided to I order their single patty Big Mack Smash, with angus meat and American cheese, on a plant based white bun. I don't care for sesame seeds on buns, and there was no option for a regular burger bun (without sesame seeds), so I chose the non sesame seed vegan bun. I also ordered a side of fries with garlic aioli. The plant based white bun was a little dry and the burger patty was also dry and did not have much flavor. Maybe I should have done a double patty for the burger, since it is a smashed patty and a little too thin for my liking. I felt like I was eating a dry burger bun with mostly lettuce, an occasional pickle and the Mack sauce. I probably will not order the garlic aioli again, it had a sweeter and nutty flavor to it, and I prefer more of a savory aioli. I used to order their Blackened salmon with a side of greens and Spanish rice in their BBQ Ranch flavor style, from their old menu. I do miss that meal, it was so flavorful with the crispy onions to top everything off. But I understand that they made the change to better suit the business and cut back on waste. I probably would not order the big Mack burger again. But I will definitely be back to try something else from the new menu. I've been a customer for over 6 years, and have introduced some of my family members and friends to this restaurant, and we've enjoyed our meals here for that time. I love that there are many vegan and vegetarian options here. Although I am neither, it's a great place for those who have dietary restrictions/preferences. Hopefully I find my new go to menu item soon, but in the meantime I will be ordering and trying many of the other new menu items. This is definitely the place to come if you don't want a typical vegan meal. You'd be like a kid in a candy store, with the amount of options that are here. They also have many non vegan options. Turf, Surf and Earth serves EVERYONE and that is their biggest positive!

How about Zero APV refreshers so every teetotaler can toast just like the big kids. My grandparents used to call this subtrafuge a "Shirley Temple." The planked salmon was well cooked too as picture represents. Server did not ask salmon preparation selection. We each ordered one of the dessert items which are cake or similar in a shot glass with frosting or mousse or some other topping. They were good, again nothing great. No specially prepared sauces for the entrees to make things pop or standout, just basic dinner fare. On a positive note, food was much better than the Longhorn steakhouse chain or similar establishment.

The only small thing I'd change is that I wish the fresh-squeezed orange juice had been chilled or offered over ice. I didn't ask, though, so I can't really count that against them. The carne asada omelette was delicious--perfectly fluffy, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. The tres leches French toast had a beautifully crisp, toasted exterior while staying soft and moist in the center. We were lucky enough to be seated immediately, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, even letting us choose where we wanted to sit. The restaurant has a cute atmosphere with tasteful decor, good music, and a comfortable noise level. The restrooms were clean and updated, and parking was easy and conveniently close. Since we visited on a holiday, parking was even free. Overall, it was a wonderful brunch and a great way to start the day. One thing to note: the specialty drinks are all mocktails, so if you're looking for bottomless mimosas or a boozy brunch, this probably isn't the place for that.
